This Dutch Bros had some of the best customer service I've ever seen from a young guy working on a holiday (Memorial Day). I ordered an Americano which was excellent and just the right proportions. My wife had a soy chai latte which was just a little too sweet, but still good. If you like sweet starbucks drinks you will LOVE this place. They have a great selection of drinks you can order either hot, iced, or blended. And they are cheaper than starbucks too! Even if the line is a little bit long they are quick. And the staff is beyond friendly. I swear they must seriously love their job! I would recommend the annihilator. read more

Literally probably the worst Dutch brothers I've been to. And I've been to Idaho, Oregon and other Arizona locations. They are extremely slow, burn their coffee, mix up orders constantly and are just a disappointment to the Dutch name. I went on a Sunday night around 10 pm & the second drive thru lane was open. I proceeded to 'pick the shortest line' as the sign says. I stayed there until the two cars on the right, that were there first, went. Chase, proceeded to shake her head, and then give me a dirty look. I then waited 5 minutes, as Chase, a white girl with a blonde pixie cut decided she was done talking to the car in front of me. Keep in mind, we pulled all the way up around the curve before she finished and began to take my order. There were now 5 cars behind me in a 5 minute period. She was short with me, and rude and I didn't like it one bit. I then paid, and went to the window where her shift lead came to the window, where I told her what happened. She was amazing, I believe her name was Kensie. I didn't want anything in return, rather than for her to be talked to. As someone who works in customer service & retail all day, I wasn't happy. I was just trying to get things done, and grab a quick coffee. I do recommend this place, however I was not in the mood to be dealing with someone who was ignorant. read more

I drive by this place every morning on the way to work. Its a very cool place to stop, even with 4 cars in front of me I don't feel like I waited in line like I did at a Starbucks drive-thru, because once you pull up to the window there are always super happy baristas happy to take your order and talk to you while they make it. I walked up once and saw that their coolers had Dutch Bro stickers on them and since I always talk about this place I asked how much they were, they trew a box full of stickers in front of me and told me to pick out what I wanted. So now I promote 24-7. Oh and for sure get the punchcard for free drinks and sign up for the email/text list because they always have specials. read more

I wanted to choose an absolute 5 star establishment for my first Yelp review after being a reader for years! This location of Dutch Bros Coffee is just that. The two employees I encountered were so naturally friendly and not the corporate way with the stiff greeting and the stone faced "Have a nice day". The coffee was delicious and she gave me a stamp card needing only one more stamp for a free drink because I told her I was only in Arizona fro one more day. This is a shout out to Kevin & he is one of the top 2 reasons why I love THIS Dutch Brothers place. My husband & I were in line waiting to order & I told him I wanted chocolate milk (I'm pregnant, so, no coffee for me) & my husband was giving me such a hard time about why I was going to order chocolate milk from a coffee place. Then, Kevin came up & made my day. My husband asked if they had chocolate milk & he said, "Yeah, the best!" The fact that I was vindicated was great, but, the fact that the chocolate milk craving was satisfied with a Dutch Brothers order was the icing. These guys are always great!
