I have followed Dôlish ever since they first opened their food truck in Maalaea and have watched her business blossom over the years. Fast forward to 2023, they're now centrally located in Wailuku, serving up the same great edible cookie doughs, ice cream, coffee, and drinks. Her cookie dough flavors rotate every month, but her OG Chocolate Chip and Birthday Bae flavors are mainstays on the menu. I've tried many different flavors, but my favorites have been cookie monster, cotton candy, and fruity pebbles. As for drinks, my favorite is the cotton candy frappe! Earlier this year, Dôlish expanded their menu and added a variety of delicious croffles which is a cross between a croissant and a waffle. She has a mix between sweet and savory offerings. My favorite is the Cheeseberry which has strawberries, blueberries, cream cheese, and honey. YUM! She also offers platters and smaller portions for parties and events. We've done large event catering orders as well and she really works with you to meet your needs. Above all, what I appreciate about Dôlish is not only their tasty treats, but how owner, Glory, continues to elevate and support other local businesses in the community. She has coordinated and hosted various themed festivals like Ube Fest and Mango Fest and provided an avenue for other local vendors to showcase their products and connect with the community. They all have a special themed menu or item for the event, including Dôlish, and it's always fun to try out new items. Ok....... Yes, I'm easily swayed by pastel colors and cute foods like everyone else. Can you blame me??? Dôlish ticks all my aesthetic boxes so we had to make a stop here. The food is just as yummy as it looks :-) Dôlish is located in the food truck plaza in front of Maluhia Collective, along with Like Poke? and Pastele House (also recommend!). Parking is available along the street or in the lot behind Maluhia. A few brightly-colored picnic tables in the center of the plaza make for ample seating, though no overhang (not ideal for rainy days). STRAWBERRY MATCHA LATTE FREEZE: The matcha is so creamy and herbal, but sweetened enough to match the tart strawberry swirls. Surprisingly refreshing. My bf's Fruity Pebbles Frappe tasted exactly like the cereal, in milkshake form. Not too sweet, but definitely heavy enough to be a treat on its own. The owner, Glory, was at the truck both times we visited-- the nicest person ever. We loved getting a chance to chat it up w her and hear her recommendations for food across the island. Came here wanting to try the Ube latte, it wasn't my favorite. It was too bitter for my liking and I could barely taste the Ube. The POG on the other hand was the stand out drink for me. It was sweet and refreshing. The food truck is cute and the owner is very sweet! Check them out! read more

The fruity pebble cookie do was delicious and not overly sweet. I got it with a scoop of kona coffee and it was a perfect combination. I also tried the green apple tea and it wasn't sour or too sweet. The owner is a very nice lady and I look forward to coming back to try the breakfast and coffee. read more

Dolish delish!! Located in the Maui Golf & Sports Park in Maalaea, this truck serves up something unique, edible cookie dough along with some drinks! I am a huge cookie dough fan & is definitely one of those that will eat the raw cookie dough while baking, yes I know not good! So the fact that a place like this exists was super exciting! There are usually 5 flavors available that rotate out, one that is the "Do of the Day". I got 2 scoops, Birthday Bae & Matcha because why not right?!? The scoops were bigger then I thought to say the least. After picking them up, I had to do some errands, so by the time I got home the texture was a bit softer, so I threw it in the freezer. Yumm, love at first bite. I will say it was a bit rich/sweet, so it took me several days to finish both scoops as I could only eat a little at a time. Flavors were on point though & a dream for any cookie dough lover. I will say though that you do have to love cookie dough, the texture is like dough, not smooth like ice cream. Service was great, I got asked if I had any questions as soon as I got there. Such a nice treat & definitely a must try if you're looking for something different. Dôlish is a new, locally owned dessert food truck that is located in the parking lot of the Maui Golf & Sports park. They specialize in edible cookie dough with unique names such as Unicorn Poop and you can get just the cookie dough or make it into a sundae. I only found out about them via a friend's Instagram account and as I was in the area I wanted to try it out. Not passing up the opportunity to order something on the menu called Unicorn Poop, that is what I got and I ordered it as a sundae with ube ice cream. The Unicorn Poop (sorry, I'm just having fun typing that) is a carnival colored sugar cookie cookie dough and the nice thing about it is that it had the perfect amount of sweetness and the texture was just like what you would sneak from homemade cookie dough that your mom makes. The cookie dough and ice cream worked well together and their flavors didn't compete and it was topped with whip cream. They do serve coffee and tea but I didn't get any of those on this trip and seating is limited as there was a small picnic table and a bench, so if you're just getting the cookie dough without the ice cream, it is definitely a to go item. I can't wait to go back and try the other flavors they have and try the other ice cream flavors they have with the other cookie dough flavors. read more

From edible cookie dough, to cookie dough sundaes, to lattes and frappes.. what to get?! After a long deliberation, and seeing what my friend ordered, my hubby and I figured out what we wanted. My hubby got a mocha malt frappe, and I got a cookie dough sundae with Kona coffee ice cream and the special Do of the day which was a Mudslide flavor. Overall, this was DOLISH! The only thing I did not like was that my cookie dough was ROCK SOLID. I broke my plastic spoon on it!!! So next time, I may ask for it separate from the ice cream or maybe get a regular drink and a cookie dough scoop for later. I do want to try their drinks next time I'm in the area. The guy before me ordered a drink with coffee jelly in it. YUM!! Finally I do want to say - thank you for being open on Sundays! I absolutely love this place. Whenever we're in the area I'll stop here. It's such a cute little food truck with Cute colors. I came here about a month ago for the first time I'm not sure why it took me so long to come. But I was so happy we had the opportunity to stop here it was I think a Sunday and it was mid afternoon. So I was lucky she was still open. Thank you. Got out of the car, there was a gentleman ahead of me so I waited patiently as I read the menu. It was late Sunday afternoon it's one of these slow days during Covid where it's a little hard to get out of the house. We decided we wanted to go whale watching over in Mahlia Harbor. I had been to a Yelp event at Dolish about a month back and really enjoyed it. I wanted to take my partner share this sweet treat before we went to search for whales we had the triple chocolate cookie dough with vanilla ice cream We ate it at the cute table in front of the food cart and and the day started to feel a bit more relaxed. I've had the croffle 2x now, the veryberry one - it's a GREAT little dessert-styled brekky, went great with a mocha. Service is quick and friendly - just the way I like to roll, in and out. My only caveat is that I wish Dolish was open early-er than they are and I'd be a more frequent flier. My friend got this for me which was super sweet! I can't exactly recall the flavors but by tasting it... the top was a scoop of some sort of caramel with pretzel. The bottom taste like birthday cake. I wasn't super crazy about the caramel because sadly I'm not a caramel fan but I did enjoy the bottom flavor. My friend had the Ube flavor and let me taste it... AMAZING! Went to Maui gold and adventure park with the kiddos...they all wanted icee as promised but the gas station next door didn't have any so we tried this place out. POG Slushy is what the kids got and they loved the little boba type balls in the icy drink. I forgot what I got but it had coffee so I was all good.
