Whoever built this sandwich decided fat was a liability, trimmed the brisket down to something you'd find in a hospital cafeteria, and then served it anyway. What arrived was a stack of lean, gray-edged slices with no give and no moisture whatsoever. You could hear it more than taste it. Chewing produced no juice, no render, nothing. It just sat there getting smaller. I am not exaggerating when I say you would need a glass of water on the table to dunk it in, and even then I'm not confident it would go down. Then the rye. Somebody griddled it in butter, which coats the crumb in dairy and flattens the caraway into nothing. Rye for pastrami gets a light toast at most, and that's if it needs anything at all. Butter turns it into a grilled cheese chassis with the cheese removed. On a pastrami sandwich it's a category error. My people spent two thousand years perfecting this sandwich. Somebody in that kitchen reverse-engineered it back into jerky on a sponge. There are delis in New York that would treat this as a personal provocation. I've eaten the correct version of this sandwich. It comes carved by hand, on untoasted rye, with enough fat to shorten a life. That's the deal. You give up a few years and you get something worth eating. What this place serves takes the years and gives nothing back. Two dollars less and it's a bad lunch. At this price it's contempt. The coleslaw does not save it. One star, and that's for the plate.

The lady at the register stated that the cold foam wasn't working out and they are trying and asked if we still wanted to wait. Well of course we did cause we paid an extra dollar and some change for the cold foam. So it's odd that she was going to give us the coffee without it and not even ask if we wanted anything else in place of that. After what seemed like 15 minutes waiting for iced coffee we finally got it and as you can see from the picture, there was barely any cold foam. The lady was nice but the experience was lacking due to the order not being what we really wanted. Both coffees were sweet and it was not terrible. I'd go back for the baked goods only.

Do not come to this location if you're looking for an old-school Dutch experience. I was a manager at a different Dutch franchise for four years and have been a regular at this stand for the last three, and there has been an insane drop off in speed, quality, and customer service recently. They will chalk it up to the fact that they're training new people, but it's more of the attitude and vibe. The last six times I've gone, four of my drinks were wrong, went back to the window to get them fixed and was told I would need to pay again if I wanted a different drink. On a different occasion, asked if I could try a new drink I was told I would need to buy two in case I didn't like it. Again, having management experience in this company means I know what the standards used to be, how the company used to treat people and use to prioritize customers, so it's a bummer now to be a customer and not feel like I can try new things without having to pay double, or even get my drink made correctly. I took a break from dutch for a while after I left working there, and this experience has reminded me how much the company has changed and how little of the Dutch I loved to work at is still present in the company. Dutch is just a louder, brighter Starbucks now. In the grand scheme of things, this review won't matter, they'll still be making millions of dollars and will plug along like nothing even happened and management will likely write this off as just an angry customer, but the standards have dropped, and I hope other people notice. Edit: The automated and generic "We're sorry, please go to this website to complain!" message that leads you to a generic FAQ on the Dutch main website with no way to even fill out a complaint form or communicate with the company in any way really drives home the "we don't care about our customers" message. Meanwhile, positive reviews get personalized responses. Trash. read more

My daughter and her friends were just harassed and got drinks poured and thrown at them at this location. The workers did nothing for my children who were just trying to enjoy their drinks. The workers at this Dutch Bros witnessed these kids get threatened and drinks poured on them. Awful customer service. Honestly unbelievable that grown adults did not help young children getting attacked at this location. The children even chased my car down once I picked the girls up. I will never be coming back to this Dutch Bros location. I can not believe that workers would be so heartless to not even help girls in need. Wow just wow. WARNING: Do NOT use the Order Ahead option I paid for an order that was never fulfilled due to the Dutch bro's app going down (out of my control, fully on Dutch Bros). The store manager told me to contact HQ for a refund, but after two weeks all I've received from Dutch Bros support is the same canned response. No refund, No resolution. They repeatedly tell you to contact their Customer Experience Team, who doesn't help at all. They don't actually read your emails and just send the same message repeatedly. Very disappointing for a longtime customer. I'll be getting my espresso elsewhere. read more

My family and I love Dutch Bros Coffee! This was the first time we went to this one. Our experience was horrible. We waited in a huge line then we ordered and are drinks were horrible. They tasted completely different than usual and were not very good. One of the smoothies, strawberry banana, made us very disappointed. This smoothie had pieces of glass or plastic in it and lots of them. This smoothie also made my daughters stomach hurt and we were not satisfied. I would not recommend this Dutch Bros to you and hope your experience is nothing like ours. read more
