One huge scoop of gelato inside waffle cone

Stella is so sweet and let us try different flavors of gelato since the one we want to order are gon. Services are in the price is very reasonable. Really worth the wait! So yummy!

Waited in a line that was out the door and down the block to get my family some gelato from here. No regrets - it was delicious! My daughter got the cotton candy, I got a coffee flavor and chocolate, my sister got the pistachio, and we all loved it. It all tasted fresh and delicious and like they use real ingredients. If we are ever in Seaside again we will definitely be visiting here again!

First stop on the Oregon Ice Cream trail done. We thought we'd stop here since it was something different than standard ice cream. The gelato itself was pretty good, but not different enough from a good ice cream that I could tell. They have a huge list of flavors on their website, but they don't make it clear that at any given time they only have a portion of those flavors available, so I had to pick out new flavors for everyone because none of the ones we chose were being scooped that day. I chose the blackberry basil with goat cheese, which was really yummy, and not at all as you're fearing--I tested mostly blackberry, though others thought they detected a hint of basil. They used real blackberries, as evidenced by the seeds (doesn't bother me but some may object). Given this long it took, I don't know if I'd come back again. I think we waited at least 20 minutes. I'm glad we tried them and I'd absolutely return if there was a shorter line, but there are other ice cream shops around that are also well loved and don't have the huge line.

Food- we ordered the Banana Boat and then the Blue Razz- I believe that's the name. We had gone by one shop however they only accepted cash, on our walk back to the hotel a cashier of a shop heard us and highly recommended this shop- I'm so glad we went. The line was a tad long but it's really worth the wait. The flavors are incredible and it's so fresh. There were 2 staff working and they held their composure pretty well based on the line and wait time. Ambiance- it's a cute, CLEAN store front and they have other items for sale: North Face Hoodies, drinks etc. I will be back!

I see the hype when the lines are constantly stretching out the door. This is a popular place, clean, and with short wait times. Guests are served quickly and on their way. Sample as you like, dine in or take it to go. Many flavors to choose from. Peach and Vanilla were our faves. Yum!!! I scream for Gelato! Book marked as a must stop when we come thru Seaside.

This is a cute place with good gelato, nothing outstanding though. I didn't like the confetti cake flavor. It tasted really artificial and had weird crunchy pieces in it. The chocolate was really good though. A small is 4$ but they give a hefty scoop which is nice. My boyfriend really liked his mocha frappe thing. They had a lot of really interesting options more than just gelato like gelato panini, ice cream sandwich, gelato spaghetti, and more. Employees were friendly and let you try samples. Some indoor seating.

It is safe to say, I am VERY particular about my ice cream. And it is also safe to say, Sea Star Gelato is my hands down favorite ice cream shop I've ever been to. The line is very long, but the flavors are absolute top notch, like extremely well flavored and well made. There are no corners cut here, each batch is made fresh daily and man, they knock it out of the park. Skip all of the other ice cream shops and come here. It is worth the wait.

Seriously the best gelato/icecream spot I've ever been to! The flavors were so rich and creamy, staff was quick and kind, and I was so shocked at how affordable everything was for the quality and quantity we got! I dream about this place still and frequently think about flying back to Oregon for the amazing vibe and this spot!

They don't have enough people working. We waited 50 min in line and missed the sunset. The long wait in line is unacceptable.

The Tillamook creamery has been going on for well over 100 years. It's a co-op of the local farmers, and they make amazing cheese with their high-quality dairy milk. The place is very busy, especially during the summertime, but there is lots and lots of parking for Cars, campers, buses motorhomes, etc. If you have an EV, they even have Tesla superchargers out in the overflow parking lot. The place is great. You go upstairs, and you get the factory tour. You don't actually get to go into the factory, but you see everything that is happening through the big picture windows. It covers the entire cheese making process. They also have lots and lots of samples available. They have a restaurant/snack bar, they have ice cream, they have gifts, and did I mention the cheese? Any type of cheese you're looking for, they probably have. The prices are reasonable, although some items are definitely higher priced. I got some of the cheese curds, which I love, I bought the single serve black pepper, Monterey Jack, which I had had before, and I loved. I also got a truffle Monterey Jack that is amazingly creamy, and earthy. For my sister, I got her the 10 year Monterey Jack. At 20 bucks for 8 ounces, definitely not cheap, but she really enjoyed it. She said it was extremely tangy and tasty. A bit too pricey for an everyday cheese, but well worth it for a special treat. For everything that they have, they also have a military/veterans discount. I've stopped here before, and I will definitely stop here again. Thank you.

Come for the free self guided tour, skip the cafeteria food…read more The self guided tour is free and fun for all ages. You can learn how cheese is made and packaged on a large scale. Lots of things to reach and you can sample as much cheese and ice cream. Sampling line is long but cycles through quickly. The cafeteria food had so much potential but it's a total fail. The hamburgers had tiny patties and was mostly bread. The same goes for pizza. It feels like eating 80 percent bread and 20 percent meat. They could have really showcased their cheese in a much better way, but instead let everyone in our group down (except for the kids). French fries were good though. The ice cream was great. Note that they have two lines for this - one on inside and outside. The inside one was long but less people were aware of the outside one. They have a lawn area for dogs and kids to play on. It was great because the weather was nice and kids can run around. They should offer doggie bags for owners to pick up their dog poop though. I saw an owner let their dog lay a fresh one around where our kids were playing and didn't clean it up. The grocery and souvenir store is fun to browse around. The overall experience wasn't as cheesy as I expected. Just a few puns were used, such as "Mooving door". Come here for a grate experience. Plan your lunch elsewhere.

The piles of gelato can be seen through the window, calling you inside. The menu has a few staples and a few seasonal items. They forage for the seasonal ingredients or work directly with local farms, we love supporting small local businesses! They also have a dairy free menu, so lots of options for everyone. Everything I've tried has been exceptional and super flavorful. You can really taste the flavor, even something as subtle as blueberry. They often have combinations of fruits and herbs which are fun to try. Despite loving everything I've tried, I get the same thing every time. I get chocolate and hazelnut, the perfect combination. The chocolate is dark and rich, but not too sweet. The hazelnut is nutty perfection (and I'm not really a nut person). The combo is absolutely divine - think nutella or baci. You really truly can't go wrong here, we are so lucky to have this in our city!
