However, the team handled it with professionalism, skill, and a positive attitude from start to finish. Steve and Titus worked carefully and efficiently, and it was clear right away that they knew exactly what they were doing. What impressed me most was how thoroughly they handled everything, especially bringing the installation up to code. They didn't take shortcuts or rush through the job. Instead, they made sure everything was done properly and safely, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. In a situation like this, it really matters to have plumbers who pay attention to the details, and Efficient Plumbing definitely did. The plumbers themselves were excellent. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They explained what needed to be done in a way that was easy to understand, answered my questions, and treated my home with respect throughout the process. Even with the limited space in the laundry room, they stayed organized and focused, and the end result was clean and professional. They had a look at my water heater and determined it needed to be replaced. We had been wanting to get a new tankless water heater for quite some time but my husband wanted to wait until we were in need of replacing our current hot water heater tank. Steve gave us a quote for replacing our current 75 gallon water heater with a tankless Navien model that would go in our garage in the same place as our old water heater. The price was fair and we agreed to go with the work. Later that morning Efficient Plumbing ordered our tankless water heater, delivered it, removed our old water heater and installed the new tankless water heater for us. They did an amazing job with all the necessary modifications to make the conversion from tank to tankless and we were thrilled with the end result. We now have endless hot water that we once never had. Efficient Plumbing has once again came to our rescue when we have been in need of a plumber! They are the best plumbers and I will continue working with them on any future projects or improvements that we may need.

Chris responded to a call over the weekend in the early hours of Sunday morning, I think it was about 3 a.m. There was a burst pipe that my oldest child notified me of. I woke up and turned off the water immediately. I looked for a plumbing company that would respond at that hour, as most companies were closed. I found Emergency Response Plumbers via Yelp. I called and had Chris answer the phone. We talked for about 20 minutes while Chris walked me through doing some minor assessment myself. He gave me the option of either himself or another technician coming to the property with an emergency visit fee or waiting until the next business day. In a household of five, with one being a three year old, I just needed the repairs done immediately and running water working as soon as possible. With multiple people now waking up and needing to use the bathrooms and no running water... I didn't see waiting as a viable option. Also, washing the three-year-old's hands has become as frequent as breathing. The kid is always getting into something. This was an immediate emergency. Chris came out, assessed the situation, and completed the repairs himself.
