I have to say this is the longest wait I have ever had for coffee. However, I quickly found it it was so worth the wait. The iced coffee was good but the service was the best I've had, pretty much anywhere and that's not just comparing other coffee shops. I watched and listened to interaction after interaction each time seeing an awesome display of friendliness and exemplary customer service being delivered by these young men. Best damn coffee I've ever had. The best people I've ever met work at this location. They're friendly, kind and genuine. Be prepared for some lively conversation! My favorite is the kicker freeze! It taste amazing. Kudos to Tim (The incredible man) for being so awesome. They also have a stamp card....every ten coffee's you buy, you get a freebie!! What's better then that? This shouldn't be the case, It's quicker to go through the drive through then it is to order at the walk up window. It's really frustrating that cars keep moving through the line and the person that's been standing in front of me at the walk up window still hasn't received an easy drink and it's been over 5 minutes. This location must not use any sort of measuring device for the syrup because I always order my hot drink extra sweet and it's never sweet enough. Other locations seem to use something to measure, I never have this issue at other dutch bros. Tired of paying $5.25 for a drink that isn't how I like it and I wait forever in line. read more

I love coffee, used to go to lux coffeebar all the time when i lived on that side of town, went here with a friend, the line was long but we didn't wait too long...I was happy with this until we got our order... we left with coffee was in such a hurry and coffee was too hot to drink I assume its what I ordered...IT WAS WRONG, we ended up 15 minutes away and traffic was horrible. We got back, waited in line and ordered once again. This time there was nothing but rude customers, had a lady bark at me for cutting...I was simply walking past her to find a seat on benches. FINALLY we got our order but the taste wasn't satisfying and was bland. I wasn't about to get in line again. I left disappointed, sorry dutchbros maybe another day It'll be better. read more

A friend of mine told me if I'm in phoenix I have to try this place. Never heard of this apparently popular place. In the east but boy am I glad I tried it. A bit bigger than a standalone kiosk on a corner with over a dozen cars lined up to place their order through the Drive thru we waited till after lunch to try it. I'm glad we did try it! Mocha coffee was delicious! Chocolate cheese cake banana nut bread and blueberry muffin although too small to be satisfying they were BIG on delicious flavor!!! I feel like this can be said for most Dutch Bros, but oh mylanta the crew at this location are SO nice! I ordered a small and was done with it before I left the drive thru. So when I walked up to order another, I was greeted with a smile, followed immediately by a concerned look and a "Was everything okay?". When I explained I just needed more caffeine, everyone in the stand laughed, and was ready to help me rock and roll. While making my order, we shared great conversation, a few more laughs, and ended my visit with high fives. So the first of the month is always crazy busy, and this one customer was in an almighty rush to get her drinks and cut in front of me. I told one of the employees, and she tried to tell the woman to back out but she wouldn't, so they kind of had to serve her anyways. However, they went to the other cars including myself and gave us full stamp cards for dealing with the situation. Granted all Dutch Bros have looooong wait times but this one is by far the shortest one. I actually like that it doesn't get too crowded and they don't spend a lot of time yapping. I agree with some of the other reviews, sometimes you really don't want to talk to strangers especially if you haven't had your coffee yet. I go to Dutch bros 4-5 times a week consistently for the last 7 years. Today I went to this location and my experience was not great. First of, I was told rudely by the girl who took my order that if I didn't turn from the street connected to the main road that they wouldn't serve me? I literally was baffled. Maybe you should have some signs up or close that entrance of then? Also, I was on the phone while she was talking to me which is rude in itself. I thought Dutch bros was known for the friendly employees and great customer service? I pull up to the window for my drink and to pay. I wasn't asked if I had the Dutch bros app, which of course I do have considering how often I go. I showed my app, paid, and then was told that they aren't doing pup cups any more because of a whip cream shortage? I pay 4.95$ for a small beverage... is Dutch bros really not able to afford whip cream? I find that incredibly unlikely considering the fact that they have jacked up their prices exponentially over the last three years. Once again, another big disappointment. Overall, a really negative experience. I guess I should have gone to my regular location, or better yet, taken my business to Black Rock or Starbucks (both which have whip cream for their pup cups, by the way). read more

First time trying Dutch Bros. The traditional kicker (Irish whiskey) was so good. Amazing flavor but not unbearably sweet! There is no indoor seating, just a walk up window and drive through but I was amazed at the speed of service. We paid and immediately the drink was ready to go. Every time I get coffee here its either hit or miss. I usually get a Kicker, a Double Chocolate Mocha, or a Vanilla Latte. With the latter two, my drinks tend to taste watered down half of the time, and then the other half of the time they're amazing. I wish there was some kind of consistency to the way the drinks were made at this location, but that's not the case for me. read more

I LOVE this coffee and the servers here always put you in a good mood. This location is always busy, but they take care of you very quickly. Good place for hot or iced coffee and chai. I like plain good rich coffee, so Dutch Bros doesn't disappoint. If in the mood for a special latte, they can do coconut or almond milk so I'm happy there too! Dutch bros has good coffee. It seems like every time I go there is a long line. It shows that people will wait for the coffee. Love that they have a punch card. However, it feels so fake when you get up to the window. It's too much. I just want my coffee, we don't need to pretend to be friends. There is a difference from being friendly and annoyingly awkward. Love the coffee... Just wish the experience was toned down a bit. I really do like this place, most of the kids that work here are fun, friendly and fast at making the drinks. The drinks are always great, love this better than the "other" coffee place for sure. However, it's really sad when one thing can just ruin your whole experience. I came here one day and tipped as usual. A tall kid with dark brown curly hair gave us our drinks, then patted the tip jar, then gave us a look as we pulled out. Really? Just because you don't see someone tip doesn't mean they didn't. Also, a tip is extra. EXTRA. I've never scoffed at tipping even when my 2 drinks come to $11.50. I believe in tipping everywhere I go. But come on people. read more

Love Dutch bros! Coffee is fantastic and it is definitely a little cheaper than Starbucks. The staff is always wonderful and if you don't know what you want, they can recommend some awesome drinks that you would never think to order yourself. My only complaint is that the line is always very long, and because they pride themselves on customer service it can take a very long time to get through, especially when the car in front of you orders 4 drinks at a time. If you are on a time crunch, it's not worth it. Best times to go are really early in the morning, around noon, and later in the evening. Don't even try around 8-9 am. This is the slowest location ever! I spend so much money on Dutch brothers per week, but I literally have to wait in the drive thru for this one for half an hour at most of the time. I understand that they're busy, at every other location I go to, especially the Glendale one, they are busy too and still manage to get me in and out within 10 minutes in the drive thru.
