I have had them come out on other minor things in the past. When I had a water leak in the bathroom area, I called them, they came out, diagnose the issue. They know how to work with insurance companies and do solid work. They came out and removed the connection in the wall and placed the connection for the toilet into the ground and they did such good work. I also had them replace my 10-year-old water heater. They're not the cheapest, however their work, professionalism, and expertise is well worth the very reasonable and competitive pricing. Highly recommend. read more

That is my first bad reviews. I called Plumb Rite because of the 5 star reviews. What a scam beside they are super expensive they do not hold on to their promise . I paid $271.95 the unplug the toilet then he said sorry we need camera to see where it is clogged witch additional $225 . They promised the $225 will be applied toward the repair if I proceed . After paying and agreeing they gave me 2 estimates 1st estimate for the minimum repair of $500 2nd estimate $9750 and of course they will not apply $225 toward the $500 estimate he will only apply it to $9750 and the 10% discount only if I write good review as it says on their bus card.(photo attached) Called Rick's plumbing they gave me 2 estimates for the same repair 1st one $300 the second large repair for $6225 and did not ask for yelp review. read more

Exceptional Service! I recently purchased my home that came with a tankless water heater. It needed servicing so I called the attached sticker and figured if it was good for the previous owners it was worth it for me me to call. What I particularly liked was the scheduled maintenance records that were detailed for easy upkeep. When I called they were very friendly, attentive, scheduled me at my convenience and price was fair. Jeff gave me a call 15min in advance to let me know he was on his way. Arrived as promised. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, attentive and knowledgeable individual. I asked a lot of very specific questions for my own knowledge and Jeff was happy to answer them all. In addition he shared best practices. Bonus: While Jeff was working on my heater, my wife learned our garbage disposal was stuck and inoperable, I figured he's here I might as well ask if he could guide me on how to fix it. Jeff went above and beyond, he said let me take a quick look at it and promptly went out to his work truck and got some tools. Got under my sink and brought our garbage disposal back to life. I literally asked him how much for repair, Jeff said a smile! That made me smile and that was that. With this service it's apparent to me that their focused on client for life relationships. This company is way over priced I had them come out to give me an estimate for approximately an hour's worth of work maybe less I told him that I would Supply all the parts and he basically told me the job was going to be $750.00 I told him that I had already had a bid of $250.00 he told me that there's no way the job can be done for $250.00. He seemed put out when I told him I would supply all the parts that all he needed to do was Supply me a bid on labor. He never did give me a firm bid on labor and he was standing right there looking at the job I got the feeling that whatever price he told me was going to change by the end of the job... P.S. Over the years I have had many plumbers and most of them not great. I'm staying with my father and Jeff is amazing. Not only does he respond immediately, because when you need a plumber it is almost always an emergency. My father is 90 and Jeff always makes an effort to show up and is very reasonable. We have used Plumb Rite Plumbing twice in the last six months. The first situation was a leak that needed immediate attention. Jeff quickly arrived and fixed the leak for a reasonable price. I did have a follow up concern and he came out and walked me through that the leak was fixed and it was. The second time I used their services was to install a Halo-5 water filtration system. I shopped around for all my options and Jeff was the best answer to my situation. He was reasonable with his price and Ron came out and did an exception job installing the system. I did ask them to redirect a drain and they came out very quickly and placed it in the most ideal location to help water my plants better. I trust this company and refer all my friends. We are all happy. I also noticed that there are 18 5 star reviews that are hidden by Yelp! They seemed to be very creditable so not sure why they do this but I know other businesses complain about Yelp! doing this. read more

We had a water leak that Plumb Rite took care of for us. Because of the high dollar amount needed for the necessary repair, we asked and were told that a credit card would be fine for payment, no problem. The work was performed in a timely manner by a professional, friendly crew of men. We are satisfied with the re-piping of the whole house and are glad it got resolved. In retrospect, if Dylan had explained that the company charges an additional three percent of the total cost of repair because of a bank processing fee, we would have gladly given the company a cashier's check from our bank and not used a credit card. Instead, the " fee" was pretty substantial, just to use a credit card. They provide great plumbing service, but should we need to call them again, the credit card will stay in my pocket!! read more

Had a significant main water line leak at my parent's place. Water was running down the sidewalk. I was able to get Jeff to take a look at it the next day. We had roots throughout pushing up the pipe that had been repaired by another plumber the year before. Jeff and his crew were on site all from morning to night digging a new line and cutting roots all the way the house in the back. My parents' tenants were only out of water for the day. He also replaced a couple of regulators for us and did really clean work. Hopefully we won't have to call these guys again, but if we need plumbing work these will be the guys. read more

I used Choice Home Warranty and this company was sent this company. The issue was not resolved and the technician told me I needed to open another ticket. So that meant yet another service call fee. I called Choice Home Warranty and they said they sent the same people out. Because I was unqualified to properly diagnose plumbing issues and they determined that I would have to pay ANOTHER SERVICE FEE. I really liked how the tech told me to turn in another service call but told me not to mention that they had just been out there! Made the whole thing sound shady. So G-d help you if you are not trained and have a more than passing familiarity understanding of plumbing. Outrageous! read more

A tremendous shout out to Jeff at Plumb Rite Plumbing in HB for quickly and professionally addressing our natural gas leak emergency at our restaurant, and minimizing our closure to only a few hours on a Sunday no less (Plumb Rite Plumbing is normally closed on Sundays.)
