They take the time to explain everything, pay attention to every detail, and most importantly, they make sure the job is done right the first time. This is actually the second major project they've done for my family. They previously replaced the entire HVAC system in our old house, and because of the excellent experience we had with them, we trusted them again for our new home. Once again, they exceeded our expectations. Their workmanship is top-notch, and their customer service is outstanding. A special thank you to my regular technician, who always ensures our system is running perfectly and efficiently every single time. It's reassuring to have a team that genuinely cares about their customers and stands behind their work. Thank you, Ali, and the entire AirMech team, for your honesty, professionalism, and dedication. I highly recommend AirMech Heating and Air to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality HVAC service! You have earned a customer for life!

I chose this company to install new HVAC systems in my home approximately one year ago and have…read moremaintained a service agreement with them for several years. The issue that ultimately caused me to end the relationship was not a major equipment failure, nor was it about the cost of a repair. It was about trust. One of the return air grilles installed as part of the new HVAC installation cannot be closed and latched without applying significant force due to interference between the latch and the frame. I raised this issue during the last two scheduled maintenance visits following the installation, provided photographs, and explained my concerns regarding long-term operation and safety. The grille serves as an access point for routine filter replacement and is located in an upstairs hallway immediately adjacent to an open two-story foyer. Routine filter changes and grille operation therefore require the use of a ladder in close proximity to a significant vertical drop. Given that this maintenance task will be performed repeatedly over the 15-20 year life of the system, I believe the grille should operate smoothly and without excessive force. During both maintenance visits, I was told that the condition was acceptable. When I later provided photographs and requested an estimate to correct the issue, the company provided a quote of approximately $330. The dollar amount was never the issue. In fact, the relatively modest cost of the repair only reinforced my disappointment. What concerned me was that a readily observable and repeatable operational issue was consistently treated as an acceptable operating condition rather than as a workmanship concern worthy of further consideration. To me, the grille itself is not the real issue. It simply became the reason I began questioning the company's workmanship standards and willingness to stand behind its work. If there is disagreement over a readily observable and repeatable operational issue that can be experienced, photographed, and evaluated, it naturally raises questions about the quality of work that is not visible to the homeowner. Whether those concerns are ultimately justified or not, trust is an essential part of any long-term service relationship. My dissatisfaction is not with any single interaction but with the company's consistent position that this condition is acceptable and its unwillingness to take ownership of a concern that I believe reflects its workmanship standards. As a result, I have decided to cancel my maintenance agreement and move my business elsewhere. There are many HVAC companies available, and I prefer to work with one that demonstrates a stronger commitment to standing behind its work and maintaining customer confidence.

A couple of years ago I noticed the amount of energy we were supposed to be getting with our solar panels had severely decreased as our SMUD bill increased. Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Excellent company, which I will refer to others as well as use again next year.

I've gone through a lot of companies before finding them, and none came close in terms of consistency, professionalism, and actual results. Our home isn't easy. We have massive glass panels, some reaching 22 feet tall and 30 feet wide. It takes precision, the right equipment, and a team that actually knows what they're doing. These guys handle it without hesitation and the finish is always spotless. They take care of everything for us. Windows, gutters, solar panels, driveway, concrete, and more. I also use them at my Serrano property and on my flips, and they show up the same way every time. No shortcuts, no excuses, just solid work. If you're tired of hiring people who overpromise and underdeliver, call Will and his team. They're the real deal.

Elk Grove Heating and Air - Smiling after last job and very hot day. Home is cool now!!

A++ Company! So,…read morefunny story about how we connected with this company. We stopped by my in-laws' house in EG last night. It had been a hot day and we noticed the A/C fan in their house was blowing loudly but it was sweltering inside. Took a peek at their thermostat, which read 77 but felt more like a 87 in our house. Temp was set for 72, but was not cooling. We commented that their A/C didn't seem to be working. Father-in-law said he would call one of the companies that sent an ad in the mail for "$49 A/C Tune-Up." We told him it'd definitely cost more than $49 to fix the issue, and that was just a ploy to get customers to call them and upcharge. I told them we'd contact the company that has helped my parents in the past. So I quickly logged on to Yelp to find the company. They were pretty quick to respond in the past, so I figured they would call the next day and set up an appt. I sent a message to them and was very surprised when I got a message back from them in minutes! Gave them a call and Vince told me he actually had a guy finishing up a project in our area. I was shocked because it was almost 8pm! He said they had two shifts for their company, since people are having A/C issues around the clock. Long story short, Brian showed up around 10-15 minutes after I got off the phone with Vince. I was kinda in disbelief about how fast everything had happened. We definitely didn't think we'd find a company who could make it out to their house while we were still there! Brian diagnosed the problem as the unit lacking refrigerant. Added 2 lbs of R22 and pretty soon we could feel cool air circulating through the house. Throughout the night, Vince kept in constant communication with us and had a fantastic sense of humor. When I told him the A/C was working now, he sent a Carlton dance gif, lol. After Brian left, Vince sent me an invoice. When I saw it, I thought, "Oh interesting, they changed their logo." A few minutes later, I realized I had actually messaged a different company on Yelp than I had intended. The companies' names are practically identical, except the other one had the word "plumbing" in it, lol. I told Vince of the mistake and we kinda laughed about it. He said, "We were meant to be!!!!" :) I was able to pay via Venmo and Vince was able to give my in-laws a senior discount. It was not cheap, but based on how quickly they were able to fix the issue, the convenience was worth it. Highly recommend this company and they will be our go-to in the future for HVAC repairs. Thanks, Vince and Brian!!
