There so much of an emotional abuse from this owner Rosie even after I left she still continues to Yells at me at her salon or anywhere else she wants. When I just went to get my hair done somewhere else that I enjoy services at. She Yelled at me and Told me to save money! Geez This lady Rosie still continues to yells at people it happened at this salon and even anywhere else when I left. I'm not going back. I'm done with this aggressive and abusive behavior Rosie continues yelling at me. I'm tired of it, I'm not going back to this salon. I tried other services here pedicure, nails, full hair coloring, facials etc... they didn't turn out well they need to learn more from high skilled professionals to grow. So no I won't go back for anymore services here. Im going somewhere else. Where there's continued kindness and high skilled profession as an amazing cosmetologist... they even yell or argue at their guests in this salon if you can translate it from Vietnamese to English you will understand what she says about you or anyone you're with. I'm not going back. I wanted a simple white gel polish with my nails rounded. The nail tech insisted I do dip as it lasts longer & she promised not to do a thick coating (I expressed that's why I don't like dip). Her application was horribly done but trusted the process. When she was filing my nails she said I should do square "bc it would make my hands look skinnier". I thought maybe I was being too critical & trusted she knew what she was doing. After about 45 minutes of her doing my nails I noticed she's almost done & they still look really bad. At this point we are going on an hour & im anxious to get out of there. I vocalized 2-3 times I didn't like the work & she kept telling me it would be different at the end. Once she noticed the parts of my nails that didn't haven't much dip pigment, she offered to paint over the sparse areas with white polish... her shaping was uneven, she pushed for me to do a service & try a product that I don't feel she really knew how to apply. Most times I get dip they dip my finger into the can of dip powder. She dipped her brush in & applied it like acrylic making it super uneven & messy. At the end she apologized & gave me $5 off. So I spent $30 on the messiest, most uneven set I've ever had. 0/10 for me. If you're looking for a basic nail polish with some shaping, her husband Joe seems to do really clean & nice work (I saw his client's nails before she left). Im normally one to look for what I did like rather than focusing on the bad, but in this case I had an all around negative experience. The manicure (if you can call it that) was a nightmare. I did not receive any soak, cutting of the cuticles or cleaning of that nails. I had to ask for multiple corrections on my nail length as they were jagged and all different lengths. I asked for white dip and ended up with something with a purple hue and was told that sometimes happens??? There were also many bald spots so to fix all the above problems she painted them white with gel. I had gunk stuck under all my nails and a glue like residue all over my fingers and residue. Also, one of the nails gel layer peeled by the time I got home. To top it off the station I was seated at was NOT clean. read more

I recently had surgery and am not able to care for my feet, so my daughter took me here, her favorite nail salon. She had Gary; I had Rosie. What a delightful time! There was a Holiday Special on Pedicures which we indulged in and THAT is the perfect word for the experience. A delightful, indulgent experience being cared for, massaged and "decorated" with a beautiful Christmas color of my choosing. I felt very special and pampered leaving there and cannot wait to return. BTW... because of this horrible pandemic we are going through, I noticed how very clean and sanitized the whole salon is. Came in from San Diego for a girls weekend and we got mani pedis here. The guy i forgot his name (he is the shop owner) he was so great with everything he even suggested places to eat. the other patrons were talkative as well, it was such a great relaxed vibe ----the older white woman was awful and had the nastiest attitude and we watched her do hair and her technique has never been updated i wouldnt suggest her at all. *BUT he fixeed my nails and gave me one of the best pedicures I have literally ever had. NO EXAGGERATION. the prices were great. their colors are pretty limited (alot of shades of red) also ... the woman named long was hilarious she was so sweet and just funny. she did a great job on my friends mani-pedi. i wish this place was in sd i really loved it. read more

