No email after a week, so I emailed to ask the status and was told the main extra (shock absorber post) was being shipped there and would arrive within a week, and asked me to pick it up and bring it back in when the part arrived. I wrote back that I don't drive unless I have to (medical), have never ridden an e-bike so would be transporting it home to learn to ride it, and so asked him to store it until the part was in and it was a full build. Scott accommodated, and I got a fully built PERFECT bike for me yesterday. Scott helped me load it into my SUV (a tight fit, so grateful for his help) and I shook his hand. I recently took the speed machine for upgrades. Got great advice and guidance from Mark. Went from Shimano 105 to the Ultegra groupset with a Kogel Flywheel and Bottom Bracket. My first ride after the upgrades felt great! Was happy with my purchase. I went back to get Time Trial Fitted to help me maximize performance on my upcoming IronMan 70.3 event.
