I bought a Groupon for 2 people to go on a 2 tank scuba diving trip. We showed up at the dock at 7 am and were greeted by multiple, friendly people. There was a mistake made and we were actually supposed to go the next week! But have no fear our awesome guide said "let's go!" On a big boat it was the captain, myself, my girlfriend and our fearless leader Nacho! After a very short ride from the harbor we arrived at the sea tiger! The dive itself was incredible where we saw 3 sharks and beautiful schools of fish. After our dive we had another short but beautiful ride to our shallow reef dive. We had a snack and sat at the top of the boat. The reef dive was amazing and quite longer than the last! On our way back to the harbor we were escorted by a pod of dolphins! I just have to say the crew was amazing and I can not wait to go back diving with them! read more

We signed up for the deluxe adventure which is basically a ride out to a spot about 3/4 mile out. Only about 30 ft deep. There's a water slide in the front and a jump of the side about 20 ft high. Trampoline type raft along with kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkeling available. The crew Captain Eric, Luna, and Matty were super chill. Great environment and safe. You bring your own snack n drinks. A really great deal to get out and do something. read more

We went on a whale watch March 23rd at noon. My 5 year old grand daughter wanted to go but once we got out to sea she became nervous and said she wanted to tell the Captain. We walked over the to Captain and he was incredibly gracious. He listened to her & then reassured her everything was under control & we were safe. Later about midway thru the trip he searched us out and asked her how she was doing - we were very impressed with his caring manner - MIla was reassured and ended up enjoying the trip. It was very kind of the Captain to take time to reassure a 5 year old and make this a positive experience for her! Also we were on Groupon and did not have any trouble scheduling the trip; everyone we dealt with was pleasant and courteous. We received a confirmation of our scheduled trip and a reminder too!! So much fun! We got the 5-in-1 package and it was the best choice, all activities were really fun and a great way to spend your time while in Oahu. The crew was very nice and helpful. Sharky and Marley were very attentive and took care of all the passengers along with Eric our captain who made sure we enjoyed our experience. We did the whale watching tour. It was okay. The crew was fine not extra nice or friendly but definitely not rude either. Just did the safety brief and that was about it. They did have crackers and Hawaiin sodas on board which was nice. We saw a pod of whales a few times pretty far from the boat but still very neat to see. I heard another tour said the whales were right next to the boat but that may have been because it was earlier in the morning. We got the tickets for $29 each from Groupon and paid the fee at the boat which was like $14 so overall I wasn't disappointed with the tour because it was super expensive but I think we would have been more disappointed if we paid full price. Lastly wear sunscreen! We went our whole two week trip without getting sunburned and got burned on our last day on this trip because the wind was cool it didn't feel like we were burning. read more

Worst snorkeling experience of my life. We saw no fish and no turtles. The boat is too big to go into the cove where the rest of the snorkeling boats were. The cruise is all about the trampoline and slide. So all the fun activities stirred up the water. Do not go on this boat if your goal is to see fish or turtles. DO NOT waste your time or money. this company made zero effort to see whales on our 1.5 hour whale watching excursion. while im sure they fool many tourists by saying " we can't control nature" my brother took a ride from a different company one week prior that actually used radios to communicate with other boats to see who was seeing whales and where. e sea diver slowly trolled out to the area where we may begin seeing whales then turned around to head back, slowly trolling through the populated area of boats and people where there obviously wouldn't be whales. they ended the tour 10 min early. zero information about whales or any effort to make this a good experience for paying tourists. they know people are in the area for a limited time and won't be able to come back for the "free" ride if you don't see whales ( plus fuel which was $70 for our group.) such a sad waste of my vacation time and money and 6 disappointed kids. read more

Super fun, we were scheduled on a super windy day and we couldn't bring out a lot of the paddle boards, and we were still had a blast. We had a group of 11 people of all ages including those who can't swim, there were life jackets and still lots to do. Crew was very kind and helpful. read more

