Still loving this Dutch Bros location!!! I still mainly go for their smoothies instead of their coffee (which is crazy because I'm usually the biggest coffee person) but they are so delicious, and I've never been let down by any of the smoothies that I've ordered from here. If you haven't tried their smoothies before, YOU NEED TO!! Last visit I walked up versus driving through and it almost seems to go faster that way. The ladies working here were all really friendly and I have nothing negative to say about any of my experiences here. Will definitely be coming more often! read more

This location drives me crazy. It's so slow. I've never had a barista come out and take my order while I'm in line. I still love my Dutch Brothers coffee. I'll continue coming to this location until I can't take it anymore. However there will come a point that I'll throw my hands up and say "I can't take the slow line"! Please, retrain these employees, and have them at least take orders from the line of cars. Both taking orders, and payment in line would be super! read more

My cousin and I are from Southern California and on vacation here in Redmond, and everyone we've spoken to has recommended that we try Dutch Bros. Today we went through the drive through and were given the warmest greeting, and the best customer service that we have ever gotten, and I do not say that lightly. All of the people working inside looked like they were actually enjoying their jobs, they were so eager to help us, and offer their suggestions as to what we should order, which was very helpful considering it was our first time. I've had a lot of great coffee, but it's definitely the awesome employees that made this a five star experience!! Overall Dutch Bros is a hip and trendy shop with a young, energetic, and helpful staff. I'm definitely looking forward to going back. The nearest Dutch Bro in Redmond from my parent's place. Friendly workers--happened to be all my sister's classmates so we get the hook ups. The chocolate Dutch freeze is one the best! Of course, their blended raspberry blue rebel drink is also a must-try! I love the fact that it's drive-thru and there are other alternatives such as coconut milk, soy or almond milk. read more

Worst experience at a Dutch Bros ever!!! There were three cars ahead of us when we pulled up and it look literally 22 minutes to get our order and go. When we pulled up to the window it became evident why that was. The girl working the window had to re-ask what we wanted, with what flavorings and what sizes at least 3 times. Not too much needs to be said here. I freakin love Dutch brothers. I wish there was as stand closer to me. To sum it up. We made 3 trips over 2 days. Took a completely blank card and filled all but 3 spaces on it. We love this place and their coffee. I mean we have 2 dutch brothers cups already and I wouldn't mind grabbing another one. this was the worst experience at dutch bro's ever! you would think that teenagers would be able to control themselves in front of their elders, however saying words like "g*dd*mnit" wasn't suitable for me and my 7 year old daughter. the coffee wasn't what i asked for, was watery, and tasted like they topped it off with tap water and then burnt it. as for my daughter, she got a terribly made drink and hasn't come off her sugar high yet. the barista said it had "go-go juice" in it, however i came to find out that it wasn't apple juice after my daughter seemed quite inebriated. will not be going to this dutch bro's again and to the curly red headed girl, shame on you. read more

I love that they are being safe and careful, as the locally owned places all say they "are exempt" from the mask mandate. So they have lost my business forever. I recognize most of their drinks are very sugary but there are a ton of sugar free options when it comes to the syrup so always ask if that's an issue! The real reason I go to Dutch is because of the people- most of them past or present students of mine but it doesn't matter! These kids are always happy to see anyone and even have a picture of my dog as the background on their ipad.. B and her girls are so friendly! They remember their regulars, and that is one of the most important things in this industry! They treat my dog like the royalty that she is. Dutch bros is a great coffee shop and all out my favorite. But their cups aren't very good. The cups you get when you order a Rebel aren't strong at all. They crack very easily. I give a 5 star on the whole shop but probably a 2 on the cups read more

First off I must confess that I love DB coffee. Drive thru service, really friendly, and super fast but this particular DB needs a bit of recognition. There is a guy who works there who helped me both times I was lucky enough to pull up and each time he was about the most energetic and nicest guy who has ever served coffee on the face of the earth. He asked what I was planning each morning as I am sure he does every customer but beyond that he would add a bit of conversation relevant to your answer. Their coffee is always good and every DB I have ever been to has been great and friendly service but if you are lucky enough to spend 2 minutes and have this guy serve you in the morning it is a great way to start your day. read more
