a table and chairs in a restaurant

A true gem in Northeastern PA in Honesdale. Very intimate and classy vibe that reminds me of restaurants in Charleston or Savannah. It's all farm to table food with a great knowledgeable staff. Get Toast the Ghost to start and try the corn and potato scallion cakes and noodle salad as an app. The coconut chicken and shrimp curry was an excellent entree to split. I will be back on next visit to Northeast PA!

    Lovely outdoor seating!

The roasted cauliflower with pesto was amazing! Big and hearty! Also don't miss the artichoke cakes-like crabless crab cakes with a delicious mayo on the side-just perfect! We also loved the broccoli and shrimp with coconut shrimp! The outdoor seating was lovely!

I Found this gem on Yelp and I'm so happy I did! Didn't think there was good vegan/vegetarian restaurants in PA This place is awesome, One time just wasn't enough - we went two days in a row that's how Good the food is!! first night we got the artichoke cakes (must have), potato leek soup, the veggie curry and for desert we had the strawberry and brownie (which was vegan you couldn't even tell) Everything was delicious... second night we got the beet tartare, potato and leek soup again and I got the beyond meat tacos and my mother got the burger w/ fries (ummm... the fries were so good I was stealing them off her dish no ketchup or sauce needed.) the staff was so friendly and inviting. Cocktails were good tooo. Can't wait to come back to PA (something I never say) to come back here thank you!!!

Excellent ambiance, food and service in the heart of the historic town of Honesdale. This place gives off great vibes even during a pandemic. Menu is sophisticated mixing vegan and meat dishes. They are inviting to all health and dietary restrictions. I went with craft cocktail and the fish special. It was a macadamia crushed halibut with coconut rice topped with a mango salsa. There was a peanut sauce too. Usually I'd like pe it dice but it was too much for the dish. You don't need the strength of the peanuts to overpower the macadamia and coconut flavors. The fish was delicious ms cooked perfectly. I really liked that they had non dairy ice cream. Went with pistachio. Was unimpressed with the presentation of the ice cream s most was melted and looked like they struggled to get some in the dish. Tasted great though. I'll be back to explore their menu more.

Lost their cook who was so so good. Now the curry has no deep aromatics, the meat is tough and overcooked. Not going back

Food was great. Service is impacted all over town due to lack of help. Definitely would eat here again.

Dim lighting, big comfortable leather chairs, bookshelves lining the walls, a fully stocked bar, and historic photos throughout the space create a classic lodge vibe that feels timeless without being stuffy. It is cozy, polished, and incredibly relaxing. The staff is knowledgeable and clearly takes pride in what they serve. The craft cocktails are well made and thoughtful, and if you prefer beer, there are solid options there too. As a bourbon lover, I especially enjoyed their private barrel pick served neat, a real treat and easily a standout pour. This is a perfect pre-dinner or post-evening stop, we have done both, and it works beautifully either way. Dress is slightly casual but leans upscale, and while pricing is a bit higher than average, it feels completely worth it for the setting, quality, and experience. We sank into the chairs, talked story with friends, and lost track of time, which really says it all. If you are anywhere near Skytop Lodge, make sure this is on your list. Plan extra time, you will want to linger.

This looks like a bookstore from outside. I love the vibe when you walk in. It actually feels like a speakeasy. You have to open a secret door when you walk inside the lighting the decor is all phenomenal. We did have to have a reservation as the place is completely booked on a Friday night, even the bar was too capacity. We were seated right away as we had reservations, the nice part about the reservations as well as you could text them to get those reservations. We had dinner prior to our reservations, so we didn't get a chance to try the food although the menu that was in a folded binder was lit when it opened a very cool little feature. The drink menu could've been a little bit more extensive for their specialty drinks, however, they had what seemed like hundreds of liquor options for you to make your own or to choose something on the rocks. Our server Nate was excellent, he suggested and recommended different drinks for us, he also brought over a little cheesecake because it was Amanda's birthday this week. Just an outstanding location vibe service experience. All of that. We would highly recommend it and if we're back in Binghamton, we would definitely go. If I lived in Binghamton. This is the place I would bring all of my guests to. Would we go back, absolutely, so much so that we are hoping or would love to see this in our hometown
