First things first... I definitely gate-keep Dutch Bros. Our family has been visiting for over 15 years now. We remember when sticker days were the first of the month (they pretty much lasted the entire month), exclusive drop days were FAR and few between. But what we remember most is how the broistas made us feel. They weren't inundated with rude/entitled customers and had the time to "make a massive difference, one cup at a time".... the good old days if you will. Unfortunately, while I am proud of Dutch Bros success in recent years... this location has had less time to "make a difference" in my observation because of the "new" customer base. I have witnessed the staff being berated and yelled at by entitled "new" customers - I have kindly spoken up in these situations and the "new" customer ends up looking foolish. Now I have to mention... the "drop days" which I loathe, are now littered with resellers and entitled customers who want their order NOW - I don't visit as much for this reason. I miss visiting the staff almost daily and chatting it up with them. This location's staff has always exemplified the Dutch Bros brand, I just wish more people took the time to enjoy their company instead of being entitled/rude. They are ALL so kind/caring/funny and every interaction with them is memorable. Deep down I knew this would happen when Dutch Bros opened its doors in Vacaville - this town definitely doesn't deserve nice things... and with DB corporate adding more and more to their menu to satiate these energy drink monsters (new customers)... i fear these "new" customers will continue to grow in number... and rudeness. DB means Dutch Bros to some.. to me it now means "do better". The community needs to do better.. and corporate needs to do better and get back to the basics of the brand. At the end of the day.. I love this location! Everyone at night is extremely friendly. They always make my drinks right. It does get a little busy at night so just keep that in mind when coming by. I ordered a large coffee with no ice so it wouldn't get watered down, and I got half the amount of coffee in the cup. I get the employees follow a recipe, but even getting light ice in the past, the cup is filled to the top. I'm pretty unhappy to get this little coffee for like $8-9 so I just won't go to Dutch again. It's too easy to get coffee somewhere else that doesn't do this and is way cheaper. Every time I go to Dutch Bros Coffee in the morning, the vibe is painfully off. The drinks are hit or miss, the line takes forever, and the customer service feels weirdly selective depending on who they're talking to.There's one female blonde employee in particular who always comes across cold and dismissive. Meanwhile the customers before me get full conversations, energy, compliments, and smiles like they're on a podcast together. Then suddenly when it's my turn, the enthusiasm disappears and I'm getting one-word responses and attitude for asking basic questions. After multiple visits, it starts to feel intentional.Im not asking for full energy in the morning or anything it's just her weirdddd attitude towards me and especially her tone when she answers questions. I always want to believe my best in people and maybe she was having a bad day but after it keeps happening repeatedly it feels intentionally. The morning crew honestly acts like customers are inconveniencing them by existing before 10 AM. I've had drinks made wrong, awkward interactions, and waits so long I could've probably driven to another coffee shop and back. The morning crew here aren't very friendly and i give grace bc it's early but today was absolutely one of the worst experiences ive ever had. I stopped by before work on 5/13/2026 at 7:40am and i ordered 1 iced small golden eagle with oat milk, 1 sugar free iced golden eagle with strawberry foam, and 1 iced dulce de leche and i had asked for a drink carrier and as she was handing me the drinks she shoved it to me and i was not expecting her to hand me my drinks like that and the drink carrier was so flimsy my drinks spilled all over me and in my car and the worker ( white female with blonde hair) just laughed at me didn't apologize, offer to remake my drinks or anything. I used to work in fast food and i thought it was common sense to give out 2 drink carriers bc they're know to be flimsy sometimes especially if they have bigger drinks and i would never laugh at a customer for spilling the drinks all over their car especially if it's my fault. She gave me TWO napkins only bc i asked for them and she just watched and i saw her face trying to hold in her laugh which i found very rude and mean. I didn't drive off right away i wiped my steering wheel and door and myself because i was waiting to see if she'll apologize and offer to remake my drinks and she did not she just stood there watching me and giggling! She definitely needs more training when it comes to customer service. She did not apologize for laughing at me either. I decided to use the app to avoid the long drive-thru line. The app indicated my order would be ready at 9:17, and we checked in at 9:19. However, the order wasn't ready, and it wasn't until 9:28 that the cashier checked in to confirm the name on the order so they can get started on my order. I finally received my order at 9:30. The coffee was great, and they definitely have a good product, but waiting longer than expected is frustrating. I usually love Dutch Bros and go daily, but today was a huge disappointment. I had an interaction with a blonde employee who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was just trying to upgrade my drink, and she rolled her eyes at me and then spoke negatively about me to another employee -- loud enough that it was obvious she wanted me to hear it. I've never been treated like that at Dutch Bros before. It was honestly shocking and really upsetting. I go for the good vibes and friendly service, and this experience was the complete opposite. I hate to leave a bad review I really do but the service here has gone down hill. The girls that are taking orders are so rude. As your pulling in, they give you the death stare and make you want to turn around and leave. I don't get it. I feel like the previous team used to be so sweet and talkative and all the other ones I've been to, the staff is so welcoming. A much shorter line than the one on Peabody. Although I don't think there's a seating area like the other one (I could be wrong about this i just haven't seen any in use). The baristas are really nice and talkative. Will assist you in choosing a drink if you're unsure. Although one was a bit overbearing and asked to touch my boyfriend's hair. The Italian sodas are my personal favorite, and they come in so many flavor combinations you're bound to find one you like. The lemonades are the perfect blend of sweet, sour, and tangy. You can also get them in a slushee consistency. I like to get a second regular lemonade with no ice to save for later, which they fill up to almost the brim and put a sticker tab to keep it fresh. My sister's favorite is the Picture Perfect, it's a Frappuccino drizzled with chocolate and caramel. Although I don't like coffee it does have a nice taste to it, not too strong. read more

One time I asked for some type of tea that was suppose to have cherry watermelon n raspberry flavor ( I forget the name) but when I got it...I asked..."Did they forget to put the syrup in it?!?" Love this coffee chain but dnt have one where I live. We were coming back from a family trip and I saw there was one on the way so we had to stop. Everyone was so friendly. We had no idea what we wanted and they were super patient. My only complaint is since they use iPads (which every location I've been to does) it's hard to see the menu.
