When we pulled into the very small parking lot on Northern Boulevard, we almost kept going - it was…read morea tiny storefront - not the huge showroom we expected. We are SO grateful we stopped! While the showroom is small, the person was so helpful - friendly, not pushy. We left with so much information - and after mulling it over, we called to have a salesperson come over, look at what we needed done and give us a quote The salesperson, Chris, came when he said he would, looked the job over, asked what we wanted, and gave us a quote. We had waited so long to have the windows replaced (years!) that we decided to 'go for it''. Chris said we'd have a Project Manager that would stop by and check on the job (which would take 2 days) - it sounded too good to be true. The installer, Chris (different Chris!) came by, to take the final measurements and our windows were ordered. We were told it would take 4 - 6 weeks. Within that time frame, we were called and given the install date. On the date given, a truck pulled up, dropped off everything needed to do the job - and about an hour later, Chris and his assistant got to work. Later that day, our Project Manager showed up, just to make sure everything was progressing nicely - yes, we really did have a Project Manager! The next day while Chris and his assistant finished the job, Chris the salesperson showed up just to see how things were going - I don't ever recall seeing a salesperson after a sale was made! Towards the end of the second day, our Project Manager came by and checked out the whole job! He was satisfied - and we were thrilled. Replacing windows is not cheap, and it's something easily put off, but I'm writing this in my warmer, quieter living room because we finally made a choice - and we are so glad that we chose WindowRama!

We tried to work with Shawn Kelly of Farmington, NY and his in house staff but received many promises and no follow through. I would avoid working with Windowrama. They are time wasters and do not live up to the expectations they broadcast in their commercials. We contacted them in February 2026 any to date have not heard back from them with a final order follow up and it's now July 2026. (Avoid at all costs )

Arthur responded very quickly to my inquiry and requested pictures of the key to confirm whether the store can complete the service. I eventually took the key in and it was done within a few minutes. The store itself is by Washington Square park so it's super convenient to get to. I didn't see the store hours posted anywhere, but Arthur was able to confirm hours of operation pretty quickly via text. Amazing service, and amazing experience. Would definitely recommend!
