Just as there was no misunderstanding of the name I was given as to whom I was doing business with. I cleared that myself and my grandchildren would be meeting the tow truck back at my home where the vehicle was being towed to. The scruffy looking person who accompanied Steve/Michael in the tow truck that he says was a "trainee" never moved from the truck to do anything or observe how anything was done. He simply sat in the truck glaring at me as I questioned the "owner" about his deceptive practices. Is that how you train a trainee? From my standpoint, his presence served no positive purpose. Good luck with your business. People will take a chance on you if they want to in spite of my warning; and every dog has its day. Let's not continue this conversation.

It was clear it would need to be towed away to the auto repair shop. I went to Google to find a towing service and this was the company that came up. I couldn't have hoped for more caring and competent service to get my car to the shop and swiftly on its way to repair. Mike showed up as quickly as possible and brought my car to the auto repair shop, leaving it to await staff early Monday morning. I had it back by Monday afternoon. I had to report them to Attorney General, County Executive and other government entities. They work with civil court and will try to steal your vehicle. Report them to the end. I am still trying to get my Porsche back and will. Even an illegal title removing the lien holder was done. The tactic was to provide me with a bill which was excessively high, never gave me the breakdown as to how they derived to said amount - illegal tactic! They used to be Bobby Towing which were sued by the Attorney General, they renamed to Dutchess Towing, now they are all operating as Redl Towing. Fraudulent company - BEWARE!!!!!

I took a shot and called AAA to tow it but the driver who came said he couldn't do it. AAA doesn't do tow jobs like that. I offered him $$$ to do it himself but he wouldn't and he basically left me stranded 80 miles from my house. I called 3 other tow companies, no one would do it. I got in touch with Mike from Dingees. Mike said yes right away and he even gave me a break on the price. The driver Sunny came within minutes and towed the car back to NYC. It was at least a 3 hour transport. He was professional and a nice guy. Dingees came through for me when I was stranded,, not sure what I would have done without them.
