Sadly, you missed the following facts: 1) you had my car for 3 weeks with an appointment already scheduled; 2) my husband called to get the final cost for the repairs and agreed; 3) the owner told my husband, "I don't feel like working on your car anymore come get it." 4) He cursed at my husband who was a returning customer, after having serviced our Mercedes SUV several times. I wish I could tell my customers I don't want to work on their problem anymore, if I did I would be fired! We could have taken it to a dealer but, sadly after servicing our other Mercedes my husband wanted you all to get the business. Won't happen again. You lost us as well as the other paying customers who wrote bad reviews. Maybe you need to stop overbooking, just a thought.

I had been bringing my 2017 Infiniti Q60 to the Infiniti dealership for maintenance from 2021-2022…read more I was not satisfied with the service as I brought my car in for an oil change one day and was called to be told my passenger-side low & high beam light was out. I asked how much it would cost to repair/replace, and was told "it will be around $1,800 only for the labor, we need to disassemble your whole front bumper to even get to the light bulb, if that even is the issue, to replace it". I declined the job as I was astounded at the price and was told "just know it will fail inspection in its current state". After doing some research I decided to give Edwin Auto a call as I needed the oil change, with the hope they would find the light issue and provide a cheaper alternative. They not only found the issue, but determined it wasn't the bulb that was faulty, but a module... All at no charge. They asked that I order the new replacement module ($80) and replaced it for $160. My Infiniti is now working perfectly and passed inspection. Attached is the $1800 bogus recommendation from the dealership as well as the $160 charge from Edwin that actually resolved the issue. $1,800 (probably more) versus $240.
