But that has definitely gone downhill in recent months, especially at this location. Went there 12/9/23 at about 8am and the girl who took our order in the driveway was lukewarm at best and seemed annoyed when taking orders. It's a bad sign when the one feature that made your business popular is the feature that you are now losing. This is a rare two stars for Dutch Bros. I walked up to order a drink with my friend and waited in line while two people ordered at the window before us. Once they ordered I thought we would be greeted next with someone kind, instead I got the opposite. No one greeted us and an employee started taking over 5 orders behind us, before I kindly asked the window ladies if we are supposed to order with them or not. Rudely, the blonde girl snapped back and said "we have a lot of ordered ahead to do." Not even answering my question and giving a rude glare she turned back to her work. My favorite DB! Very special crew that works here. I come regularly, but sometimes take breaks as my schedule changes. I'm always greeted warmly! Keenan has gone above and beyond in customer service. He always has such a friendly smile and positive attitude. One time I forgot to take my stamp card and he ran it back out to me! The music is always upbeat, but not tooo loud. I love that this crew makes each transaction personal, but still gets thru a long drive thru line with speedy service. I've seen only a few price increases over the years and they are modest. This stand makes my favorite iced Americano, with almond milk. Nothing else compares. I noticed the almond milk is poured into the hot espresso. I believe that makes the difference. I'm in utter shock at the rudeness of an employee. Told me I needed to leave the dive threw after sat in line for 10 mins because I entered in the wrong way. Which was the correct way to enter in the drive-through for literally eight years or more! I was confused when it said exit as I was driving in. There is no other way to enter from that side which doesn't make sense. I thought that was a mistake because it doesn't make sense to the lay out of the coffee shop. Plus it's been the same way to enter in for years. I've gone so many times just to this particular Dutch bros and others and I've never come across a 18 year old employee Karen trying to shame me for a minor driving error. I had only a 15 mins break and I wasted 10 of in in line. They always take long but I had 15 mins to spare so I figured I would be fine. When she told me to leave the drive threw because I entered in the wrong way. I was baffled. I told her I was confused as that was always the entrance. She said they JUST changed it and told me to pull out and go behind another costumer even though I was waiting there first regardless of my mistake. I had to literally drive over a curb to get behind the other costumer... what was the point to shame me for making a minor driving error and make me late for work? At that point I had to leave I didn't have enough time to get a coffee anymore as I had a 30 min drive to my next work appointment. Very disappointing. Oh I loved this cute little place. They had so many flavors, the location is ideal and the girl who took my order was soo kind. I went this morning to try their coffee since there are none in Rhode island. I pulled up and was confused because there was no box to order so I assumed I missed it lol. She quickly set me straight. I got what I believe was the snicker blend with coconut, chocolate and hazelnut flavoring. The only thing for me was the coffee was quite expensive, I've never played close to $6 for a coffee anywhere lol. The coffee was delicious and my drink was quite enjoyable. I love dutch bro's. I've been coming here for years. I love dutch because their always consistent. I've been coming to this location only a few months because my bestie recently moved out this way. It's so nice because this location is on the way to her house so I always get us one on the way, and sometimes a second mid evening My friend got me hooked to the iced Rebel drinks and they're all so good, I'm hooked. My friend and I made a list to make sure we try them all and know which ones we like. I haven't had one I haven't liked yet, mainly because I cut out the ones with coconut because ew. Hahah. I think my fav so far is dinosaur egg, but that's a tough decision because ray of sunshine was incredible. A line is for ordering a product and getting that product as quickly as possible. A drive through line is for people that are either lazy or are in a hurry. Do we understand this so far if not please re-read till you understand the concept then move forward. My question is why is it every time I go to buy your product I get extra time in line with your people continuing conversation after they have handed off the persons order to them. As a paying customer I'm not in line to have more of my time wasted while you have a conversation. I have been going to this location for three months now. On average I'm in line an extra 3 minutes cause of conversation. If you are hiring people to chat start a hostess club not a coffee shop. read more

Super friendly staff, upbeat music playing, the vibe of this place is happy and friendly, definitely not for those who don't want to talk, don't want to smile, and want to be in and out in 30 seconds. The coffee is amazing! They do well with sugary drinks that taste like half coffee half dessert. Their menu is extensive though, and there are so many options if you are more into basic drinks. Standby to wait in line! We went to a few locations over the weekend and they were all pretty much the same, long lines. Surprisingly they work pretty quick and the wait is not terrible. As for the coffee and other drinks, nobody in our group was that impressed. They were not bad but when comparing their drinks to other popular chains they were not up to par. The thing that makes this place work is the employees. The atmosphere is awesome, music is always playing and whoever serves you takes a moment to actually talk to you. They are not the type to just hand you your drink and get you out as soon as possible. I thought this was a refreshing sales model that more places should try. Again tonight I found myself near a Dutch Bros I hadn't been to and so I ventured the extra five miles to find it. It was an easy find located right next to the Paradise Valley Mall directly across from JC Penny. The parking lot itself is so tiny and at 8pm we couldn't even park in it because the drive thru lane was blocking the five spaces that were empty. Even if I could've parked I'd of never been able to get out. We decided to park in the mall parking which was an easy walk across the cross walk. The walk up window was empty and no one waiting. There are about five outdoor tables which I can see filling up quickly on the weekends that close to the mall. We were greeted quickly and he was very friendly. He listened to what I was wanting and I went with a ice coffee with heavy whip and sf vanilla extra sweet. I also ordered a rebel for my son. His drink came out perfect, but mine was awful. Probably the only time I've ever ended up with something I was really unsatisfied with. I didn't taste it until we were in the car and driving or I would've asked them to remake it. So my own fault, but again I've never had anything bad from Dutch and I go A LOT. It felt like I was drinking solid heavy whipping cream instead of the few oz they typically add. I had to throw it away. I'm leaving the three stars for the layout of the parking lot and drink. Service though is always on point when I go to any Dutch . What a bummer. read more

It took five of the 10 minutes just for the car ahead of us to wait at the window and get the two drinks they ordered. With five cars in line by the time the car directly ahead of us reached the window their drinks should have been ready and waiting. Pay. Hand the customer the drinks. Move on to the next customer. Simple as that. Unless they're sending someone get fresh beans from Juan Valdez for every order they need to be faster. We won't be back. I love this location so much even though the line gets crazy long at times.
