Wow! That's pretty much all I can say. Jake and Jason came to detail my car today. It's a 6 year old Hyundai Tucson and after their work, it looks brand new! The guys were on time, professional, knowledgeable and kind. They treated my car with care and love, and the results are incredible. I highly recommend this company. Robin the owner is fantastic. This Man does not know what detailing is all about, he charged me $250.00 for a midsize SUV "Detailing", The door jams still show dirt and grime, he was asked to clean the headliner above the driver's seat and it is now worse than before he "STEAM CLEANED" it. Air ducts still show dust, Cup holders still show dirt, outside where car panels meat, the small crevices still show pollen deposits. Did not clean behind the outside mirrors, he also was asked to clean my Golf Cart and again it was a half-hearted attempt. Very disappointing experience, Definitely was the most expansive "CARWASH" I ever had, would not recommend him to my worst enemy read more

scheduled my appointment for 9am about a week ago. I got a text just before 9am saying they'd be a few minutes late because of traffic. They arrived at nearly 10am. After I let them in my parking garage, the lady proceeds to look around my car and asking what services I'd like. I told her that I just wanted the $135 package that I signed for online, nothing more. She then proceeds to tell me that I need additional services for certain areas of my care, to which I let her know that the basic service that I received last year was great and will suffice here. After almost 10 minutes of her pressure selling me, trying to get me to add on additional services, she then tells me that I need the extra services or I won't see as good of a job as I saw last year. I asked her what exactly I was paying for and she told me vacuum and a quick wipe down. I told her that $135 was a lot for that, to which she tried to back track out of it and saying that the detailed vacuuming takes a lot. After 5 more minutes of this, I then proceeded to ask her if she just wanted to give me my keys back and I'll find another mobile detailer because it was such a hassle and it hadn't even begun. She said, no, we'll do it since we're already here but it's hard for us to come all this way to just do the basic services because people aren't really paying us a lot anymore. Then, she proceeds to ask me if I can add in $20 for the inconvenience of them coming so far to do the job. My response to her was not only did I give you the address 1 week ahead of time, you guys came to this very spot last year and did the exact same thing! She proceeded to try and justify her ask by saying, yes but it's too far and next time, we'll have to charge you for how far we came. Against my better judgment, I still let them perform the detailing service. I did not have much hope after the first 20 minutes of talking to her that they would actually do a good job and I was right. As you can see by the pictures below, my $135 vacuum and quick wipe down was not worth the price. After they completed the job and called me 5 times within 5 minutes to come get my car because she had another appointment to go to, one of the ladies informs me that my car won't start as I'm paying the other lady. Then after the payment is finalized and she asked me for a tip, proceeds to show me that in fact, my car was completely dead. I have NEVER had this issue with my battery. My car is a 2015 and was purchased brand new and while my battery might have been nearing the end of its life, that does not justify how a simple car detailing will kill my batter WHEN THE CAR WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE ON. They told me that they used the key a few times to turn off the alarm because it randomly started going off which means that the car was fine before and during the service! They attempted for a few minutes to help me jump it and with no luck, they needed to go to their next appointment. I then attempted to get an actual jump with a real car and my car won't budget. I've never seen my car dead and most certainly not to the point where the horn won't even blow. After informing them that they did something wrong with the handling of my car because you know, it's in your possession while you're servicing it and you're expected to treat it with car, the lady who tried to pressure sell me on the upfront and force me into a tip told me that because she didn't open my engine, she had nothing to do with it. She also mentioned that because I say that I would like a refund, that it meant that I had always intended to get something for nothing. I'd just like her to know that I now have to pay: $200 for a tow, $150 for a new battery and $15 to install it. I'd love to know how she thinks that's me "getting something for nothing?" I would have MUCH preferred for them to have never touched my car than to have had to deal with the HORRIBLE customer service upfront and now car troubles. While the quality of the car detailing was 3 star / average, the lack of professionalism and responsibility by the managing partner, Robin, earned the single star rating overall. It began with emails that they would be late (and then they were much later than I was notified), but most disappointing and revealing of his customer concern, was his failure to even inspect some minor damage that likely occurred during the detailing. Needless to say, I will never use their service again, nor recommend it to anyone else. read more

I accidentally ran through white paint in the road and my tires, wheels, and trim everywhere were splattered! Dynamic was one of the only places we called (which included Hendrick Honda and several other collision, repair and detailing companies) who said they could do the job! They came on time the very next day, met the time estimate exactly, and did a fantastic job. Robin, the owner, was most helpful and very friendly. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing cleaning or detailing services--they were great!! read more

WOW WOW WOW These guys did an amazing job on getting swirl marks and light scratches out of my car. They met me in uptown Charlotte and I dropped the car off with them.They were on time and very professional. They explained what would be done and how long it would take. Once they finished my car they dropped it off to me and I was shocked at how well it looked the paint is now smooth as glass. I didn't recognize my car! It's not new and has some blemishes but Robin and his team made it look like new! They were very responsive and I had some questions about issues with the dashboard and Robin helped to find a resolution. I'm definitely going to be a regular customer! I got my SUV detailed today and it looks 2-3 years newer. The detail of getting dirt in the door jams and in the back 5th door, as well as, air vents, dash display, cup holders and door pockets just makes it look sharp.
