Worst service, employees yell at customers. I spoke to the manager and he did not handle it professionally

Dutch bros coffee is fast becoming my favorite coffee house of choice. With locations quickly growing, I'm certain they have the potential to become a market leader. There drive-thru only concept is unique and keeps them separate from their competition. The company philosophy is one of customer service above all else and it is easy to see that in action. Their friendly staff is helpful and talkative, always asking how your day is and making a little chit-chat as you wait. The caffeine isn't the only pick-me-up to your day you'll find here, a friendly smile and a warm hello can go a long way. In fact they are so devoted to their philosophy and knowing the ins and outs of the company that to be a franchise owner you must first grind it out (figuratively and metaphorically) as a barista first and have 2 years of experience within the company. That's what I call company culture. The coffee flavors are excellent and they have some terrific seasonal mixed creations as well. They sell their beans and grinds to take home, so you can make their coffee right from the comfort of your own coffee machine. I hope to see a location closer to LA soon! read more

I'm giving a five star because the service and staff are phenomenal but if anyone reading this doesn't know about the straw code Pink=Staff thinks your Cute Green=Staff thinks your Fugly Orange=Staff thinks you're weird Yellow=Staff thinks you're Average Blue=Staff thinks you're rude I guess I'm predominantly ugly and sometimes weird, OCCASIONALLY cute. There isn't a Dutch Bros in my area so I try to stop by when I see one. One thing every Dutch Bros consistently share is an enthusiastic and friendly team. I was particularly having a rough day when I decided to stop by today and when I mentioned I was from out of town, they offered my drink and two pup cups for my dogs on the house! Dutch Bros, the legendary Oregon coffee House, has finally made it to Southern California I'll be at way out in la Quinta. All the workers here are super friendly and pride themselves on great customer service and you can get whatever type of weird coffee you want. Give them a try they are a great alternative to Starbucks and the rest. read more

While I was on my staycation with family, my cousin and his girlfriend recommended this place to try! So we went around lunch time to grab a cup of coffee. Customer service is so good! 10 out of 10. We had a new employee taking our order with someone. We ordered quite a bit so we appreciate the patience. I'm happy that they were so accommodating and super nice. (even with all our of questions.) Even though I heard dutch bros make their employee be this such great service, trust me. Having good customer service doesn't just mean by "requirement" its the people as well. And all these employees that helped us have went above and beyond. I even went back the next day and same customer service but different people. Customer service defenitely made my experience better. I ordered the Caramelizer Mocha and it was so good! I was actually surprised by the taste. It wasn't overly sweetened. It was the perfect combo of coffee, mocha and caramel. Service is absolutely terrible. The whole entire time I was there, the cashier/the maker of the drinks, was talking to his buddy that was a "customer". They were chatting about social media and when they were gonna "see eachother". I always wonder why I never frequent this place and now I know why, the service is completely awful. Customer service is horrible, some of the staff are very rude and don't carry the Dutch brothers culture. The coffee is subpar in comparison to their other locations, milk is constantly burnt every time I order a latte, and they always mess up somehow adding ice to drink I asked for no ice . For some reason they know how to really mess it up. I would not go to this location go to the La Quinta location instead. read more

We've stopped going to all other coffee spots because nothing else compares. Most of the workers at the shop are great! Noah and Jaumar are awesome they always greet us with great smiles and high energy. My wife goes almost every morning and the Indio location is one of the best. Jennifer is so energetic, but she's also lightning-fast and remembers my wife's order every single day! She's super consistent too when we order a large Golden Eagle as a cold pour the taste and even color never change. She's been essential to our experience with DB and we always look forward to seeing her with her vibrant and bubbly energy. My first time at Dutch Bros despite living in AZ for 5 years. Out here on vacation and decided to check out DB. I was pretty intimidated by the plethora of drink choices. Told Gabriel it was my first time here and before I can say anything else he gave me the full run down. Great customer service from Gabriel, thanks for making my first DB experience a positive one.
