Even though it says cash in their name, you can pay with card! LOL For a KTV place near home (I normally go to OC for my go-to place!) it wasn't bad! It's in a small plaza - at night there's plenty of parking When you go into your KTV room it's clean to say the least. You can tell that the room has seen many performances in there. The mic would keep turning it self off and you would have to click it to turn back on. The selection of music was nice, up to date and you have the option to play music from YouTube. Didn't have a chance to try their food or drinks since we ate before we came but prices look a bit high for certain items. Like a plate of oranges for almost $15?? I can go to Costco and buy a 5lb bag for $6! Rooms look nice (had the small room) just wished they had more stalls for bathrooms, literally only 2 private restrooms for men and females so there could be a line when you really need to go other than that it wasn't bad here! read more

Found this place from their great reviews online. I called to make sure they had availability for our party and they confirmed that they did and said they would save a room. When we arrived, we weren't even sure if we were in the right place as the windows were blacked out, the plaza looked abandoned, and there were no lights including from their sign above on the roof. We approached the door and found it was locked with a note saying to call the number (the same I had just spoken to a bit earlier). But once I called and they picked up, they said they had no room and hung up abruptly. Super unprofessional and terrible way to run a business. They obviously must be paying for their reviews. AND it looks like a dangerous sketchy area. Definitely avoid! Tons of other karaoke places in 626 that can actually treat you decently. read more

We decided to head on over here since we were unable to get a karaoke room at another location (my fault for not making a reservation). The area at night is kind of dimly lit and the other businesses in the plaza are not open as well so it's a pretty quiet area. Before you walk in, you will get a whiff of cigarettes. Maybe more than a whiff. Once I walked it, the lights were bring and everywhere. It was a nice vibe. I've never been to a karaoke place really before so this was like a first. We were able to squeeze 1-hour session for about $45. Since it was my first time at a place like this, I didn't know there was a gratuity charge, which brought up the bill to about $60. It was a good selection of songs: Chinese, English, Korean. It was hard to not find a song that I wanted. The system itself is a little tricky at first but we got the hang of it. The room I had was a little laggy with the YouTube app so we decided to not use that feature. There is a food menu, but did not order here since we wanted to make the most out of our 1 hour session. The place is quite dirty and like some of the reviews mentioned, you're welcome by a breath of smoke (cigarette smell). The song selections are good but I wish they didn't have to lock the microphone controllers so the customers can adjust the echos and mic sound. We did the happy hour all you can sing with a complementary drink. The drink is a bit too sweet and watered down. If you're in a budget and loves to sing your voice out and don't care about the service and cleanliness, this is the place for you. read more

We went on a Wednesday night at 6pm, so we took advantage of their happy hour deal (charged per person, per hour). Thankfully they didn't require us to order any drinks per person, as their prices seemed unreasonably marked up ($5-6 for a Coke, much more for their specialty fruit tea / milk tea drinks, $15+ for their fried foods). The staff seem to mostly speak Mandarin, but the signage is in both Chinese and English. Make sure to be clear about the price upfront and keep an eye on the clock, as time flies by once you're inside the rooms singing. The lighting options, microphone, and sound system were all pretty impressive. The audio quality struck me as being really good compared to other karaoke places I've been to. read more

Somehow my last review got flagged and removed, but I feel it's only fair this place gets an honest review because I actually visited this place. Very poor customer service. The other low ratings and one stars are legitimate. Smelled the cigarette smoke from outside. Felt like we were denied business for some odd unknown reason. Came here on a Thursday afternoon around 4:30pm, in anticipation of Happy Hour KTV promotion for a small room, however the front desk person was communicating in a way that made him appear uninterested in wanting do business with us. Instead he said there were no small rooms available, even though the place just opened at 3pm, and it was empty inside, and the parking lot was empty as well. He explained that there were medium rooms available, but no happy hour rate, and that a medium room was $58 per hour. 真是開玩笑。 It felt like a bait and switch. Even if it wasn't happy hour, that rate is ridiculous for what the place was. It's not even an easy location to get to. The value is just not there. We said no thank you, and then he handed us the business card to advise we can make reservation online next time. We walked out the front door, the gentleman proceeded to follow us out, lighting up a cigarette in the meantime. I do not recommend this place for karaoke at all. read more

I think this place is great. they have a system with preloaded songs, but they also leave a tablet in the room for you to cast from YouTube if they dont have a song that you want. I am giving 5 stars not because it's perfect but for the price and the value. I went on a Wednesday and the happy hour karaoke is only $15 including tips and tax from 3pm-8pm. There is also a drink included. Choosing from green tea, winter melon tea, and orange juice. But the green tea is very sweet. It's such a great deal to have this entertainment activity for 5 hours! The sound system is very decent and the mic sounds pretty good too! The only improvement they should make is to have more new cantonese songs!!
