​I put a review on here a couple of days ago about the tires that I bought. I bought two used ones and two new ones and one of the new tires went flat on me not long after I bought it. So I am not very happy about this place I will never return to E&D tires in Maryland. But I guess you get what you pay for. I had to go to my garage and buy two brand new tires and they checked the tires that I bought from E&D tires in Maryland and they said that there was no nail or anything in my tire and there was nothing wrong with the stem of my tire. These folks are great. The shop is small and could use some cleaning, but it's an inexpensive auto shop run by folks who know what they're doing and don't gouge you. They've done oil changes, minor repairs, and diagnostic inspections - done with a smile and easy service. They do what they say and get it done when they say it will be done. I recently got a "warning" for my headlight beams off by a smidgeon. Had to take my '15 Subaru Legacy to a State Inspection garage. Quality Discount tire recommended E&D Auto Care and now I can recommend E&D! Eduardo handled my somewhat trifling but official (paperwork for the State Police) form after quickly diagnosing the problem on a Saturday afternoon and fixing it. Very organized. This place is 2 blocks from my house. It has the cheapest gas around and this E&D (Ed is the name of the owner) Auto Care Center is right there. I love this place because as to now (Feb. 2020) they will give you a jump start for only $25.00! Will drive to you in the area too, to give you the jump start for the same price. They are super fast, they won't overcharge you or try to sell you more products or services (even if you are a woman). Lastly they are very friendly, with ZERO attitude or rudeness. One time I had them fix my window or breaks, can't remember (I have been there about 5 times now) and then I noticed that they had fixed my door that was lose from the inside when closing it (for free! and didn't even tell me about it to try to try to get paid for it.) They actually fixed a poor job that another mechanic had done and refused to fixed afterwards. I was and still am so impressed by this that this is my new mechanic after Crawford Tires closed for business in Bethesda (the ones who did a bad job and would not fixed it even though I had been their customer since 1998!). read more

I came here for an out of state inspection on a 9 year old vehicle I brought from California. They were awesome. I was in and out in less than two hours, and the price was same as their quote (nothing more). I waited over at DonutKing less than a minute walk away, where they have wifi, and a large breakfast/lunch selection. E&D was very professional, and it was apparent they care about their customers and their vehicles. It is such a relief to find such a great honest mechanic. When I first discovered this shop I was pleasantly surprised. Eddie couldn't have been more helpful. He ALWAYS found time to squeeze me in at the last minute. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very efficient. They are courteous and easy to deal with. BUT- something changed recently. All of a sudden I couldn't get Eddie on the phone. He was supposed to give me a quote on a repair. I would call and he was never available to talk or tell me the price quote. I left numerous voice mails but he never called. So I went to the shop and saw him in the window. I went in and was told he was not there. VERY STRANGE- since I had just seen him in the garage. I am at a total loss as to what happened. First, I would like to start off by thanking all the staff at E&D Auto. This is one of the most professional shops I have ever done business with. From the moment I called to the moment I was handed my keys back was such a great experience. I initially went in because I was told by another shop that my cars differential was leaking. I came to these guys for a second opinion. They gladly took me in and reviewed the differential. I get a call back in a timely manner to find out that my differential was fine. Instead of selling me fake work I thought my car required they were honest about the work. In the car repair world, honesty is hard to find. They recommended my brakes to be done. With no hesitation, I approved a brake job done with them and an oil change. They updated me the whole time. I have driven my car for a month now with no issues with the brakes.
