I never go to Dutch Bros since it's a little out of the way for me. I finally had the chance to go yesterday! I wish there was a closer location. Their coffee is top tier. I was there around 5pm. There were about three cars ahead of me, but the drive-thru line went by pretty fast! The workers are always super sweet and friendly- I love their customer service. They are always smiling! The person who took my order was super helpful, and I appreciated how the person at the window talked to us while we were waiting for our coffee. I usually go for an iced Annihilator or Cookie. I'm a big fan of white chocolate macadamia nut. Highly recommend! I don't really branch out to other drinks since I don't go too often, but I've tried their lemonade and fruit teas before. They only release that design for the month and once it's gone, it's gone! You need to hurry though because by midday, the employees say that they run out. That's true for most Dutch Bros location that I have gone to. I came here around 9:15am and there was at least 15 cars ahead of me. It's the first of the month and people are eager for their coffee and free sticker. One thing about this location that I noticed is that, there is only one window making drinks. I've gone to other locations where they had two windows making drinks, which allowed the line to move faster. We got 3 drinks: Iced Carmelizer (caramel/mocha) with caramel drizzle: 5/5 really sweet but I like it! Tastes like dessert! I finished it in less than 15 minutes. Annhilator (chocolate/macadamia nut) with white coffee and caramel drizzle 5/5. My partner loves this, it's the only drink that she gets Cold Brew with lavender and white chocolate: 3/5 I like the lavender taste but would not come back to get this drink The only downside is that they dont have their menu up for people to see. We went out to eat for my birthday recently and I said lets go to DB and end the night with a great coffee. When we got there I told the lady outside that I wanted something different than my usual blended drink because it was my birthday and I wanted chocolate. She suggested the Triple Chocolate and then told me it was free since it was my birthday. What a fun surprise, I had no idea that was even a thing. She says the cup are much bigger than a venti and much more smooth. I even got her a Chocolate Chip Muffin Top and she loved it too! i noticed that they hired someone new at this location, and i guess they just hire anyone. the size of one of our drinks was wrong and missing an asked ingredient, and the entirety of one drink was completely wrong. when we pulled up to the window, he greeted us with "damn there's a lot of y'all" and not so much in a dutch bros welcoming way as we are used to. then when leaving, he failed to ask or give us straws until we noticed ourselves. after all of my times while consuming dutch bros religiously, i've never had this experience. i am a loyal customer and i am now considering switching my loyalty to peets coffee. read more

First I would like to say, thank you for the fast service. Their line was literally all over the place, experienced a shorter line at Starbucks and it took over 55 mins. This line was twice as long and it only took them 20 mins! This was my first time trying Dutch bro's, I never really interested in trying it until this week since we're under lockdown and a lil road trip to the nearest one wouldn't hurt. My sisters and I got a bunch of ice drinks, I got the Aquaberry, and was really surprised they had a lot of options with blueberry (my favorite) the only thing I would have to say, they put a lot of ice. Man this whole quarantine has really taken a tole on many places especially the lines at Dutch bro's! I'm not sure if the line was always that long but I was waiting for about an hour until I got to the window to pick up my drinks. It was like a Disneyland line but with cars. Nonetheless, I really enjoyed the drinks as always. I'm not from the area so whenever I get the chance to go to Dutch bro's I'm there. I really enjoyed their Annihilator and Molten lava freeze. They were both very tasty; perfect to have on a hot sunny day. Not too sweet, just right -- although at times they can have a heavy hand on the sweetness. Ive never had a bad experience at this location when i come during the afternoon. The staff's vibe is completely different. Today me and a friend decided to get a morning coffee (ordered ahead) with SOFT TOP. When we picked the drinks up it looked like it had a splash of whipped cream. It was fine we didn't want to complain and were going to go on about our day but when we tried the so called "soft top" it was chunky and tasted spoiled. We then decided to go say something the employee looked at the drinks and asked "where did the soft top go" my friend told them "i guess it melted" but in reality there was no soft top at all. All we wanted was for them to remake the drinks but because it "looked like we had drank the soft top" they couldn't. They said that it was soft top it was just "frozen" which makes no sense. They did end up giving us a cup of the ACTUAL soft top which was nice but the attitude that came from staff was crazy. I dont understand why they couldn't just put soft top in the beginning. ALSO the drink ended up giving me a huge stomachache and yk the shits lol Cant believe they gave us spoiled whipped cream. This really used to be my favorite spot. read more

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Dutch Bros Location... The little girl who took our order, (who couldn't have been more than 15 years old) was very unfriendly and unpleasant. When it came to getting my drink, my Cold Brew 911 w/ almond milk came out as a creamless iced coffee. When I let them know it was the wrong drink, the guy just added a small amount of cream (not almond milk.) I finally parked and sent my wife in to have them make a different drink, the manager looked at it and admitted "that's not a 911 at all." I ended up getting a different drink all together and will not be going back to this location until MAJOR retraining has taken place. I miss my Oregon locations! I'm so mixed about this place. Their coffee is just "okay". I can't make myself to like or love this place. First off I don't come here much to know what's on their menu, so when they come up to your car to take your order they assume that you know what's on the menu, So when you ask about the drinks they give you attitude about it and tell you to look it up online. I suggusted they carry a pocket menu they can show people who aren't familiar with the menu. 2nd I get the whole Cali vibe "Bro and what's up conversation they have with you, but it's not genuine and almost seems forced. Last, their drinks are too sugary and seem more processed than "fresh". I'll be back when my friends are craving DB, but I won't go their willingly. Pros: -Pretty fast service -They take your card payment when someone is taking orders outside -Walk up window when drive through is long Cons: -Sugary drinks -Canned whip cream BONUS TIP: They do have a stamp card. Luckily there is not a Dutch Bros closer to where I live or else I would litro all the flavors and never sleep as the caffeine would keep me up. I ordered a large Pitch Perfect and it was very yummy, but the cup was so huge. I drank less than half and saving it for the next day.
