I had a part break on my vacuum (under warranty) and chatted online with their customer service. They directed me to this location and said I could walk in. No need for a ticket #, etc. I was skeptical and thought they might be setting me up for failure. Nope. I was 100% wrong. Walked in and told the worker what was broken and he said, "no problem, have a seat and give me a few minutes". Didn't ask my name or anything. Must have looked up the serial number, as I started getting emails about the service being logged and starting. Probably 10 minutes later, he brought it out, all repaired. Fast, easy and covered under warranty with no hassles. For the cost of the vacuum, you are also paying for the service, which I had forgotten about! AWESOME SERVICE, we were not happy about the battery lasting less than two years, however, they replaced it no charge / no argument free of charge, hopefully this battery lasts longer than 2 years. I told them I was more interested in fixing a four year old model not spend $400 for a new one. Had an old Dyson that a part on the handle was broken. Took it in an the tech looked at it and said it did not need to be fixed as it did not interfere with the operation of the vacuum. I brought my dyson in because the floor attachment was not working. The service rep was rude, and did not let me explain what it was that I was there for, just took it back for the health check. Okay, fine. He comes out and said the Motörhead was wet and needed to be replaced. Hmmm, weird since I do not clean it with water but I check it and it turns on. Normally I would leave it for a few days for this, but whatever. Get home, and it doesn't work. At all. So now it is MORE broken that was it was. Another 2 hour round trip back to the store and the guy replaces the filter and says this is the fix. In the mean time, he lets me know that he feels like the dyson instructions should come written in crayon so customers can understand how the vacuums work-Seriously?! First of all, I get free health checks every 6 months...Instructions cannot do that. Second of all, why didn't you actually do the full health check? Clearly you do not want to do your job to begin with, so why not ensure I do not have to return by actually fixing the problem? Finally, turns out my health check was not completed at all. Super. A-MAZING service. I took my dead vacuum in and the technician breathed life back into it. He checked it for warranty and it was covered so there was no charge and he had the parts. It was done in a couple hours! That's never happened to me! He took the time to explain that I had vacuumed up a wood screw that destroyed the motor and he removed a clog in the hose. Very helpful and thorough. Highly recommend having them check your vacuum even if you don't know if it's under warranty. My husband said don't bother. Just buy a new one. Ha! read more

I came in yesterday after the Dyson helpline scheduled an appointment on my behalf for my whining TP04. I went in to try to explain my issue and the gentleman who met to help me seemed almost annoyed, like I was an inconvenience to him. I set my TP04 on the counter and tried to start explaining what I was experiencing but he just interrupted me "Do you have the cord, Do you have the remote." I took them out of my purse. Of course I had them, but I was TRYING to have an initial discussion about the issue. I told him I had a video recording of the noise, which I offered him to listen to three times throughout our encounter. Instead, he decided alone what the issue was after just a few minutes of diagnostics in the back room; not listening to me or my concerns. I even told him it took about ten minutes for the noise to occur, but he just continued to write me off. Before leaving, I asked once more, knowing in the pit of my stomach he was wrong. "Are you sure this is the issue?" I asked again. "This happens all the time" he said. I felt too uncomfortable to ask a forth time for him to please listen to my video recording, so I just left, hoping he was right, and feeling like an idiot. I went all the way home, turned my TP04 back on, waiting to see if the whine would return. Of course it did. I recorded a new video of the noise. I was too scared and too uncomfortable to go all the way back to the service center so I called the Dyson company helpline again and told them what had just occurred. Their engineers listened to my videos, heard the whining, and quickly determined my device needed to be completely replaced. I have so many Dyson products and love the company dearly, but was completely taken aback by how easily I was dismissed at this service center. Thank you so much to the general help line for taking care of me and listening to my concerns when this service center would not. I want other people to know if they are ever in this situation to contact Dyson's general helpline, because they will make sure the job is done correctly. read more

If you have a Dyson vacuum of any kind, this is the place to have it serviced. It's a light, bright storefront in the shopping center with plenty of parking close to the door. My stick vacuum canister had come apart, and the plastic tab that secures the door to the canister had gotten a bit worn. The very courteous, knowledgeable service gentleman completely cleaned out the vacuum and installed a brand new canister in 10" and at no charge. This is ~ a 40" round trip drive for me from St. Louis City and well worth it. My Dyson is the best vacuum I've ever had, and it's a relief to know I can get it serviced locally. read more

Peter at this store could not have been less helpful or quicker to dismiss me. Peter also told me the Dyson employees in Costa Rica are idiots for sending me to this location seeking help. My hair dryer is an older model and Peter didn't attempt to look up the part, see if he could order it, etc. No attempt at customer service here. So after driving over a 1/2 hour to this location, I spent another 1/2 hour on the phone with Dyson (again) and apparently one of the models in production has a part that can work for mine. Of course, they don't know when it will be in stock. Why would I ever buy any Dyson product? For the cost, you expect some help and customer support when you show up. If they can't provide any customer service, there is no hope for anywhere. Pretty sure Peter just wanted to get back to his cigarettes (the smell, ughh) and enjoyed telling people how he couldn't help them. You just know the type. This is not why I wanted to go on yelp and write a review. The reason why I wanted to take 2 minutes and write this is the service tech John was outstanding, friendly and professional. He worked with a since of urgency that you don't often see at repair shops. Watching the other two employees that were there with him I could tell; speed, hospitality and professionalism are all part of Dyson's culture. Walked in to the store in Creve Coeur MO, with my small D-24 multifloor vacuum, with a nonfunctional floor head, and was out with the new floor head, after a bench test to make sure it worked, in about 10 minutes! This was after waiting about 3 weeks for a related switch from an online part order to arrive, on its slow boat from China. I stepped into the Service Center after all of the telephone trouble-shooting with my vacuum was completed and the vacuum still didn't work. The Dyson service man was intimidating in appearance and did not smile. He "sighed" and took my vacuum into the back without explaining what he was doing. He came back in a few minutes with an angry look and said "someone tried to break the filter". Obviously, as I am the owner and user, he was accusing me, the customer. Maybe I did break it, but obviously I didn't intend that. He could have very nicely explained what I was doing wrong instead of mishandling this transaction.
