What a great new neighbor find! I went for dinner with my two boys and had a great experience. They have a large variety of beers. My favorite was the maui coconut porter. I liked that for the kids they offer the juice drinks or chocolate milk drinks in the fridge with fun characters. We ordered their big pretzel, it came with mustard and a delicious creamy feta dip, stable and delicious. The kids ordered the hot dog which came with chips and the kids cheese pizza. Staff was very friendly and understanding when I asked to switch from a high top table to a regular table because of my 2 year old possibly falling off. We finally stopped in to check out the new place. As locals, we have been waiting for something like this up here. They have a large selection of beers on tap and a large selection of canned beers. My husband and I joined the crowd on a Saturday afternoon for the Dynamite Beer Company's one year anniversary party. I had just heard of this place and joined their email list, when I received the notice of this great party. They had live music, which was actually a 6 piece band inside, and a pretty full house at 3:30 p.m. Service was friendly but seemed a little overwhelmed. We shared a picnic table with a variety of people as they came and went, communal seating is always fun. I thoroughly enjoyed a fantastic cherry bomb cider tapping, and the husband had a local draft lager. After sipping for a while we decided we needed a snack, so he ordered the giant pretzel which came with whipped feta and some kind of yellow sauce (mustard?). The pretzel smelled phenomenal, although I am gluten-free. He devoured it, and I tasted some of the whipped feta with my tortilla chips from the buffalo chicken nachos I uad ordered. The whipped feta dip is fantastic, and I have been unable to duplicate it at home. The buffalo chicken was tender pulled chicken with buffalo sauce and blue cheese on tortilla chips topped with scallions. Toppings were fantastic but predominantly salty. The chips were clearly out of a bag, and extremely salty. So, this dish could have been a five star, but was actually a three. But it is a generous portion, and very tasty. All the thirst necessitated more cider, and another beer. We didn't quite finish the second set before we had to depart. But the band was excellent and I look forward to going back for live music on future Sunday afternoons or Thursday evenings. A rare thing in this part of town, to have music that starts before 9:30 p.m.! So, I'm happy I discovered the Dynamite Beer Company. read more

They have sandwiches from 11-3 every day and NEXT level, the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich is what dreams are made of! The roast beef is so delicious! If you are wanting a spot for dinner or happy hour another must is the Bee Sting pizza, whipped feta and a pretzel will make your night perfect! If you are wanting something different Schreiners board is unbelievable, my husband and I love the different brats and sauerkraut! What a great place! This part of town needed something exactly like Dynamite Beer Co. The place has a great vibe, including a wall that opens up to the outside seating. I was at Dynamite this past Sunday, and there was live music. The musicians were extremely talented, with a great mix of music. My friends and I tried several items on the menu, and the standouts are two of the flatbreads... The Bee Sting (a bit sweeter and saltier) and the Walter White (more garlic and oil). I did not realize that I liked kale until it was crispy on top of a pizza! There is an extremely wide selection of beer and cocktails. I am not much of a beer drinker myself, but my friends are unanimous with their vote on the number 8!! Finally, the servers are friendly, and there is plenty of parking. We were in the Pima-Dynamite Trailhead and I heard someone mention this place so I looked it up and we decide to try it after our hike. We're staying in Scottsdale and probably wouldn't have heard of it if we weren't doing our hike in this area. The service we good and very friendly. I'm a big Hefeweizen fan and always want places to have more options but thankfully they had two to try. The Bee Sting stonebread pizza was everything I was hoping it would be - yummy!! We enjoyed a great beer and a wine along with a wonderful pizza tonight at the Dynamite Beer Company. It is a cute little place, indoor and outdoor seating, but perhaps a bit plain on the inside. There's a large beer list on the wall, a water container, and the menu is available via your cell phone with a swipe. I think they maybe keep the lights a bit too bright personally -- something is missing in the "character" of the place, but the server was nice and friendly. She gave my wife two or three white wine tastes to help her select the one she wanted. The beer was a good Hefeweizen. Our pizza was very unusual -- a fig jam pizza. We ordered chicken on top but they forgot to put the chicken on. Didn't matter, as the pizza was so, so good. We were talking about it all the way home. We're going to go back, for sure. read more

We just recently learned about Dynamite Beer Co & we're glad we did! It's just a nice neighborhood place for great beer, wines and some tasty flatbreads. It's comfortable with picnic tables by the open front wall during the nicer weather months and regular inside seating for those not-so-nice days. I'm not a fan of kids at places like this but the times people did have their kids there, it was fine. Sometimes you just want to have a place where you can have adult conversations without minding your discussions so much. That being said, Dynamite Beer Company has become a favorite spot - especially when heading back to N Scottsdale from I-17. read more
