This Starbucks is not that great. Pulled up to the drive thru today. I tried to order a turkey pesto panini, but I was promptly told they were out of that item. I then proceeded to order another panini. The service representative quickly cut me off stating, "Actually we are out of ALL OUR PANINIS." She sounded annoying at my ordering attempt. When I pulled up to the window, a male employee handed me my spinach/egg wrap. Next, a female brought my cappuccino. I kept sitting there waiting for my cinnamon coffee cake. She looked at me wondering why I was still sitting there. I reminded her about the coffee cake, and she did get it. Far from marvelous experience over all. I have been to this location on numerous occasions and purchased items here before. I have not had a bad experience until now. Today I went to this location because I was in dire need of water. I work for the Post Office - outside in the heat. Now granted it was only 86 degrees today but when working directly in the sun it feels hotter. I had unfortunately ran out of water to stay hydrated. The Circle K next to this Starbucks was closed, so my next option was to go to the Starbucks. I asked for two waters with no ice. They said I had to purchase something in order to get water. I told them I work outside for the post office, in the sun, I just needed water and circle k was closed. I told them this numerous times. I was in desperate need of water. They told me it was company policy. I was waiting to talk to a manager (he also told me company policy) when another customer over heard and purchased something so I could have water. It is absolutely obscene that I couldn't get water. I was not asking for free coffee or merchandise... I was asking for water. The staff was trying to be friendly about it but it does not change the fact they could not use simple empathy for someone who has been working outside that needs water. EMPATHY is a huge part of customer service and I am telling you right now...no empathy was show other than by another customer. Dozens of mail carriers die each year of heat related illnesses. We at times run out of water and need to obtain some quickly. I am thankful the Circle K next door has NEVER given me a hard time about getting water. read more

I came here the other day, i ordered my drink and im waiting in the cafe seating area. The floor was dirty and sticky. This review isn't about that, but i overheard a male employee talking to his other employees. This male employee was asking his coworkers if they would say the "N" word for money. I'm sorry i was sooo quick to look back and shocked that a brown male starbucks employee is asking other employees while working this uncomfortable question. Not only that but I a person of color am hearing this? Shame on this establishment, shame on Starbucks for condoning this behavior! Shame on the manager in charge for doing nothing! So far so good! This location recently opened and it's been very convenient for me on the drive into work. I've been here a handful of times and usually order the same thing, some of the employees recognize me which is nice when conversing. I have yet to go inside, I've been going through the drive thru which is relatively quick. Some of the employees that I've interacted with have been a bit odd, and some of the things that have been said are odd but aside from the a majority of the time my drink is made right. I don't know how I feel about the new way the stars for rewards are being used, one of the managers today was trying to explain and it honestly was frustrating because I lost my rewards in the transition. I don't normally complain, but I just went through the drive-through. The wait was unusually long for the number of cars in line. While ordering I asked what is matcha green tea? Response: "It it is green tea with macha in it." I resisted my urge to laugh and mock that answer, because I didn't want the barista to spit in my tea. When I arrived at the window the barista, with an inside out apron, so no name tag to be identified, was complaining to a coworker about a sore back, looking away from me, while handing me a protein box that I didn't ordered. This Starbucks is a great location if you want to get some work down. It is relatively new of a new location and is quite spacious. My standard drink us an iced green tea latte. Usually, the baristas don't shake the drink and the powder sits on the bottom of the drink. Also, most of the time, there is usually way more milk than green tea powder ratio. However, at this location, they get the drink just right! It definitely incentives me to go back to this location. The staff has always been really nice and friendly so it makes it a nice environment to get work done. They have a bench table for groups, comfy chairs and lots of small tables. The downside? The internet is pretty slow. It shows that the wireless connection is strong but functionally, it is slow. Sometimes, I have gotten kicked off and to reconnect. Maybe this is a good thing because I can't procrastinate! Ha! read more

Truthfully, I am generally not much of Starbucks fan. Coffee is pretty pricey, taste can be mediocre, and their specialty drinks have a LOT of empty calories...just not really my favorite. I stopped by here after a workout to grab an Americano. There were not a lot of options in this area, so I figured I'd bite the bullet. There were quite a few folks there that are part of the weekend cyclists in this area. Parking was easy (I chose to go inside), and the establishment was very clean with a lovely, friendly staff. My coffee was completed very timely, and delivered with a smile (and my name...over the years I have noticed that some locations do not follow this practice anymore). The Americano was just what I was craving and it was delicious. I did get an extra shot and I always add a few shakes of cinnamon. This location is what would bring me back. Great patio, nice inside space, friendly staff, and overall chill vibe. Well done! This generally non-Starbucks gal will definitely swing by again after my morning workout. Although, I am still not one for the high calorie specialty drinks, I would like to see what their new premium coffee is like. Hopefully they will (or maybe already do?) carry it at this location. This is a brand new Starbucks, so maybe the staff hasn't received training yet on how to wipe a table or use a mop? Unfortunately, this is the worst Starbucks in the neighborhood. Been there a few times and never wrote a review about them, even though disappointed each time. Today, was the icing on the cake. I get the same thing each time. Today's Frappuccino was awful; the mixture was way off, as well as the color and when it settled, it was less than half full. I used to like this location because there was not a long as line as most locations but I won't be coming back they have repeatedly messed up my order, which when you are in a hurry is completely frustrating and I usually don't have the time to come back and fix it so my money is wasted on a drink.
