I am a huge local fan of Ziggi's. I find every experience with them them to be good. I love that they have an app so you can order ahead if you happen to be closer to Main St vs Hover. The app is easy to use and lets me customize everything. I love that they have two drive thru locations and they are easy to navigate to and from. Their staff is always so nice too. Their rewards program has been great for me since I go often enough to get the free drinks. And the drinks!! From coffee to lattes to italian sodas!! The frozen chocolate peanut butter drink!! The Colorado Sunrise and Limesicle!! Their citrus green tea! I mean really?? Its all so good. Another favorite of mine is their large kids drink menu. Its so nice to take my son for a treat there. I am so glad they are part of Longmont and definitely have indefinite plans to remain a permanent customer. read more

Super awesome staff and an expansive drink/food menu make this spot always a treat to visit. You can tell they take pride in making the drinks and they are a benefit to the community (imagine an AM world without coffee, sweet Jesus the horror). My favorite is the Fireside, which is like a marshmallow drink made by Zeus himself. Try it with an extra espresso shot, it makes the day all the more special. They make great daily coffee as well, and offer lots of flavor options to get the order tasting just right. Food options too, just in case the munchies hit from that wake and bake you had to have because it's Thursday and holy crap one more conference call that lasts over an hour will remove your soul from your body. So yeah, great burritos and cookie options. Another shout out to the staff because they are a great group and if a dragon landed in Longmont they could easily band together and vanquish it in a flurry of coffee beans and bravery. PS. Ziggi's is always 5 stars in my eyes. They fulfill my coffee/tea addiction with great goodness! I usually visit 2 times a week or more. My daughter's attend a near by school and Ziggi's location on 17th & Hover is a convienant spot. With Starbucks right across the street, I'd rather support our local company. My wife was sold a defective gift-card as a gift for a colleague's wedding, it didn't work when the new bride attempted to use it at an Estes Park Ziggi's. Funnily enough, the recipient's mother had said the same thing happened with a GC she'd bought from this same location. We brought it back here and were told that, without the receipt that was the size of a thimble, we were boned. That being said, we did get our second card's free drink and it'll be our last. We frequently use this drive through, and the service is top notch. Today we walked up and I explained that i was craving a pumpkin spice latter but that I needed the ingredients to be dairy free (which typical pumpkin spice sauce is not). The ziggis barista went above and beyond and found a pumpkin pie spice syrup that they carry that is dairy free and made me a delicious drink! I highly recommend this drive through! read more

Love popping by Ziggy's! The convenience factor is awesome when we want a quick coffee before heading out to the mountains (aka what we are doing right this second). Our barista gave us an odd experience - we told her through the speaker that we had our own mug to fill and she just didn't respond. So we awkwardly drove through the line. We eventually got to the front and were taken care of. It was just a bit weird - could have been an issue with the speaker. We will be back for sure! read more

We come here to this location because they are fast and friendly! The ladies have memorized our order! I love getting soy turtle on a cold day and a frozen peanut butter mocha on a warm day! The spicy chai is also really good! Double punch Tuesday is best time to go and the gift cards are reload able! Not a fan of the muffins- $2.50 for a little muffin that had 2-3 chocolate chips in it. I tried 13 different kinds of mochas, lattes, machiattos and other drinks only 2 are even worth taking more than 1 sip of. They have a peanut butter mocha that has such an intense amount of flavoring and spice it made me instantly vomit and cough for 20 min. that was after one mouth full of the drink. awful... I only went there because it was amazingly convenient but the customer service is terrible. once in a while they are OK. but most of the time the employees. act like your inconveniencing them by coming in. they are rude and obnoxious. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I will only warn people away. because if your not already having a bad day you better believe this place will fix that. read more

Normally I would prefer a Mom & Pop like this to a big chain like Starbuck's. But not when the barista can't make change at the drive-up without throwing it on the ground. That happened the last TWO times I went, and the second time she was completely indifferent about it. When I told her that she had just thrown my change on the ground for the second time in a row, her response was, "I don't see it." Of course she didn't, because it had rolled underneath my car. But she just turned her back and went about her business. $4+ for a cup of coffee and this is how I'm treated?! It certainly will NOT happen a third time, because I'll be across the street at Starbuck's. There is a lot to be said for common courtesy, but apparently Ziggi's doesn't think so. Overpriced, unremarkable coffee + RUDE employees = Ziggi's is fired. But if you ever need spare change, check their parking lot. And to their snide fans, I DID finish my coffee before writing this review. It was average at best, and certainly did not make up for their lack of competence or courtesy. read more

I go here at the very least twice a week for the same thing : Caramel Macchiato. Every time I have gone service has been so fast! Staff is incredibly polite and cheery in the morning ( 8:30 ) there is one girl there with blond hair who is always very attentive, fast, and polite. 10/10 would recommend this small gazebo like coffee shop if in a rush ! read more

Not a huge Starbucks fan. Ironically, there was one just across from Ziggy's. This is just a small, Easy drive Thru "hut" that serves great coffee. Nice balanced roast, not burnt or bitter tasting. Pleasant service and quick. read more

Ziggy's is so great! I'm in love with "The Butterfinger" drink! I've always been greeted with a smile and had a warm, yet professional experience. Even when they're slammed, they're personable and they know how to at least act happy to see you. I've never had an issue with any part of their customer service. The drive-up places and the sit-down location have always been a very pleasant experience for me. I think they're pretty reasonably priced, too. read more
