Literally probably the worst Dutch brothers I've been to. And I've been to Idaho, Oregon and other Arizona locations. They are extremely slow, burn their coffee, mix up orders constantly and are just a disappointment to the Dutch name. I thought it might have just been a one time thing but after four visits I'm done giving them a shot. read more

I drive by this place every morning on the way to work. Its a very cool place to stop, even with 4 cars in front of me I don't feel like I waited in line like I did at a Starbucks drive-thru, because once you pull up to the window there are always super happy baristas happy to take your order and talk to you while they make it. I walked up once and saw that their coolers had Dutch Bro stickers on them and since I always talk about this place I asked how much they were, they trew a box full of stickers in front of me and told me to pick out what I wanted. So now I promote 24-7. Oh and for sure get the punchcard for free drinks and sign up for the email/text list because they always have specials. read more

I went on a Sunday night around 10 pm & the second drive thru lane was open. I proceeded to 'pick the shortest line' as the sign says. I stayed there until the two cars on the right, that were there first, went. Chase, proceeded to shake her head, and then give me a dirty look. I then waited 5 minutes, as Chase, a white girl with a blonde pixie cut decided she was done talking to the car in front of me. Keep in mind, we pulled all the way up around the curve before she finished and began to take my order. There were now 5 cars behind me in a 5 minute period. She was short with me, and rude and I didn't like it one bit. I then paid, and went to the window where her shift lead came to the window, where I told her what happened. She was amazing, I believe her name was Kensie. I didn't want anything in return, rather than for her to be talked to. As someone who works in customer service & retail all day, I wasn't happy. I was just trying to get things done, and grab a quick coffee. I do recommend this place, however I was not in the mood to be dealing with someone who was ignorant. read more

The drive- thru is fast and it goes without saying that the level of customer service is unparalleled at Dutch Bros. First of all don't use the drive up. Not faster nor convenient. Was our first time there. Do all DB have a human order pole? Although very personable would have liked it faster rather than chatty! I liked this place allot, till I was going for a free insulated cup.. They said after buying 5 lattes I got a free one. After 5 they said 6. The 5th latte had a bad top on it and spilled all over my car. Good coffee. The 5 latte just pissed me off. Haven't been back. read more

I wanted to choose an absolute 5 star establishment for my first Yelp review after being a reader for years! This location of Dutch Bros Coffee is just that. The two employees I encountered were so naturally friendly and not the corporate way with the stiff greeting and the stone faced "Have a nice day". The coffee was delicious and she gave me a stamp card needing only one more stamp for a free drink because I told her I was only in Arizona fro one more day.
