This place is overpriced and terrible quality. I ordered a Hawaiian flavored green tea with ice on the side and after waiting a long time I received a cup half full of just green tea. It was the wrong flavor and half of what I paid for wasn't there. It's ridiculous that they give you way less than normal just because I ordered no ice. Also I tried to contact the store about giving me the wrong flavor and no one answered. Then I tried calling corporate and the line wasn't even working. Came here as a quick stop on the way to an event. Grabbed an Medium Iced Electric Berry Rebel drink. This is great, there's lime and raspberry in the drink mixed with Dutch Bro's interpretation of a good energy drink, like a Red Bull minus the bullshit. The drink was made fast, and another addition was made to the loyalty stamp card that Dutch Bros has for their returning customers. Unfortunately had to knock a star for location; I know there isn't much that Dutch Bros can do about this, but damn, it's really tough to drive through especially when the line backs out of the designated complex and spills out into the street that connects to Dutch Bros. read more

Dutch - there just isn't another coffee shop that can match their staffs energy! I don't know where they find their employees - they all get an A+ for enthusiasm, personality and smiles. This doesn't just go for this location - every location I've been to. Some are open 24/7. If you haven't ever been - go get a free smile - its contagious! I'm a huge fan of their energy drinks - man they pack in a serious punch! You will get energized - rocketed if you're a light weight - so go large. I'm currently into the "Unicorns Blood" and "Tigers Blood" (Tropical and Strawberry based respectively). The coffee is great (sometimes on the sweet side - so just tell them what your style is). If you don't like - they will make it right so take a drink before you pull away. They have several options and they have many more off the board. They also have Tea, Smoothies and Sodas. Be prepared to be greeted at your window if there is a line - they can appear from out of no where or fly through the side door of their fun hut - the order conversations can be intense so be ready lol. They have loyalty cards - so get one and get stamped (they often have special stamp days to get you that free drink sooner - just ask). All locations are primarily drive-thru's (some have a walk up order window as well with limited outside seating). This location has all three. Enjoy. read more

Honestly very rare, but the times that there has been a misunderstanding wether that be from my part or Dutch Bro's they ALWAYS make things right. Like today I brought up the situation and they handled it. I'm telling you Dutch Bros Customer Service is amazing! I recommend you to stop by not just because of the customer service, but also their coffee is sooo satisfying. You can customize your drink however you want. There is soooo many flavor options and drink options. Mocha, Latte, Breve, Americano, Cold Brew, Freeze, Frost, Rebel, Tea, Chai, Smoothie, Hot Cocoa, Soda, Kids, and Lemonade. There's no hidden extra charges and if so they will let you know beforehand. Also if your a newbie coffee drinker don't worry they don't make you say "grande" for a small. And if you don't know how to order just tell them and I can guarantee that they won't laugh at you, but help you instead. (My 1st Starbucks experience was embarrassing. I was that girl saying "no I don't want a grande I want a small.") Lastly, don't worry if your not a coffee drinker, but still need the energy, Rebel drink will be best for you. And if you don't need energy or coffee, Frost is your style. FYI Frost is no caffeine and Freeze is caffeinated. I came here with my daughter the other day. She was telling me the the hip people come to Dutch Bros and the older and professional goes to Starbucks. We pulled up and we were the third car in line. Then all the sudden someone just comes running out the back door and jumps to our car just smiling. Wearing some off the wall mask on top of her head and some Harry Potter glasses without any lenses. When we order each drink she was so enthusiastic. Very cool and makes you want to come back. Anyways, by the time we got to the window our ice coffee and iced tea with sitting their on the counter ready for us. The cashier had a mask in her head and Harry glasses. She was also just as happy. Happy employees always makes happy customers who want to always come back. What was also very cool is my daughter asked for a sticker and they gave her one. Seems like they have new stickers every month or so. My kids also got free sunglasses from them too and they wear them all the time. So by the time we got home the drinks were gone. Honestly, these are the best little coffee huts on the planet. I stopped in on a whim and was met at my car by a super sweet teen with a lovely disposition and a helpful attitude. Don't know what you want? They'll help you pick something. Don't know about the secret menu? Ooh girl, you're about to be surprised. After my first visit, I was hooked. Nothing else can compare to these friendly free-spirited baristas dishing out delicious coffees. I've tried hot coffees, iced coffees, blended teas, and a blended annihilator this morning that was pure bliss. It's by no means a coffee purist's cup of joe, but if you're looking for a really good experience with a really great drink at the end, this is the place to go. Also! This place is totally out of control--Tony K. is too right! I love this place (though I definitely don't have the energy for it all of the time). I never leave this place NOT smiling/laughing, and I don't know how anyone can have that kind of energy all day but the employees here are always "on" somehow. Coffee is GREAT, although as caffeine-addicted as I am, I have to say be weary of ordering the medium or large sizes: I can barely handle it! They are STRONG. I love that a lot of these drinks are flavored and yes, sugary, but the strength of the drinks totally balances that out nicely. I have only been to Dutch Bros a few times... I've never been so annoyed by a coffee person before in my life. Simple order: 2 Giant Iced Coffees, no junk (read: milk, sugar). At first the quirkiness of the barista and cashier were fine... then the cashier just kept prying into my life and the life of my passenger. We tried to provide her with quick one-word responses to her questions but this did not stop her. She was actually so annoying we went elsewhere to drink our coffee... On a side note- they would have gotten 5 stars for their iced coffee alone- it was fantastic. It wasn't like Starbucks or CoffeeBean- it tasted like actual coffee, not cat pee. read more

