Went for the first time to Dutch Bros Coffee and it was amazing. Got a latte and a caramel/salted caramel cocoa and it tasted perfect. Sharri took our order, she was patient and gave us suggestions too. When we went to get our order in the window the young man was very friendly. Good service and great drinks! i LOVE dutch bros - so much better than starbucks (cheaper, better rewards system, locally-owned). i'm so happy i no longer have to make the drive to napa or fairfield for some dutch bros, but they definitely could've chosen a better location in vallejo. always be aware of your surroundings! expect long lines, especially as they settle in, but fast & friendly service. they have lots of options to choose from: coffee, teas, and "rebels" (my favorite - their version of redbulls). you can customize any of these drinks to flavors of your liking, or choose from their own mixes. you can have them blended, hot, iced, extra sweet, sugar-free - the options are endless. they also offer small bites if you're in need of a snack! this particular location has two drive-thru lines that eventually merge into one & a walk-up window. no free drink promos for their grand opening, but you get a bunch of their stickers. i came in ~30 mins after opening and was out within 5 mins! personally, i don't like coffee, so i go for their rebels, iced teas, and iced chais. my go-to is a hand-blended peach ring rebel (white chocolate, passionfruit, & peach) or a strawberry peach green tea if i'm not looking for too much caffeine. read more

Frost = Non-caffeinated, Freeze = Caffeinated I had totally forgotten which is which and asked the workers, both the tablet person and window person confirmed that the freeze (brown) is the "non-caffeinated" drink although I knew from previous orders that the brown version of shakes is usually the caffeinated one. I'm still giving five stars because dutch bros employees are always rockstars and they would have totally fixed up my order had I gone back, but I didn't have the time. It takes a while to get your drinks during a busy period but they do their best and always provide a comfy experience, especially considering the area. I live 4 mins away, 1st time customer and I asked for a menu and the employee told me to look it up on my phone, there was 2 lines and I was ahead of the another customer by 4 cars in the opposite line and she said "your behind the van" that was 4 cars behind me... the hell kind of business/service do they believe is in existence to try and act like InNout with bad service. as always the paris tea is great and the service could not be better, except for one point. i don't go often, but today i ordered my usual with "low fat" milk, but was told that they only had no-fat or whole milk. when i drove to the window, the cashier told me that that was correct and then read me the list of milks, which included 2%. when i told her that 2% was essentially the same as low fat, she was surprised. i was the one who was really surprised that key employees of a chain specializing in (tea/coffee) drinks didn't know about one of their basic components. just a little education would have made my experience fantastic. read more

We've been delaying our visit to this new Dutch Bros spot for more than a month since we heard the lines were too long, but we probably should have delayed for longer. Much longer. Maybe indefinitely. When we went on late Sunday afternoon, the lines looked deceptively short enough for us to finally give it a try. We chose the left lane seeing as how the woman taking orders outside was just finishing up with the line of cars in the right lane. After giving those cars the right of way to the order window, she disappeared inside the shop and didn't come back out again. Meanwhile, the right lane filled up again with new cars. And with no one taking orders outside, it became a race to the single order window to place an order and then wait to receive the drinks. The wait for the left lane was the worst since our orders weren't taken and we now had to take turns with new cars in the right lane to drive up to the order window. Eventually another kid came out with the order pad and started randomly taking orders from both lines in an effort to establish some organization and efficiency, but he had no idea that the left side had been waiting for nearly 40 minutes! I partly blame the staff for this breakdown, but I also blame Dutch Bros overall for adopting this lane merge approach that I've seen in several locations. When you have to remember which car you're supposed to fall behind at the merge point after placing an order, and the whole system falls apart when no one is outside taking orders, then there will be problems. They should have copied the design of other Dutch Bros (like in Fairfield) that have two separate lanes and two separate windows.. Minor gripe: On top of all this, they forgot to make one of our three drinks half sweet. We like Dutch Bros. but I suggest skipping this location, at least until they get their staff trained up a little better to manage the lines and orders. read more

As far as the drinks go, hit or miss depending who's working. Times where the flavors aren't right are more than I can count. It's a drive thru and walk up only as all Dutch bros are, with that being said they really need to worn on getting a decent flow of customers taken care of in general. There was only 3cars in the drive thru and one person standing at the window walk up waiting so I decided to walk up since it was 3-1 for window vs drive thru. As I walk up I see 4mins cars enter the drive thru. By the time I got to even place an order at window I see three of the 7 cars drive away. lol, absolutely horrible procedure to have to watch all7 plus more that arrived while waiting for my drink at the window. One lady behind still waiting to order as I leave smh check the picture. This place makes delicious drinks but the way they operate is sad beyond words. 03/16/24- 3rd visit actually and Saturday night- long line! Today was way slower than usual. Arrived at 8:34pm and got the order at 9:11pm. I started at the first sign where it says- Pull to the shortest line (something like that). Ordered White zombie freeze, caramelizer freeze, cotton candy freeze and strawberry chai. I noticed only one crew walking up to cars taking orders and only two crews making the drinks. Kudos to the guy with huge green earring is great, fast and energized as always! I am guessing that some employees called in sick today? Because on a Saturday, usually, there are plenty of workers for a faster breeze of a drive thru. And I know that Dutch is never short of baristas, that's why they are fast and can easily beat long lines! We shall see and I will give them another chance when I come back! Some cars even left the cone maze by backing up after going into the line. I do hope that they won't have an impression of slow service that will turn customers away! See you next time! read more

I was talking to one of the workers and they said their car was broken into in daylight on a shift! That's wild to me since Dutch Bros is notorious for being busy. So glad they opened up one here in Vallejo but their location isn't really the best one in town. I do love their coffees, 911 being my favorite. They have a wide variety of drinks to choose from besides coffee. They even serve their own energy drinks with a twist, smoothies, blended drinks, lemonades, and more. I am so very thankful to my Dutch team. They know me well as they see me almost daily. When they found out about my husband and his heart attack they surrounded me with love and compassion. They would not let me pay for my coffee. They passed the news on throughout the shifts and everyone of them has checked on me each day and asked about him.
