I would NOT recommend this Dutch Bros AT ALL. The wait was WAAYYY too long and we had to wait 50+ minutes because we found out that our drinks were stolen by a group of teens that OBVIOUSLY knew that those weren't their drinks, but obviously they didn't care, and then we found out that one of the employees had supposedly given out our drinks to the group and when we complained, the employees also didn't care about us and made us wait for a VERY long time JUST FOR THREE FREAKING SHAKES?! IT DOES NOT TAKE THAT LONG TO MAKE THREE SHAKES. This has to be a joke...the wait is RIDICULOUS and the employees just don't care about the customers at all. These people should learn how to treat their customers with more respect because they won't be getting it with those attitudes of theirs. read more

the line for the drive thru was long so we decided to get out of the car to order since there was only 1 person in line. my cousin got his order taken first and got it 10 minutes later. i ordered next but i ended up waiting for 50 minutes! after 2 groups who went after me got their order i told them that someone probably stole mine. the person who took my order was informing the employee working the bar, "dustin," that my drink got stolen. i was told that he had said that they would "maybe" remake my drinks. which is ridiculous because the person working the window literally gave the wrong group my drinks. it took about 30 minutes from that point for another person, this lovely lady with red/pink wavy hair, to actually help us. she ended up making our drinks within 5 minutes after learning our problem. she was the only one actively helping us, yet i witnessed her getting yelled at by dustin. as a team they need to learn how to actively solve issues and provide actual good customer service. if the team made a mistake, they need to learn to own uo for it and provide the customer an actual solution. in my case it took them no kore than 5 minutes to remake my drinks and fix the issue. they need a better system to hand out drinks for those that walk up to the window. and to the group that took our drinks and the team members that didn't want to help us...the drinks were for 2 children who waited all day for these drinks. i will also call dutch bros customer service to let them know about these ongoing shitty service (based on other people's review on yelp) as well! read more

Vallejo struck gold with Dutch Bros Coffee. I would not expect Dutch Bros Coffee to be located in a side of Vallejo that isn't busy like where Costco and Target. The location of it is across the street from a park. Small building but a big parking lot compare to the Martinez location. When I came here it was not crazy busy with a long line at the drive thru. Possibly the worst service of any Dutch Brothers I have ever been to. The young girl who took my order, I taken it four times because she couldn't keep enough attention on my order to enter it correct. I then waited 24 minutes to get my order and went to the counter to see why it was taking them so long. She told me I had another 11 minutes to wait until I got a cup of tea. Time to get some better management at this location it's a busy location for them and they should treat us with more respect and their customers with more respect. read more

3.5 stars for now. We anxiously waited for this Dutch Bros to open up once we got word. This is the "closest" one to us. I thought Concord would've opened their store by now; but, I believe it still isn't open/may not open. Since my in laws live in Vallejo; Dutch Bros is the reason I look forward making the drive here. Ha. The drive thru line looks deceivingly organized; but, last week we tried it and it was a huge mistake. Their two lines moves ssslllooowww. I know they're still new(ish) so I'm sure they have kinks to work out. I order from the window when it's open. It's much quicker. The only uncomfortable part is that I feel obligated to tip because the broistas (I believe that's what they're called here) watch you like a hawk and even mention the tip. I realize every establishment expects you to tip nowadays; but, please don't make it awkward. My drink last night not made correctly. I didn't realize until we were on the freeway heading back home. My go to drinks are the large iced Cocomo, Annihilator, and Caramelizer. My hubz always tries different drinks. Their Shark Attack is served brown so definitely don't believe the picture. I know colors get mixed in; but, they don't even try to layer it at all. Dutch Bros have a simple concept and it's drive thru or walk up. It's nothing else so there really isn't any type of ambiance. Definitely a lot slower compared to other locations if you're waiting in the drive thru line, but they are a newer spot so hopefully things get better with time. I prefer to just park in the lot and then walk up to the window to order and each time I've done that, I've waited less than 5 minutes to place my order and receive my drink. I typically go with the iced double rainbro rebel and it's been fine each time I've ordered. Employees are very nice. Side note: don't be those people that park on the street (Gateway Dr) instead of the parking lot that's just a couple feet away because you don't want to walk. Just because other people do it doesn't mean you should, it's still a street and sure, signs would be great to say don't park there. But common sense is that it's not a place to park, it's a street lane. read more

