A memorable visit with a close friend at a Vegas location all gives me the nostalgia vibes every time I go to any Dutch bros. Today I ordered a cold brew nitro - yummy! Ordering was a breeze ahead in their app (much easier than crossing the street to pull into their driveway). The staff are reliably fun and friendly. This location is super special - they have a cute cafe lounge inside! I will definitely be back to hunker down for some work/studying. I've reduced the score by one star to account for their app which lets you order "to drive up window" while they require you to actually park on the street and pick it up inside. read more

Sadly, I'm done. Trying to simply get coffee at this location is beyond frustrating. I've gone at 6:30am and it was easy but any time after 7:30 and you'll sit trapped in a line jammed between buildings. I don't know what people are ordering, but they sit at the window often for 5 mins+ and that's after 5-10 mins crawling through the line. Not cool for a drive through. They finally made mobile ordering active but when I used it, the young lady scolded me. "It's ok THIS time, but in the future you have to pick up mobile orders inside." Huh? All of that said, they do a great job hiring as every single kid I've dealt with has been great. They are excellent. Well, maybe with ONE exception...ha. I feel for them as today's massively clogged Longmont makes it tough and short of relocating, not sure how they can make it a better experience. read more

I visited Dutch Bros this morning to get my seven-year-old a birthday cake kids' smoothie for her special day. In the past, the staff has always been warm and welcoming, and they've made it a sweet tradition to draw on her cup or write "Happy Birthday" for her. However, today's experience was disappointing. After waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru, I politely asked if they could write "Happy Birthday" on the lid. Instead of accommodating the request graciously, two employees at the window displayed poor attitudes and openly talked about me as if I wasn't right there. They made a big fuss about my request, questioning how I could expect them to do it--even though they've done it every year since she was four. While they did eventually write "Happy Birthday" on the cup, it was only after throwing a fit about it. If working in customer service feels like too much of a burden, perhaps it's time to consider another role. I also hope Dutch Bros takes this feedback seriously and trains their employees on professionalism and proper etiquette, especially when working in a setting where customers can hear their conversations. read more

Super slow throughput, poorly managed drive-thru lines prevent customers from parking and entering the lobby to sit inside, and as of this post the restrooms have been out of order for too long. I mean... Let me tell you a quick story. Husbandman and I just moved to this cute small down called Longmont in Colorado from SF/Oakland Bay Area. A few things happened when moving over - A) stopped drinking coffee B) got rid of all social media including Yelp (if you can even call that 'social' media but yes.. it is) I liked coffee - a lot I was an avid Philz drinker - If you know coffee, you know Philz Coffee. It puts BlueBottle, Verve, Equator, Flywheel, Ritual, Sextant, Sightglass, Highwire, Andytown, FourBarrel, FlyingGoat, Timeless, Chromatic and Bicycle coffee all to shame. Just my opinion. Realizing that I am super sensitive to caffeine, I ditched the cup-o until yesterday.... (and damn you Dutch Bros... damn you, well sort of) I've had my eye on Dutch Bro as it is literally seconds away from our home in OldTown - Yesterday, I decided to whip through the customer-free drive through and give DB a try. (Back up a minute, I lied... sorta) I switched to de-caf once we moved here. My brains know not to go into Starbucks because, well its just shite coffee isn't it? Since living here (January 2019) I have tried Ziggy's and this Ozo Coffee..... meh) Back to DB. I whip around the corner and meet a nice fella at the window who took my order - M Iced Decaf Keto Americano - no sweeteners - Fair enough. $2 and some change - chatted the fella for a minute while he made my drink - while handing it over he asked me to try it before leaving. Took a sip.... and gave him a high five. also saying 'this is a damn fine cup of coffee' - he's far too young to know the Twin Peak's reference but thats okay ... its not his fault. Drove home with a huge smile on my face eager to tell my coworkers (who are back in SF) that they're missing out on a kick ass cup of coffee. Most of the DBs I've been to are just small kiosks. This place is huge. It's like an old fast food location or something. The inside is completely redone with metal and wood accents. It's very hipster and I love it. Big comfy couches, tables and free WiFi were like an invitation for people to stay all day. As usual, the service was beyond awesome! The dude helping me chatted with me about being from the PNW and how he had traveled around with Dutch. I loved it. As a customer it's cool for me to know that a business I love and support takes such good care of their employees that the employees happily move all over for them! read more

