Did a late night stop in for some more cookies! Today's visit was great. They had all the cookies I wanted, even for a Saturday night! I was greeted by the sweetest employee there. I still need to grab her name because she's always so kind! She has truly made my visits at this location that much sweeter! I did stop at the Franklin location earlier in the week and felt like I was cheating on her! I look forward to seeing her this week for the new line up! read more

The Crumbl brand is creative and delicious, but unfortunately this location's communication with customers is non-existent. I live out of state and ordered a delivery for Eagle area family members for a surprise holiday time treat. I learned three days before the order was set to be delivered the family members would be out of town on the scheduled delivery date. Hoping to simply reschedule the delivery date, I called the business number listed several times during business hours and nobody ever picked up. I left a voicemail Thursday asking to postpone the order, no response. I called the store again Friday and left a message asking to postpone the delivery, no response. I call the store again Saturday morning hoping to reach someone, and yet again no answer and no response. Finally I got a automated text notification that my order was being picked up by a third party delivery driver - and through the delivery driver was the only way I was able to have the order re-routed to a neighbor's house so $80 in cookies didn't sit all weekend on an empty front porch. :/ read more

Ok so I went here again and again regret it (sucks that it's closer to my house than any other one) my husband ordered in the app and everything was good. I get to the store and was told they didn't have any of the cookies.. and that I have to wait 3-5 business days for a refund. We had a free 4 pack and now to have cookies tonight we get to pay full price at another store. The girl was very rude I get being under pressure. But the next several customers also had to get refunds cuz they didn't have any cookies and the app lets them still be sold. read more

I ordered a 4 cookie box for a friend for her birthday... upon arrival, I had my 11 year old retrieve the cookies. Scott informed my daughter that someone else had grabbed our cookies. His improvisation was to take the next cookie box, cross out the other customer's name, and add our birthday message. The correct box that I had ordered, that was taken, had the last chocolate chip cookie in it. So Scott replaced that with 3 mini cookies. I would have liked to have been asked which item I wanted in place of the cookie I wouldn't be receiving, after I paid for it. The box looked like crap with the crossed out name, my name added, and a scribbled/smeared birthday message. I can only imagine that presentation would have been better if a kid hadn't been the recipient. A few pointers: 1) Especially if it's a birthday or celebratory "gift" please give a crap about how it looks. 2) Don't treat kids differently than adults. The money I spent was the same regardless of the person picking it up. 3) If you allow people to freely grab their orders, maybe giving a paid order the chance to change the option to replace the item you can't provide. 4) A little review or name recognition on the orders being collected from walk-ins would likely keep customers happier. read more

This business only sells cake-like cookies that are big enough to share. They have weekly specials and display the selections on a board by the register so you can order easily. They also display mini cookies which are a normal cookie size. Those little cookies are only available through catering. The large cookies cost $4 each or 4 for $13 or 8 for $20. They have a nice box for the number of cookies ordered. This makes a really nice gift or treat for the family. Special flavors today when we stopped by were peanut butter banana and a cake batter cookie. Yum! read more

I went to order online and it said online they had all of the cookies in stock. I paid and went to pick it up and when I got there the lady told me they only had the sugar cookie in stock and that was it. i asked her if there was any way to pick up from a different store and why the online didn't say out of stock. it doesn't make sense why they would be accepting orders online for all cookies and taking the money when they only actually have one cookie and then tell you, "sorry, you'll be refunded in 3-5 business days" she then got very rude and made a scene about me asking questions in the store and would not provide a name so I could tell the manager who I had spoke to. I've been getting these cookies since they first opened up in Boise and man have they gone downhill. read more

I've reviewed the other Crumbl and here I am again...reviewing another! There's a word to describe me... HEFFA! Hahaha! I can't help it, Crumbl is the shiiiiiieeeeet!!!! And now that there's a location FIVE MINUTES from my house! FIIIIIVE! That's both good and VERY bad lol. Have you seen the calories in some of their cookies??? Some have like 800 calories! ONE COOKIE! Haha! So that's why I rarely eat one in one sitting. I know if you have a cheat day, you're supposed to do all the calories in one sitting, don't spread it out. Yeah, in my mind, that doesn't work lol 2 weeks ago was the first time (since this location opened lol) that I ate a cookie as soon as I got it, HA! Ugh thank God tho I had a backup cookie for the following day! Again ... HEFFA! I always feel a little guilty after eating some of or an entire Crumbl but that guilt quickly fades lol They're just too good and tbh, I always watch what I eat anyway. When I get cookies, it's a treat. I just need to learn to NOT go every week lol. Happy to announce tho, it's been over 2 weeks! Why? I have a wedding this Saturday and I need my bikini body lol. This place is basically the same as any Crumbl. Same vibe inside. They aren't gonna switch up the look for every location lol. The staff is incredibly nice. Although there was one guy there, maybe 17, one of the only males there (that's weird. There should be more imo) and he was soooo rude! Very snippy little guy. I was genuinely surprised because I've never dealt with a mean or snotty Crumbl employee. They're always so sweet, so nice, friendly af and always engage you. This guy couldn't get rid of us fast enough. He should be working a drive thru where people are used to rudeness. At Crumbl people are just used to and expect super friendly people. Aside from that, I love this place and of course, I'll be going back and probably right after the wedding hahaha! Thanks, Crumbl for opening a location in Eagle. I both love you and hate you for doing that hahaha! $3.49 for a cookie, if you don't know that already. They have small cookies but they are only available if you buy 50 or more and honestly, that's something they should change. We should honestly have the option of one of the big ass cookies or the small ones. I don't think it would hurt their sales at all. People would buy a bunch of the small ones thinking they're doing the healthy thing as far as calories are concerned lol...and Crumbl would sell plenty of them on top of always selling the big ones. I always enjoy my visit whenever I come here! I almost always have great interactions with the workers and my overall experience. I did give this store 4 stars just because the last few times I've been there, there has only been one or even just two workers when it's jam packed and the workers seem extremely overwhelmed and they have forgetting to top my cookies off with its usual toppings or just did an extremely messy job finishing off my cookies. But again, I've been to this location at least every other week for the cookies for the past year and this has happened maybe 2-3 times. read more
