Every time we use the shower, the water backs up into the shower and then starts flowing outside the house. Michael came out and only cleaned the main line (the copper piping), but he never went back inside to test the shower to see if the backup had actually been resolved. He also did not inspect or clean the drain from inside the shower. As a homeowner, I expected the entire problem to be diagnosed and confirmed as fixed before the service call was considered complete. I also specifically asked him to check whether my cesspool was full. Instead of inspecting it, he only poked several holes in the yard to try to locate it and never actually checked the cesspool itself. That left me with unanswered questions about whether the backup was caused by a full cesspool or another issue. Now that the shower and sink are still backing up, I called the company expecting them to stand behind their work. Instead, I was told I would have to pay another service fee for someone to come back and do what I believe should have been done during the original visit. If I hired your company because of a backup in my shower, I don't understand why the shower itself wasn't tested before leaving. What disappointed me even more was my phone conversation with Michael afterward. He was impatient, repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to explain the situation, and came across as dismissive. He told me that because he is the owner of the company and has been in business for a long time, he doesn't have to be patient. As a paying customer, I found that response unprofessional and disrespectful. Experience in business should be reflected in customer service, not used as a reason to dismiss a customer's concerns. As a homeowner, this experience left me feeling frustrated, unheard, and disappointed. I was hoping for a thorough inspection and a permanent solution, not an incomplete service followed by another charge. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you choose to hire them, be aware that you may encounter the same lack of communication, patience, and follow through that I experienced.

I sent photos of my issues to Rick the manager. (My house is old from the 1930s and very tricky). Rick sent Daniel, a highly experienced pro plumber. I showed Daniel what needed to be done. New faucet for the kitchen and I also needed a new master valve for the water coming in to the house along with replacing some additional old valves in the basement. Daniel did an amazing job and even corrected the grounding for the wiring around the pipes. Once everything was done, he made sure there were NO leaks and that all components were working properly. We had a very shaky toilet that another plumber "fixed" 5 months prior. Mike got down to the bottom of the problem and gave me updates on what he was finding every step of the way. There were some major issues that needed to be fixed and Mike did not take any shortcuts, he was very transparent from start to finish. Our flange was rotted and Mike removed the broken flange put in a new flange set in concrete. He put in a new toilet and sealed it with silicone. We were charged $145 and hour + the price of supplies. It was worth every cent to know that everything was done properly this time around.
