A great place for some bubble tea, coffee, croffles, and other snacks to share with friends (or for yourself if you desire) - located at the Wailuku Food Truck park, their menu changes monthly and brings some fun options that I've always enjoyed (my favorite being the County Fair Cheesecake Cookie Dô they have in October) - definitely a must-visit if you stop by Wailuku

Looking for a sweet treat in Wailuku? Check out this truck. They have edible cookie dough, pog boba slush, cheese teas and more. So delicious and the owner is so friendly. Every month their cookie dough flavors change, so make sure you follow them on Instagram to keep up. I got the OG Chocolate chip cookie dough which is always amazing and the birthday cake batter cookie dough. I also tried the pog boba slush. It was so refreshing and delicious. Definitely check this place out if you go to Maui.

The fruity pebble cookie do was delicious and not overly sweet. I got it with a scoop of kona coffee and it was a perfect combination. I also tried the green apple tea and it wasn't sour or too sweet. The owner is a very nice lady and I look forward to coming back to try the breakfast and coffee.

Dolish delish!! Located in the Maui Golf & Sports Park in Maalaea, this truck serves up something unique, edible cookie dough along with some drinks! I am a huge cookie dough fan & is definitely one of those that will eat the raw cookie dough while baking, yes I know not good! So the fact that a place like this exists was super exciting! There are usually 5 flavors available that rotate out, one that is the "Do of the Day". I got 2 scoops, Birthday Bae & Matcha because why not right?!? The scoops were bigger then I thought to say the least. After picking them up, I had to do some errands, so by the time I got home the texture was a bit softer, so I threw it in the freezer. Yumm, love at first bite. I will say it was a bit rich/sweet, so it took me several days to finish both scoops as I could only eat a little at a time. Flavors were on point though & a dream for any cookie dough lover. I will say though that you do have to love cookie dough, the texture is like dough, not smooth like ice cream. Service was great, I got asked if I had any questions as soon as I got there. Such a nice treat & definitely a must try if you're looking for something different. Support local now more then ever!!

Unicorn Poop cookie dough sundae with ube ice cream

Dôlish is a new, locally owned dessert food truck that is located in the parking lot of the Maui Golf & Sports park. They specialize in edible cookie dough with unique names such as Unicorn Poop and you can get just the cookie dough or make it into a sundae. I only found out about them via a friend's Instagram account and as I was in the area I wanted to try it out. Not passing up the opportunity to order something on the menu called Unicorn Poop, that is what I got and I ordered it as a sundae with ube ice cream. The Unicorn Poop (sorry, I'm just having fun typing that) is a carnival colored sugar cookie cookie dough and the nice thing about it is that it had the perfect amount of sweetness and the texture was just like what you would sneak from homemade cookie dough that your mom makes. The cookie dough and ice cream worked well together and their flavors didn't compete and it was topped with whip cream. They do serve coffee and tea but I didn't get any of those on this trip and seating is limited as there was a small picnic table and a bench, so if you're just getting the cookie dough without the ice cream, it is definitely a to go item. I can't wait to go back and try the other flavors they have and try the other ice cream flavors they have with the other cookie dough flavors.

Loved this truck! Located next the entrance of the Maui Golf & Sports Park, Dolish is serving up tasty sweet treats. Be sure to ask if you have questions! There are a TON of options here! From edible cookie dough, to cookie dough sundaes, to lattes and frappes.. what to get?! After a long deliberation, and seeing what my friend ordered, my hubby and I figured out what we wanted. My hubby got a mocha malt frappe, and I got a cookie dough sundae with Kona coffee ice cream and the special Do of the day which was a Mudslide flavor. Overall, this was DOLISH! The only thing I did not like was that my cookie dough was ROCK SOLID. I broke my plastic spoon on it!!! So next time, I may ask for it separate from the ice cream or maybe get a regular drink and a cookie dough scoop for later. I do want to try their drinks next time I'm in the area. The guy before me ordered a drink with coffee jelly in it. YUM!! Finally I do want to say - thank you for being open on Sundays! Not many yummy food places are open on Sundays, so we appreciated that this place was. Perfect Sunday sweet treat. Cheers to Dolish in Ma'alaea! Check her out on IG also for more droolworthy sweet treat inspo.

These treats make me feel like a kid again. So many flavors to choose from and the service is top notch. Glory, the owner and creator is super friendly. She knows how to take care of her community.

I absolutely love this place. Whenever we're in the area I'll stop here. It's such a cute little food truck with Cute colors. I came here about a month ago for the first time I'm not sure why it took me so long to come. But I was so happy we had the opportunity to stop here it was I think a Sunday and it was mid afternoon. So I was lucky she was still open. Thank you. Got out of the car, there was a gentleman ahead of me so I waited patiently as I read the menu. Yay I saw 2 of my favorite things cookies and cream and a birthday batter. Perfect 2 scoops jf that please. She the owner is friendly and helpful if you have any questions. I got 2 Cute cups with spoons and I was ready to dig in. O my heaven in my mouth. Cookie dough I can eat a whole tub of this without sharing LOL. Just the amount of sweetness for me. Come here try some cookie do she also sells ice cream tooo. Support local.

It was late Sunday afternoon it's one of these slow days during Covid where it's a little hard to get out of the house. We decided we wanted to go whale watching over in Mahlia Harbor. I had been to a Yelp event at Dolish about a month back and really enjoyed it. I wanted to take my partner share this sweet treat before we went to search for whales we had the triple chocolate cookie dough with vanilla ice cream We ate it at the cute table in front of the food cart and and the day started to feel a bit more relaxed. There were so many whales out that afternoon. I highly recommend people find this sweet truck either for yourself or your friends

After seeing their posts on instagram so often I finally found myself on the Wai side with a friend and we decided to give them a try. Needless to say we're hooked! It's the perfect treat after a dip in Iao Valley. The owner is amazing, she's very friendly and will breakdown the menu for you first timers if you ask.

My friend got this for me which was super sweet! I can't exactly recall the flavors but by tasting it... the top was a scoop of some sort of caramel with pretzel. The bottom taste like birthday cake. I wasn't super crazy about the caramel because sadly I'm not a caramel fan but I did enjoy the bottom flavor. My friend had the Ube flavor and let me taste it... AMAZING! Hope to visit this place myself soon :) a super awesome gift!

The space is beautifully decorated inside an old bank, complete with a vintage vault. Since we arrived late, pastry options were limited. The ham and cheese tart (flaky), brownie (dense/decadent), and coconut slice (chewy) were great. The coconut roll, however, lacked flavor (skip it). Croissant breakfast sandwich & mortadella sandwich were good. The main disappointment was the salmon toast. It looked beautiful and was a large portion, but the two extra poached eggs I ordered were completely hard-poached. When I brought this up, the woman behind the counter flippantly told me, "Yes, this is how we make them." Poached eggs should ALWAYS have a runny yolk & I didn't believe her answer for a second. Clearly they made a mistake they did not want to own up to. I was highly disappointed by her attitude, especially since I paid extra for the eggs.