Great Beverages and Amazing Customer Satisfaction Professionals. Jason, Amber, Jonny, Soren, Suzie and the rest of the staff (sorry if I didn't include your name) are always friendly and welcoming. I don't drink coffee but they all remember my name and my preferred beverage and they make it correctly 99.9999% of the time. StarF$#!s can't even get close to that consistency and I pay more-for-less at all other coffee shops I've visited. The location is very convenient for my morning commute and the wait time in the drive-thru is well worth it. I like that a staff member will walk out to my vehicle to take my order when there are several cars in line at the drive-thru and then they rush my commuter cup inside so the Bros Pro's can get started on my order. read more

Popped in today because I needed some caffeine and warmth. Very chilly Colorado day! I went in so I could experience it for my fellow yelpers & of course take pics too! There were a lot more people in the drive thru than inside. Inside the decor is funky & cool. There was a large couch, 2 padded chairs & then several tables with chairs & a bar type area. First impression...LOUD! They are jamming to the top 100 in there. There is still a lot of training going on so there must have been 10 people in the small little barista area. I looked over the lit up menu and decided to splurge & get an egg nog latte. Yum! They have 4 sizes, I opted for the 8oz, it was $3.50, not a bad price. The girl taking order was learning but thankfully the manager was right there watching about 5 kids wiggle & worm their way around each other since the quarters were tight in their little area. I got my latte, walked out to the car, tasted it & oooohhhhh damn it was perfect!!!! Coffee is great, price reasonable & very worth it. Atmosphere upbeat & loud. Can't have too much of a convo without shouting. So not a quite place to bring your laptop & study or work but a fun place to get your karaoke on..... read more

I'm not sure I get the hype behind this. It must be a regional brand that people enjoy a lot for whatever reason, but I don't see what's so spectacular. I've had better coffee. Whether it's barista's trained properly on making any of the local roaster's coffees, or it's me doing at home myself in an Aeropress quickly and cheaply, I've had way better coffee than Dutch Bros. on the regular. In an area where you have both Conscious Coffee and Ampersand Coffee Roasters, why do I need some drive-thru Starbucks equivalent to McDonalds? Coffee was bland, maybe marginally better than Folgers, it was made very quickly I guess. The muffin top was nothing special, obviously a mass produced and packaged product, not unlike something out of a 7-Eleven would taste. Just another soulless chain, I wouldn't waste your time or money. They get a star because service was great. Good training there for sure. read more

We had never been to a Dutch Bros and was told it was great so we had to try it while we were In Colorado. First day we visited we interacted with Bex when ordering and she was AMAZING! Took the times to explain all the drinks we were interested in and was super nice. You know we had to go day two of our trip and we were greeted warmly by Mara(?) and she was just as wonderful! Dutch Bros is definitely my favorite coffee house! Fell in love while traveling in Oregon and Washington a few years back. So glad to have this new one a little closer to home. And more importantly glad they've worked out the kinks here. The first few visits they got my coffee wrong; and I had to turn around and go back. Lots of waiting and driving just to get it right. Not thrilled with how long it would take to fix and I never got so much as a size upgrade on the fixed one, but, they fixed it, I got an apology and I was able to enjoy my drink. And now, they are killing it! Generally the line the line moves pretty quick, service is great, and the coffee is amazing. The team is getting it done! read more

It was delicious and was made really quick, great pricing as well. Sizing is perfect! Kids drinks are delicious and any drink you want can be any type. An example is I like peppermint bark and they have that drink but you can get it in any form I choose a mocha. Yumm! read more

Went there in the morning and it took about 25 minutes to get my drink with just one other car ahead of me, they weren't busy at all! I sat in my car for 10-15 minutes because apparently the workers knew the people in the car ahead of me so a couple of them came out to chit chat, I wish I was joking. No common courtesy to not have a full blown conversation while other customers are waiting. Also once I got to the actual window for my drink it took a while for the girl to acknowledged me but had the window open and they were making jokes and laughing while I had already been waiting 20 minutes. When she finally acknowledged me then she wouldn't stop trying to make small talk.
