I was searching for an Ebike and I came across Eahora on Amazon which listed Dukes as a test site where I could test ride an Eahora Ebike I called and Dan answered and confirmed I could these the bike I wanted. He was very professional and easy to do business with and installed assembled the bike for Free! I would have paid an additional $150 to have it assembled if I went thru Amazon and paid a higher price. Dan also offers a checkup to tune the bike after a period of usage. Recently... - Needed some 26" white wall beach cruiser tires and tubes. Called around.... Jax sold out. RnR never picked up the phone. Phenix none in stock. Duke's - answered the phone on the second ring, in stock, great price. Picked up on the way home from work. Done!! - Needed some skateboard bearings. Was looking around CL, OfferUp, etc. Somehow got connected with Bike Kraze through CL... turned out to be a joke. Looks like BK is trying to liquidate stock on CL but selling at full retail (actually above MSRP). Called Duke's - bearings in stock, ABEC 7, $15, picked up on my way home from work. Done!! - Needed 700c x 28mm tubes. Walmart and Target completely wiped out due to the pandemic. Called Duke's - "Yep, got 'em. Stop on by!" Done!! Needless to say, I've had three very positive experiences with Duke's recently in a short period of time. This is my kind of shop... he's got a little bit of everything, great service, very knowledgeable. I need to be honest about the "user interface" - this is NOT your typical retail store. The store front and entrance can be a little intimidating - product everywhere and a bit of a mess. It's not really the kind of shop where you stop in and browse around. Don't let this put you off, just give Duke a call and ask him about what you're looking for - he probably has it in stock; if not he can get it. And if you do want to browse around just stop in and ask. If you don't mind navigating through a hodgepodge of bikes, parts and accessories. He really does have a bit of everything. Just picked up my bike after trying Duke's for a repair for the 1st time. I could not have been happier with the service...was able to get my rear flat repaired and my wobbly back wheel adjusted for a very reasonable price. I was amazed how fast it was completed....maybe a fairly easy job for the experienced and the right tools, but he was finished within 1.5 hours at the most. He has a HUGE warehouse full of fixies/BMX/cruiser bikes along with brands such as Felt, Fuji, GT road bikes and mountain bikes and triathlon bikes. Very nice guy.
