I'd never been to a Dutch Bros coffee but the experience was all positive. I tried the fruit drink with black tea and it was really tasty. My friend had a Kicker and it was excellent. If you want an array of coffee varieties and flavors mixed with great service, this is the place! Love to stop by here before work and I always look forward to it. Very consistent with the service and the coffee. The large iced is 32 ounces which is more than you get at Starbucks, it has the most sugar free syrups I've ever seen at a coffee shop and it taste better than Starbucks (in my opinion, their coffee is watered down and overpriced). The person who came out to my car to take my order was SUPER helpful and nice and gave me a great recommendation to try the Cocomo, since it was my first time trying Dutch Bros. I got the iced drink and LOVED IT. Beautiful strong coffee flavor, with a nice, even sweetness, the tiniest hint of coconut flavor, and a lovely creaminess. If Dutch Bros opens more locations all around here, I'm going to have to let my Starbucks gold card expire, hahaha. read more

Service is great! They get your order taken quickly and the drinks made in lightening speed. The staff is friendly and are always very kind. The drinks are tasty (although a bit in the sweeter side). I've gotten blended, hot, and iced beverages here and I think the hot coffee drinks are far superior - however when I'm in the mood for something super sweet, blended is the way to go. First time I tried Dutch Bros was in Northern California. I was so excited they were opening up locations in Texas. I like the bigger sizes that Dutch Bros offers compared to Starbucks. The price of my drink is never consistent. Sometimes I'm charged $1.50 other times I'm charged $2.95. It seems like the people who take my order don't know how to plug it in correctly so they improvise and charge me for a drink I didn't order and edit the contents in the "drink notes". Tips are something that should be earned or given by the customer "To Insure Prompt Service". However, every time I've been here (10+ visits), I've been directly asked if I want to tip. It's awkward and unprofessional. The energy is fun and uplifting and the people are nice, however, they need more training and help with some logistic issues. read more

I've been here a couple times and it was so good.. then I wanted to take my siblings here for THEIR first time and it was extremely disappointing to the point we all won't go back. Everyone was nice but the coffee tasted so bad. When we first got our coffees they all looked almost black which was confusing because where was the milk? Tasted just like watered down cold brew with no flavor. We all got the different things and it all tasted the same! Nasty. So I decided to go back around and explain they didn't taste right so they were nice and gave me new ones. Mine still tasted the exact same way... and my siblings just tasted like watered down milk. After waiting in a 30 minute line and driving 15 minutes there I can honestly say their coffee is really not all that great. Mediocre coffee with a frat house feel. My wife and I had cold brew coffees. The quality was somewhere between a McCafé and Starbucks but a little closer to the McCafé. The drinks were definitely more ice than coffee and tasted like an iced coffee instead of a cold brew. This is yet another one of those coffee shops like 151 coffee, that has music so loud you're guaranteed to wake any sleeping kids when you stop by for a coffee, so beware if you have a sleeping baby in the car. read more

I took a star away because of the drive thru experience. I love the coffee. The pup cups are great because they have a little treat in them. But the drive thru leaves a lot to be desired. Signs say to pick the shortest lane. Okay. A short lane but long wait. So another vehicle arrives and "merges" in front of you after you have been waiting way longer.