It's definitely a bad sign when your technician asks you how long the Nail Technology course is. Weren't you there? Probably not, is my guess after the service I received. The owner of the salon did a gel polish manicure on me and I was cringing the entire time. I don't know why I paid for the service, to be honest (most likely because my sister got us all together to get our nails done for her wedding and I didn't want to ruin her day.) The owner used dirty files and buffers that had clearly been used previously on another client and gave me the worst gel polish job I have ever witnessed and I used to teach new students how to use the gel system in cosmetology school. Her employees were fantastic and did an amazing job polishing everyone else's nails but I'm so ridiculously upset about the job she did on mine. I keep my nails filed and clean, so she didn't even have to do much. When she was buffing the surface of my nails to help the gel products adhere, she lazily scuffed only small spots here and there, when she applied the base coat gel product, she had the same approach- just kinda get some spots here and there. When she applied the polish, she clearly was using as little as possible and tried to send me off with streaks where no polish had been applied down the center of my nails. I had to ask her to do another coat to cover them. When she applied the top coat, she did a terrible job and sent me off with lumpy, uneven nail surfaces. On a few nails there are holes where top coat was not applied, on others, half of the nail has a huge glob of top coat and the other half is completely naked. I did not see any licenses hanging on the walls nor did I witness proper sanitation on any implements, table tops or foot baths. This place needs to be investigated by State Board throughly because I seriously doubt the legitimacy of any certifications they posess. read more

I WOULD LIKE TO START OFF BY SAYING IM VERY VERY UPSET BECAUSE I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY AND I DONT LIKE FOR IT TO BE WASTED, EVEN THOUGH 40 dollars ISN'T MUCH IT IS MONEY I EARNED I DONT HAVE A JOB THAT PAYS 10 dollars AN HOUR BUT IF I DID I WOULD LITERALLY HAVE TO WORK 4 HOURS JUST TO PAY FOR THIS SET OF NAILS.. Anyways I went in for the first time after moving close to the area just for a repair on 1 nail i was happy with the OK job , but 4 days later the repair chipped off so I came back in for a full set which I thought would be simple. Simple was not in their vocabulary, it took hours and the whole time I'm soaking my nails the owner Rosie is sitting next to me giving a manicure to another customer and being so so rude to me by keep asking me why I want long nails, and why not Short and kept saying . oh my god, so long. all while having her other customer look at my nails and giggle because they were soooo long and crazy. Even when I asked about gluing the tiny crystals on just my ring finger she said that it was too much and it was too crazy.. Rosie is definitely rude. Also i requested to wait for the other lady that i had the first time but she was busy I told her I do not mind waiting but Rosie decided she would start them and the other would finish them, but she ended up doing everything and she knew I was not happy I literally had to have her fix things like 3 or 4 times she had to keep adding acrylic then shaving it off , they were still messed up after all that I had a dinner reservation with my husband and she knew that , so Even though they were messed up I was not gonna sit there another few hours so I let her paint them so I could hurry up and leave. Once I left and the day was over I had time to really look at them and I can't even believe I allowed myself to walk out of there like this. They are crooked, they are bumpy, they are all different lengths, a couple of them curve over, some are thicker than the others, some are long and thin and others are short and thick, my left hand does not match my right hand, they are bad. Also she glued a gold emblem on my 2 ring fingers that was supposed to say Love and it doesn't even say that .Its says I heart u.They are just the worse...When I called to see if she could either take them off and issue s refund the American Lady said I had to speak to Rosie so she comes on the line with attitude and says.. what u want? I say I would like you to take them off and give me a refund or don't take them off and give me a partial refund she got attitude and hung up, then I call back and she acts like she don't understand my English all of a sudden, then Hung up again.... And on top of it all she called me a liar....Because she doesn't remember the one nail I came in with that was broken, but she knew enough to be laughing about it with another customer....also by the way the acyrlic doesnt even start at the cuticle so it also looks like i need a fill and 2 of them look like they go sideways..like i said save your money...P s. She was rude about the length when they are not long at all but their clientele seems to be older woman so maybe they're not used to doing long nails on them since it seems both times I been there nobody was getting acrylic, just manicures. read more