We went on a whale watching tour with Captain Neil, Matt and Malia yesterday. Beautiful day out on the water. We saw a whale and her baby within 5 minutes of leaving the dock. We were lucky! As soon as we arrived the guest check in was not nice. The guy was pushy and insisting we buy the extra water activities. Kept harassing us and throwing numbers at us. The girl who was apart of the crew was smug and laughing. We thought we already paid for the additional activities with our reservation but we just booked snorkeling. I am so glad we didn't pay the extra. It was very disorganized when we got on boat. There was no organization for the activities and getting gear. My mask broke halfway through snorkeling. I went to the boat to exchange it and the crew was rude and not helpful in exchanging it. After the tour they kept pushing hard for tips. Being in the service industry I understand tips are important. But they were pushy and didn't give good service all tour. I would book another tour. Spending more money elsewhere will be worth it. The only reason I am rating a two stars is because the spot for snorkeling was pretty. We saw a lot of fish and a stingray. read more

We purchased the 5-1 Deluxe package where we had a great time. We got to jump off the second deck of the boat, snorkel and see fish, slide down a large slide from the second floor, and even kayak! Would definitely recommend as the crew and staff were all great. read more

We went to Paradise Water Sports on Ala Moana Bl. (found on Groupon). The E Sea Diver team took us out to sea, and we had a great time. The underwater scooters were a little let down, but I understand how they could be lost or damaged if you could use them like a jet ski. But still the team was great, and had a good time. Not much of a water person myself, but wanted to snorkel, so Captain Neal guided us through the process, and assisted to make us (me) feel comfortable while in the ocean. Matt and Maliha (crew mates) were very friendly and explained many things about the whales to us, and they also were doing their best to make sure everybody gets to see the whales (letting everyone know if any was spotted, directing people where to go in the boat to have a clear view of the whales, etc), they also gave us some tips on vegan food places and island living (as we are looking to move to the island), and they also gave some tips to my boyfriend about fishing! They were perfect, super nice crew!!! We saw whales jumping, baby whales, splashes, we got it all! And at a very affordable pricing, I believe we got our money's worth plus much more! The cruise was sooo fun, however, my whole trip was almost ruined when I accidentally dropped my phone which was in a water proof case! My son noticed my phone sinking. It actually sunk all the way to the bottom. I was freaking out because i had hundreds of photos that I didn't back up yet. I told Sunny that I dropped it and showed him where. He immediately went down and was down there for awhile and thankfully he came back up with my phone! He saved my whole trip! It would have seriously ruined my whole trip if it weren't for Sunny. So thankful to him and he deserves kudos! Overall, the whole staff was very nice and helpful and we had a great time. It went by so fast cuz we were having such a fun time. I had a wonderfull time with my family. We all went snorckling and got to see lots of fish and even five sea turtles. The younger ones had an absolute blast with the tampuline and the water slide on the front. The crew matty and nacho were very nice and helped everyone when they needed it. They explained how to use the padleboat along with the cannoes. My family had such a great time we left an eighty dollar tip for the crew. Would recomend to any large family for sure worth the price. They only thing that I would like to see improvement from would be the person in charge of the company to add more detail within the conformation email on where to go to get on boat. read more

We used Groupon for whale watching tour twice, I saw some negative reviews but The guy at phone is very efficient , keep it very simple and short! maybe not friendly as you expected, ( especially for tourists who may have different expectations on customer service in Hawaii ) I thought he was solid good. ( they have strict rules for rescheduling but it's stated on the website, so I think it's fair enough) Tour was wonderful, the boat captain is great. both time we saw whales and on the second tour we saw pod of dolphins too! My son( infant) was so happy to see them, pointed at them and waved at them. Over all we had great time. We'll come back next year when whales back again! read more

This review has to do the Groupon and service.. now normally I don't like to do reviews but if it's something I talked to the employees about and still didn't get help on I would like to let people know before they book. This company has terrible service with booking and canceling. They don't answer there phones, return messages. The only way I got through was facebook. I was trying to reschedule and no body answered. I had to show up and got 15 min late and I told them I tried to rebook and they said it's a $20 rebooking fee. They suck. read more
