I came on a day when they were supposed to be handing out limited pins, but somehow--despite this being an area with under 100k people--they were already out before noon. That just doesn't feel credible. On top of that, the drink I ordered was wrong. I asked for a Blue Shark and ended up with some kind of purple grape concoction instead. Normally I'd let it slide, but when you're charging $7 for a drink that costs maybe $2 to make, it becomes a gripe. Dutch Bros coffee is top-tier. The caramelizer coffee is my fave blended. I love to go there when they have promotions like the free bumper stickers with each coffee. The new location in Hisperia always has great service, I had a bad experience at the one on Bear Valley in Victorville, so I started going to this one on Main Street in Hesperia and this has become the location that I love because it is always a great experience, the coffee is always great and there's usually no lines. read more

The drink itself was delicious and I really enjoyed it! That said, the wait time was quite a bit longer than expected, especially since I had ordered online ahead of time. I also asked for easy ice, but when I removed some, I noticed my cup was already almost half empty. Great flavors, but I wish the service was quicker and the portioning more consistent. read more

For the past 2-3 weeks I have completely been on edge. This chapter of motherhood has been so hard. And I'm here to say that people are so cruel and mean. My son is a sweet boy full of energy to take on the world! He curious and wants to explore. Everytime I'm out with him I hear the whispers and the comments about my son. And it breaks me. "Parents these days have no control over their kids" "look how she lets him be on the cart" "Back in my day..." "I would never!" I hear the comments and they hurt... I do have control over my child, he's not doing anything to you and has zero effect on your life. This age is just hard, and I'm learning to navigate it. These moments have made me question myself as a mother and have broken a piece inside me. This stage is motherhood is just hard and my son is way different than my daughter but he's not a bad kid. I can't seem to stop crying all the time and last night I completely broke down in the drive through of Dutch Bros. I was getting that extra boost to get me through the night and I had both my babies. My son asked a simple question interrupting me while ordering and the tears started to run down my face. Just because I'm at that breaking point of the day and in fear of something being said. Or him yelling or screaming. Instead of being mean they interacted with him and listened to his request, they told me "it's ok mom your doing good" and the sweet girl at the window was so unbelievable kind to me and made me feel like it's was all going to be ok. She went out of her way to console me and make my kids happy. I can't thank them enough and I hope they lord blesses them. Thank you to the staff at Dutch Bro's in Hesperia for not only making the best coffee but for being the amazing humans you are! Truly helped turn things around! PS Give that girl a raise!! Excellent customer service - they definitely serve with a smile. Alex helped us in the drive thru yesterday & was very knowledgeable & kind as he helped us with a difficult order. Food-wise: compared to other locations our drinks are sometimes hit or miss & it's REALLY slow compared to other places - even if we place an order ahead. Overall, it's a new location so we hope they'll continue to improve! read more

I really wanted to like this location, but the walk-up window experience is extremely disappointing. They clearly prioritize the drive-thru, and walk-up customers are left standing there indefinitely. I waited well over 20-30 minutes for two drinks, even though there was only one car in the drive-thru when I placed my order. Instead of preparing orders in the order they're received, the staff waited until more cars pulled into the drive-thru, then focused only on those orders. By the time we received our drinks, more than 25 minutes had passed. When I asked what was taking so long, the response came with attitude instead of an explanation. If you do decide to come here, use the drive-thru only. The walk-up window is slow, ignored, and absolutely not worth the wait. I cannot recommend using it unless you have plenty of time to spare and don't mind being overlooked. Now that I see the poor 2.3 review proves my point that the walk up window is ignored. I will be sending all of this to their corporation, because clearly the manager does not care about the walk up window, and the staff severely needs retraining. read more