I came here yesterday after my mom and I have been scoping it out to try. Everyone I know (literally everyone) is obsessed with Dutch bros and now that it's walking distance from my new place I figured why not check it out. We pulled up to the drive thru and this young blonde cheerful guy (didn't get his name) greeted us and asked what we wanted. We told him it was our first time but the Dutch freeze looked amazing. He explained everything and was so helpful. He even bought our drink for us. I've been in the industry for a long time and you can tell when someone is doing something because they have to vs doing something because they just really care about their customers and that's this place! Yes I'm a fan as Dutch Bros coffee employees are generally very upbeat, friendly and efficient. Their prices are okay too.. So why not 5 stars you may ask ? Well I drove away with my medium cappuccino being lukewarm and I really wanted it to be hot. Maybe not a big deal in itself as I found the beverage to be tasty nonetheless. I must say that I am impressed by how outgoing and engaging the employees generally are no matter how crappy or good the weather may be...I find it to be a nice touch for someone such as a complete stranger at a coffee shop to ask me how my day is going and what I am up to the rest of the day. Really tasty. My sweet boyfriend delivered one of these to me and it was the best treat! I had a large white chocolate mocha. It was a wonderful blend of flavors, and the sweetness wasn't overhwhelming. One of my favorite coffee drinks and sooooo worth the calories! 1000x better than Starbucks. You won't find aloof baristas or watered down coffee here. This place makes seriously strong beverages. My favorite is the iced Annihilator. You can have almost all of their beverages hot, iced, or blended. Not only is the coffee better than any coffee I've had anywhere but the staff is superior. The staff is clearly hopped up on what they're brewing but they couldn't be more attentive and sweet as they serve you. I witnessed one girl just arriving to work, saw that there was a line and proceeded to take orders before even clocking in and taking off her purse! I love to come here when I visit my folks in Arizona. The positivity and bubbly personalities of the baristas are truly touching and can turn any bad day into a lovely experience at the Drive-Thru at Dutch Bros.! Keep it up gang! read more

I have been wanting to try Dutch Brother's Coffee for awhile now. Until today I have not a match up of thirst and proximity to a Dutch Bros. Coffee. We stopped by today and had the most positive customer experience I can ever remember. The relentlessly positive and efficient staff made buying an ice coffee absolutely a joy. The service was so good that if you were having a bad day just stopping in and getting a coffee from the staff would turn it around. On top of the customer service experience the coffee was very good as well. I will be stopping by Dutch Bros. Coffee in the future and will prefer it to other coffee shops. read more

They we're so freaking friendly- It was like rainbows, Christmas, butterflies and unicorns all wrapped up into one cashier/ barista. Never met someone so friendly- very nice change. I was in town for the Patriots Super Bowl, and grabbed a coffee to go here on the morning of the game. I went with the classic Irish Cream iced coffee, which was very good. The line was long, but it went by quickly. Service was excellent and the girl was very friendly. I wish we had some of these on the East Coast. read more

This location has the worst drive through out of any I have ever seen not to mention the customer service is terrible. I went here one day while out expecting normal Dutch service and instead what I got was refusal of service because I made a right turn when two cars ahead of me people had made the same turn and the person taking my order had such and attitude about it that I think it is best to completely avoided this location. read more

Cute little drive up window with a dizzying array of coffee related drinks. I just needed some cappuchino to get my day going. The staff here were so friendly, I was almost taken aback. Really nice folks and excellent service. The downside is that the espressos are very weak and the coffee itself isn't that great. For the money it's still a great deal. I guess I'm also comparing this to good coffee in other cities, this may very well be the best the area has to offer. I wouldn't not come back, but it's nothing to write home about. read more

I came to Phoenix a year ago and discovered Dutch Bros for the first time - I LOVED it. The staff was super friendly, the drinks were huge and delicious. I'm back in Phoenix for work and my husband is visiting so I told him we had to find a Dutch Bros so he could try it. We found this location and went to the walk up window to order, and of course we were greeted by a welcoming staff member. After placing our drink order my husband and I were looking at all of the different Dutch Bros stickers they had on the coolers - my husband collects stickers for his guitar cases so he got super excited and I asked if they sold the stickers. Our coffee guy told us they give them away on the first of every month which is awesome but was a bummer for us since we're just visiting from Florida. He sensed our disappointment and offered to check and see if he had some extras, and he did! I wish I would have gotten his name but his hair was in a low ponytail. His kindness and genuine customer service really made our day. And the coffee was amazing!! This visit not only lived up to the hype I gave Dutch Bros - it exceeded it. Dutch Bro's coffee is amazing, not burnt like Starbucks, or watered down. The drinks are fresh to order and their stamp card system is amazing if you're a regular. The staff is super up beat, polite and they always have awesome music rockin. I recommend the skinny carmalizer, hot. It doesn't taste too different from the original with less calories. I'm so sad i'm moving away from this location, but will probably go out of my way to stop by once in a while. Great coffee, but even better people! read more

Who other than Dutch Bros.!There is something different about these guys and their coffee and I dig it! If I can find one one my route to work each day I'll be there. I am new to the Dutch Bros. scene and I definitely will choose them over Starbuck now any day. And best of all the don't just do coffee they make some pretty rad teas too! This guy taking my order recommended I try the Tropical Black Tea it was FIRE people...so good! I have to try more infusions there. Now everytime I am here this place attracts wild Roos like me ha! Now lines are crazy long but these guys take lines down so quickly and give each customer the same customer experience and that I think is awesome! Everyone is so down to earth and nice.
