My husband and I usually love this dutch, but the past three or four times we have had just a bad experience. We came to get my husband "birthday" drink but it's not free like we thought, no big deal. They started this new thing where someone stand outside of the window and the person inside just set the drinks out of the counter for the person to hand to us. Some drinks were sitting out in the sun for 3-4 cars before me and after I left who know how long they were sitting there, disgusting! My issue is when I got home something told me to look at my drink so I did long behold there was a freakin HAIR!!!! I wont return to this location again!!! read more

I visited this location as I have many times. The coffee was good as it always is, but the guy at the window obviously didn't hear what I said and went on to make the most vile gesture to me that I've experienced life to date. This location is never busy (anymore) and now I see why. I will drive the extra miles to Val Vista 202 for people who listen. Dutch Bros is seriously the best thing my mouth has ever met. I would choose it over Starbucks ANYDAY. The service is great and the coffee is even greater! I always get the white kicker (White Russian) and it never disappoints me! I would suggest getting it and I would also suggest asking for less ice so you get more coffee since they fill up Hal your cup with ice.haha I would suggest Dutch Bros to anyone. Been going here for the past 2 years. This place is always awesome and is consistent with their service and taste. Sometimes the line gets pretty long just like Starbucks but still much faster since they take your order before hand. They will often apologize if you been waiting in the car queue for a while. I collect them for my daughter who has been extreme crying over not getting her sticker today. Unfair! Sad! After reading some other reviews, I was hesitant to try...the reviews seemed too good...like maybe the barista's bff had 6 shots then wrote a review. However, this place actually is that awesome and I kind of want to be the barista's bff now. Really, really, really happy, friendly, great service. I think the baristas were actually happy I was there and wanted me to have an awesome day. They do the classics very well (my husband got a latte) and their specialty drinks are great (I got a skinny cocomo..yum!). I LOVE Dutch Bros and go all the time. I took my Mom out for her birthday and we went for a ride. We decided to get a drink and went to Dutch on Guadalupe and McQueen. After sitting in line (with two other cars behind us) we were told we were on wrong side of the parking lot and would have to come in off the street. No markings or signs saying this and the girl was EXTREMELY rude. Needless to say we left. We went to a different Dutch and had a much better experience! read more

I usually stop by this place 3-4 times a week before work and I have never been disappointed. The staff are great and remember your name and order after just a couple times of stopping by. I haven't tried much of the menu but I hear that everything is excellent. I am just a coffee drinker, so a medium coffee, with skim and 1 sugar is perfect for me. I also love the stamp card and double stamp Tuesdays. I highly recommend you try this place. This is my favorite Dutch shop out of all the ones in Mesa to chandler. they are always so nice and today I ordered my drink & realized my purse (wallet) wasn't in my car & they gave me my drink for free and made it perfectly. definitely coming back to buy another drink and leave a great tip for these great people!!! I prefer Dutch brothers over Starbucks any day. I lived in Portland my whole life and this is a chain from Oregon. The staff is always on point they will remember your favorite order and it's always fast. The email club provides deals too. The prices are great... He was rude and impatient and did not have the enthusiasm I normally see from the other workers. I'm highly disappointed because whenever I normally go to Dutch it's a blast and I spend at least an hour there. Every Dutch Bros is amazing! I make at least once daily stop at this location, sometimes twice. Staff is super friendly and they make delicious coffee. On my daring days (Nights when i go to work with almost no sleep) Dutch Bros offers up their E.R 911. 6 shots of espresso to kick start your body. Besides that, daily happy hours in the afternoon offer great deals on drinks. My favorite is $3 Dutch Freezes. When its triple digits this is a nice relaxing treat. They allow you to add in any flavor you'd like. Currently I like their Mocha Mint Dutch Freeze. If I don't go here for the coffee, I'd go just to see the staff. No other business are people this friendly. Even if you've never met someone, they always try to have a conversation and want to make your experience great. Highly recommend! read more

Best espresso drinks ... but what I appreciate most of all is the morning crew at this location! LOVE them. This coffee blows starbucks out of the water, on everything I have tried. On iced drinks they only charge you for a medium, but you get a large. Finally someone understands you shouldn't charge the same when ice takes up a good amount of the room! They used to have awesome happy hour deals, but no longer offer it :( Hopefully the owner brings it back soon, I would be there a lot more often. read more

Tried Dutch Bros for the first time today and it was amazing! I ordered a hot White Chocolate Mocha and they managed to keep it balanced so that it's not overwhelmingly sweet. I think it's the combo of dark and white chocolate. I usually savor hot coffee and I sucked it down in about 15 minutes. I couldn't stop drinking it. I will definitely be back and will try some of the less indulgent drinks or the skinny versions at least. Also must mention that the employees at this location were very friendly! read more

Enjoyed my first and second visits here getting an iced mocha with extra espresso shots. The cashiers are friendly and peppy which can result in a long line at the drive thru, but last I went, there was an employee walking out to the cars in line and taking orders so the coffee was ready when we pulled up to pay. read more
