hmmm. my last two experiences with dutch bros (two different locations) left me feeling meh. My last experience I was more upset that they didn't carry heavy cream for my americano... but this time, I got my regular, annihilator, and I was still left unhappy. Usually my husband and I devour this drink. This time, we only drank half. Not sure what's going on, but sadly, I may have to skip my next dutch bro visit. read more

Terrible service, Waited in line at 9:50 behind just one single car and just when we thought the person came to take our order in reality she was telling us to leave because she said they were closed and couldnt take our order and like i said we were waitting in line since 9:50. The workers there are always super upbeat and friendly. I think I've filled out like 10 stamp cards in the past year... Plus so cheap! During times when there's a ton of cars in line it's always faster to just park across the street and walk over to the window and order. read more

As far as drive through Espresso Stands go in the Pacific Northwest there are two that own the corner market as far as locations, and quality. One being Big Foot Java in the Seattle area of Washington and the other being Dutch Brothers . This Dutch brothers is no different. Great quality, and very friendly service. On my trip I had the mexican mocha which had great flavor, and was well balanced perfectly between flavor, and espresso. The girl who served us was also really friendly, and even hooked us up with some free stickers. Overall a great place to grab a Latte while heading down the Oregon Coast. read more

I was ready for my afternoon caffeine fix, and saw the reviews for Dutch Brothers. We're from Atlanta, and they don't have the drive thru espresso places like they do in Oregon. When we got to the window, I asked if the coffee was strong (I'm usually a Starbucks girl). She said yes, but we added a shot just for good measure. She asked if we had ever been there before, and we said no. She said that they give the coffee free to first timers. And it was really good coffee! Can't stand weak coffee, I must say. Walk up window is kinda interesting.. didn't know it was there at first, and lady was rude when she told us.. told us to push the window up.. they took and finished three orders of people that got there after us.. stood at the window for at least 15/20 mins just waiting.. not the greatest service from a Dutch, and I go to Dutch brothers a lot. read more

Waited in line for seceral minutes and only 2 cars ahead. Got to the window where the girl "corrected" everything we ordered. The booth smelled like weed so bad that we had to roll up the back windows because it was making my pregnant daughter ill. Coffee was burnt and they forgot to give us one of our dutch bros thermos and we had to stop on the street to go back and get it. Worst dutch ever! read more

We come here frequently for a drink for my wife. The brand seems to be popular in the West and is a real competitor for local coffee places, even Starbucks on a good day. One problem is that there is loud music playing inside the kiosk. That seems to be a company policy. And the employees are all very young. They seem to enjoy serving customers but not all have the ability to focus on the task at hand. Today things were very slow. Other times it has been much better. read more

I just don't get it. I read some of these reviews and think, "Hey, they might not be bad anymore..." and I get a cup of mocha and it doesn't taste anything like chocolate. Burnt coffee? Yes. Non-Fat? Seems so. Chocolate? Nope. Just tastes like a plain non-fat latte. I've done this 4 times now on different days with different people making them. I don't get it. read more

Fantastic coffee!!! I usually get the rebel with blue raspberry! It turns the drink green and it tastes heavenly! Not to mention that some of the baristas are yummier than the drinks themselves and friendlier than most (even in the very early am!) On this trip to Seaside, I was so excited to be able to get their classic coffee drinks, Kokomo being my favorite. The servers are always upbeat and efficient, and the drinks delicious. First time ever to get coffee at a Dutch Brothers Coffee. It was so disappointing. I like strong, black coffee so ordered an Americano with an extra shot. That's my "go to" order at unfamiliar coffee shops. Coffee was not full of flavor and bordered on weak. The 2 stars were for the nice workers, even though te music was so loud that the window person had to lean almost into the car to hear or be heard. I have no incentive to go to any Dutch Brothers in the future. read more
