The aunty that works there was so sweet and got me hoisin sauce and black pepper and told me to scoot my small table and chair to eat in the shade. I ordered a Mango Boba drink which reminded me of Guri Guri to be honest. (If you're visiting Maui and haven't had Guri Guri, go get yourself some asap!) I loved it. I usually get Honeydew but Mango was just as good! The Chicken Pho was delicious! They gave me a couple slices of jalapeños, bean sprouts, a small lemon wedge and a lot of Thai basil. I loved that yummy comforting broth with slices of white onions, green onions and shredded chicken. Perfect for Maui "winter weather" which is usually 60's-70's lol. If you're looking for a yummy Bahn Mi, I recommend the Chicken (or Tofu) Lemongrass sandwich on Crispy French bread or the Vermicelli noodles with Pork and Imperial Rolls.
