Hello. I would like to express my Deepest Gratitude to those Who work at this E-Central Credit Union in Pasadena. Especially 2-Staff Members (Charles Bautista and Tracy Truong) who went over, Above and that Extra 2-Miles to see their Way in Assisting us through this uncharted path of Refinancing our Home. Now, I reallize that every Family who Refinances Has their individual obstacles, but! there were No Obstacles that could have stopped these 2-Individuals from Achieving the Task at Hand. EASY PROCESS, HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY Back in September 2017 I was looking to get a personal loan to consolidate all my credit card accounts which had a high interest rate. A friend of mine recommended E-Central and so I gave them a call Sandra Mejia and Elizabeth Carrillo made the process very easy and simple, we exchanged a couple of phone calls and emails and a week later, my credit cards were paid. Now, I have one easy monthly payment at a lower rate. Couldn't have worked out any better. Since the whole experience was very straightforward and effortless, I came back two weeks later to get an auto loan; Jennifer Lara helped me through this process and got me a very low interest rate on my auto loan. Jennifer referred me to Autoland to look at their inventory of cars, and coincidentally, they happened to have the car I was looking for... It too time to finally found my dream house. I want to thank Erwin Calixto for being so patient. 2 years hunting for houses was not an easy thing. Erwin made sure to follow up with with me to see if he can be of any help. Erwin Calixto is real people, he just helped us refinance our home. What can I say he's a straight shooter when you meet him it feels like talking to your brother or your best friend. Best Credit Union!! Great rates and personable. I am over banking at the big banks. I just opened up a checking account with them and the fees are next to nothing compared to my Chase account. I also found out while I was there that they insure the account more than the banks!! That surprised me. I will be pursuing them for a mortgage loan in the future. Very poor customer service. Manager denied being available to provide customer service. Things were done to account without account holder authorization. Unfortunately I'm definitely reporting this to my HR department. There are too many account holders in company for them not to be able to provide correct answers for. read more
