Mind you I have yet to receive a real price, they gave me some absurd guess "without measurements" (which I gave them) I felt they were inflating their guesstimate to blow me off... soooo what the actual F? These people are unprofessional. It's a shame. I used them 3 years ago and thought I'd give them repeat business but obviously they're too busy to help. I tried several times to give them the benefit of the doubt only to be brushed off. They're really busy apparently and don't need more business so don't give them any.

Previously, we talked to other pool companies who thought the problems were due to collapsed or clogged pipes under the cement. This would have cost thousands of dollars. I called him back, he came right back over, replaced a hose, replaced the electrical wire from pump to outlet. Worked perfectly. The next morning i turned the pump on and an old hose burst, i went into panic mode called Mark , he came right over. He replaced all the hoses, rechecked the electrical and did not charge me. We only used it to pick up a couple of leaves stuck at the deep end of our pool. Also, with the previous large pool company, we had different people come by each week but with 413 pools, Derek and Steve were the only ones who came by. They were good with communication, showed up when they were supposed to, always very friendly and answered any of my pool questions. What was also great about 413 pools is that we were not stuck with a weekly cleaning contract for the summer (this can be a problem if your pool ever needs unexpected repairs/liner tear)! If we didn't want a cleaning bc we were away, we could have just skipped a week. They also did our opening and closing. The 1st star is given because my call was returned immediately and I was scheduled in within the week. The second star was given for the level of professionalism, and problem solving (something the previous company couldn't resolve), as well as the "state of the art"equipment used to locate and resolve my issue. The 3rd star is given for the amount of time spent, the distance they traveled, the way they fit me in, even if it meant coming at the tail end of the day. The 4th star is given because after using them to close my pool, replace the ancient pump, and open the pool exactly when i wanted it opened (even if it meant coming all the way from Douglas to Rehoboth and maybe not having too many other other customers opening pools that early in the season), I was more impressed than I was when I first met them. They also put in a salt water system for me. The 5th star (and if the rating had more than 5 stars, they'd get a 10) was given tonight. The filter died and I'm going out of town, and even though they were very busy this week, they told me they'd get here regardless; if not tonight, then definitely Saturday. Well, they arrived tonight around 7:00pm (which is when they said they would if they could make it tonight). They left after 8:30pm. And before leaving, even took the time to answer a question I had about my water softener filtration system (nothing to do with the pool). If I had to pick one thing (which is difficult to do in this case), i would have to say that customer service is a 10+. They go above and beyond to help and fulfill the needs of the customer. Their pricing is fair (very fair, in fact). No matter how late it is, their attitude/dispostion/manner is friendly, warm, and you feel like they're family. I'm sorry I didn't find them sooner, but so happy I found them nonetheless. Thank you, Clear Water Pool Service, thank you, all of you.
