Came here as a party of 3 with my family. We got a small room, which was $48 per hour and please take notice that they round up the time when they charge you. For example, if you stay for 1 hour 45 minutes, they'll charge you for 2 hours. The aesthetics of the venue and rooms are great. The sound and microphones are good quality as well. English song selection is poor. It's also quite wonky to sync your phone to their system but at least they allow you to do that so you can sing karaoke through YouTube. This place is expensive. The room rates are high and they charge a mandatory 18% service fee regardless of room or party size. The food was tasty, but expensive, maybe 20-30% more than you would pay at a restaurant. A small bottle of water is $5-6, a carafe of iced tea is $18, an appetizer of 6 coconut shrimp is $18, and a bowl of very tasty beef noodle soup is $24. Bottom line: I would totally come here and have a great time if someone else was paying. If I'm paying, I would definitely think twice or be prepared for a hefty bill. read more

Aweful experience, never coming back. Went there for a birthday party and the service was unorganized, late, and rude. First, they didn't translate the music menu to English which left everyone waiting 30mins. This is after having this event booked ahead of time. Aside from the food being over priced it came out late. And when it came out there was this disdain attitude for us asking when the food would arrive. At some point there was water accidentally spilled on the floor. I informed management to only have him literally ignore me. One of the waiters standing next to him said he would take care of it, after the awkward silence of his boss ignoring me next to him. After all that there was never any attempt to make things right when payment was made. Gratuity is included (I imagine bc of the size of our group), which is why they couldn't care less about customer service to guests. The actual location is oddly situated in the mission district with its neon interior. The floor of our room was sticky and unclean. Again, asking for assistance to have the floor cleaned seemed to upset management. The bathroom was not any better, piss on the women's toilet seat and no paper towels to dry hands. I didn't say anything about the bathroom, not after all the attitude management already dished out. I wouldn't be surprised if they say these are false accusation bc they clearly are running this business through their perspective and not their guests. read more

BEWARE OF SCAM!!!!!!! Only come if you have 10+ people. we came on a Sunday night when the parking lot was basically empty, yet we were told there were only large rooms for $98. We accepted this, but then as we entered the room they suddenly announced a 20% service charge. After speaking in mandarin with them instead of English, they suddenly seemed unsure and said they would ask the manager ask if we could switch to another room. Why lie and try to drain us when we were already planning to attend and get drinks and food? ALSO, we knew other people who were coming after us, and this place offered them a regular room right after we left. The place looks good inside, but their shady business model is stupid to support. EDIT: We asked if there were any other rooms at least 3 times, so we were clearly open to waiting for one yet they never offered. Stay away from this predatory business. read more