Saw that they opened on the Facebook community page! I've been looking for the grand opening for awhile now. My husband and I went to the drive through around 9am. I ordered the annihilator and he got the double torture(?). We both got it hot and it was SO comforting. Typical like any Dutch bros drink, but it just hit the spot even more knowing that I didn't have to drive so far away to get it ! The service was so fast. They take your order outside, similar to how IN N Out does it, and I feel like it makes everything so much faster. After ordering, they actually brought our drinks out to us to get the traffic going. I think it overall made the process faster. They were all super friendly, the person taking our order, the guy who brought us our drink, and the workers in the window waved at us as we drove away! The parking lot is designated just for dutch bros which is great because they need all the space they can get for how busy they get! 10/10 - I'm happy there is a place so close by ! I've been to every location nearby and been a regular here ever since they opened. I would say this is the first Dutch Bros that have messed up my same order multiple times. I always order a blended hawaiian rebel and almost every time I get my drink, it comes out in a light orange color and foamy consistency. It tastes more like a fruit smoothie instead of an energy drink. I have added a picture of what it usually looks like which is more of a bright orange and slushy consistency (left). This is my second visit since the grand opening . I initially ordered the Golden Eagle. Regrettably, it was missing the caramel drizzle, and the macadamia nut flavor wasn't strong. That didn't stop me from drinking the the whole thing. For my second go-around, I opted for the Caramelizer. While it was good, I couldn't help but feel it leaned more towards an iced chocolate mocha. Overall, I consider it a positive addition to Vallejo. read more

Took about 15-20 mins for our 3 drinks on a Saturday afternoon in the drive through line. So thankful for finally having a Dutch Bros in town! I normally get the iced annihilator before work, and yes when it's peak hours you could be waiting 30-60 mins. People don't realize that one car may have ordered four to five drinks. I've learned to come here at specific time frames where theres only a few cars. However on some weekends I do have to take a pass and turn around because I've seen that line all the way from the entrance. The staff at this location are fantastic! Some of them remember me and it makes my heart flutter a little bit, haha. Sometimes at night when I feel like having a treat I get the blended hazelnut truffle mocha and it always puts a smile on my face. P.S. I had a really bad experience at the drive thru today. When we pulled in, the worker saw us, then disappeared for a bit. When he came back, he took the order of the car in front of us and then skipped over us completely, helping the cars behind us instead. I understand they work in a zigzag system, but he completely skipped us and was just picking which cars he wanted to help. We actually had to wave down another worker just to get our order taken otherwise, we would have been waiting until we got to the window. He was messing up the car orders so badly that when we pulled up, they didn't even know what I had ordered. This isn't the first time I've noticed issues with him either he always has an attitude. At first everything was going well. Lady who took our order was nice and told us we had a free drink for downloading the app, so we used it for one of our 2 drinks. Then we were told that we'd be behind a specific car, but we didn't end up getting behind the correct car because it didn't 'zipper' that way. We ended up behind a car with almost the same description as our car that had only 1 person in it. (We were 2 cars behind the car we were supposed to be behind). We waited in line forever. I lost track of how long we were waiting, but it had to at least be 20 minutes. We finally roll up to the window and repeat our order. They then tell us we only ordered and paid for 1 drink. We said we only paid for 1 drink because we used a coupon for our other drink. It didn't really seem like they wanted to give us our free drink because they kept telling us we only paid for 1 drink. The lady who took our order passed by and we said "that's the person who put in our order and said we had a coupon" and I'm guessing they might have realized that they had the wrong car (since the car in front of us had the same description as ours). They finally gave us an order making new drinks. But it wasn't exactly the drink we ordered because we got blended drinks. We finally left but that interaction probably explains why the line was so long and took forever.
