First time here. I was greeted when I opened the door -"welcome in" nice. The barista taking my order was cool, attentive and helpful. I ordered the cinnamon pull apart. I was headed to a meeting and this hit the spot. Very clean inside and lots of baristas working. All seemed friendly. I recommend this location. Parking is ok. This Starbucks location has been always good about getting our order right and served within a good time. This is during busy events or slow days too as they are right across from the fairgrounds. They have consistently been a great stop to get a drink or snack. The inside is really nice and there is plenty of seating and chairs to either do some work, talk with friends/co-workers/family, or just to chill. The staff here are friendly and courteous as well! They are also patient when we aren't completely sure what we want which I appreciate and they don't sound exasperated when we are to ready to order like other locations. Coffee was good service from Jayden was terrible. Person who took our order was nice. We confirmed our order on drive thru screen, it was perfect. At the window a different girl, Jayden, was very curt, seemed irritated we were there. She gave us our order, and turned away. We kept waiting as my coffee was not done yet. We waited until she turned back around and stared at us. We said we are waiting for an iced coffee, she said (very rudely) you didn't, that's it. We said no, one more drink. She was very agitated and kept looking at her screen saying "I don't think you were charged." We kept trying to give her my card. She finally took it, then stood with her back to us, gave the drink and shut the window. The whole time we felt like we were a bother, I was surprised after their mistake and long wait and already having spent $28, she would comp the drink. There was no sorry, no thank you, nothing. I stood there for 15 minutes after I ordered. Finally a girl asked me what I ordered, I told her and she told me that she couldn't find it. The "cashier" never asked me my name, hence why they couldn't find my order. I just asked for a refund as I didn't want to wait even longer. In getting my refund the same girl who took my order looked at me and said "X.XX amount." I had given her cash. I had to literally tell her "that's what you owe me." This is why I no longer go to Starbucks. The service is terrible. I do appreciate the young girl who in the middle of making drinks noticed I was frustrated and asked what I was waiting on. In standing there waiting, they don't yell loud enough as the music is over powering. Half the orders sat and waited because no one could hear them. Please do better. read more

The service was typical customer service nothing bad at all. But my Venti Iced Caramel Macchiato was just gross tasting and it lacked flavor. It had very little caramel in it, much less than normal and the vanilla flavoring was very weak and it tasted mostly like black coffee and milk. Service: 4/5 Drink: 2/5 read more

I was served by a young curly-haired barista and, let me tell you, the customer service was absolutely excellent! It was my first time at a Starbucks and she walked me through everything. I've only ever had black coffee before (I live in a very small rural community in the Midwest and was visiting Washington for the first time) and she recommended some great fun new drinks! This is a great Starbucks!! Large seating area and a nice drive through. Open design with lots of windows. Staff was welcoming and friendly. We had a seat at the large community table and the barista brought us our drinks. The place was busy and she took the time to bring it out to us. As we where chatting, one of the staff cleaned tables and checked on people to make sure no one needed anything. We will definitely be back to this Starbucks!! read more

Excited that there is a Starbucks at this location! The employees are all extremely friendly, interior is nice and trendy, with good places to sit, food and beverage selection is great as with all Starbuckses. My only complaint is that the drive thru isn't super well planned. It's fine at non-peak hours, but when it gets busy and the line is full, it becomes confusing--there are entrances from two different streets (Meridian and 9th Ave) and you just kinda have to try to zipper merge and hope everyone is considerate. It may have been better if they did two drive thru lines with a planned merge, which I've seen at other places. However, the parking lot is pretty sizeable so if the drive thru is hectic, I just park and go in. Overall 5 stars though, and godspeed to the baristas when fair season rolls around. That will be a whole different ball game. read more

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I went today, on Christmas Eve, and used the drive through to place my order. The experience was fine, until the cashier Jacob who took my payment, proceeded to call me a "DUMB ASS". This was after I proceeded to ask for two straws, for the two drinks I purchased. Both were Frappuccino's, so I'm unsure why I would be called out of my name. I then go into the store, and speak with a supervisor named, Meredith. Who yet again, gave very sub par customer service, continuously apologizing. However, never stated this issue will be rectified and the employee will be dealt with. She even refused to comp our drinks after this horrible experience. It's not about the costs of the drinks, as I had already paid for them, and had every intention to continue with my day. Until I was called out of my name. Which I'm sure while wearing a mask, he assumed I wouldn't hear it. This type of behavior will not be tolerated. As a black woman, being called a "Dumb Ass", by a young white male for absolutely no reason, shows me this is the type of environment that allows blatant disrespect, racism, and hatred. On Christmas Eve, with COVID-19, running rampant, this hurt me to the core. Starbucks, this needs to be rectified immediately. I have filed a corporate complaint, and will ensure a call is placed to the store manager Jordan Johnson as well. I expected better read more

Funny how customers who comes into STARBUCKS can't read or understand how the card member works. Waiting in line for Happy Hour and customers are confused because the baristas need to scan their gold member card to get the buy 1 get 1 free. I love Starbucks. I always have. This Starbucks has been good to me until today. I have always received great service, however today a specific employee ruined this for me. Meredith. Tall, short blonde hair, and upset. She has the hair that says "Can I speak to the manager?" After she made both of our drinks wrong, she seemed upset that we asked if she could correct it. When she offered us the drink anyways, we asked what was in it, and she yelled at us and other patrons saying, "It's a free drink, why do you care?" and proceeded to yell in the store "Who wants a free drink?" When we said we would take it, she sat it on the counter and walked off. She proceeded to accuse and berate four other customers about how it was their fault their drinks were wrong. I felt like a child who had been disciplined for playing with a toy that was not my own. The most upsetting part of this is that it was my favorite Starbucks. And sure, we all have bad days, but it seemed as if I betrayed her on a deeper level for simply asking for the drink that I payed for. read more
