I had a great experience with Dynamic collision LIC. I went in for a broken headlight and front bodywork I called them up and was able to bring in my vehicle the same day. I must say this is the most cleanest and organized body shop facility I've ever encountered . Alex was awesome very knowledgeable and friendly as well as the staff. I felt more than comfortable leaving my vehicle with them and having my service done. They kept me updated with any issues regarding my vehicle and when I picked my vehicle up once the work was completed I was beyond pleased with the work done. Also the vehicle was completely cleaned and cover with covid protection seat cover as well as steering wheel etc. ( I don't know about you but I hate taking my vehicle to get work done only to come back to a filthy vehicle and the workers fingerprints all over my interior). My CX-5 was hit causing damage to my bumper. I contacted Alex from dynamic collision and sent him pictures of the damage and explained the situation. He contacted me within minutes and advised me the best way to proceed. I brought him the car the next day and was impressed of how clean his shop is. Everyone there was very kind and helpful. Alex assured me that he would contact the other parties insurance and provide them with an estimate for all the necessary parts and repairs. Alex kept me updated every step of the way and was able to have my car fixed and back to me within 3 days. I am very impressed at how quickly and more importantly how well the car was fixed. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Dynamic Collision at 33-11 37th Ave. LIC, NY 11101 - and this is due to the expertise and support of everyone involved - especially Bill, the Manager, Emily, the office manager, and Starling who headed the team that repaired and restored my 2006 Toyota Highlander! I had areas of rust that had to be mitigated before a replacement windshield could be fitted, additionally, there were other deficiencies that were in serious need of work. I know I hoped my car would look good - but I was bowled over by the end result. My car looks like it just came off the assembly line! Immediately I called Dynamic in Ny and told them I was sending my truck to them to get it repaired bcuz they are the only shop I trust. Great service. Got into an accident with a taxi driver (of course), had to fix the entire right side from front to back... there was a flood at the time, and there was a shortage of rental cars, but thanks to DC, i was able to secure one during a very needed time. Some of the cleanest facilities I have ever seen, even though I am Japanese, and we care very much about neatness and cleanliness. they went as far as to remove germs and bacteria due to COVID-19. They were referred to me by my coworker. I took my car to get damage fixed to the bumpers, doors and side panels. The office/waiting area is spacious and very clean and inviting.
