This place is so consistent and cute. Really nice people. We love their lattes and coffee cake.

When I looked up coffee near me, Kevista popped up. I I love stopping by new joints everyday so Kevista was today's pick. It was a 6 minute drive from my house so it was a quick trip there. When GPS directed me to this joint, the directions seemed like I have been here before. I remember it being the Alchemist coffee shop the last time I was here. It is in such a perfect location, I love Eagle. The perfect little shop at the end of the strip. Next to all the trees and shade. It's quite the setting. Walking in, this joint just warmed my heart! This little shop looks so fun and welcoming! The colors, the piano and the swing chairs in front on the windows. Swing chairs are my favorite part about this joint. How unique and creative. I simply love the venue! I was greeted by a cutie behind the counter. She was smashing out an order and told me she would be right with me. I told her to take her time. After she got the customer ahead of me squared away, she happily took my order. I got my usual, a small iced americano with sugar salted caramel with room for cream. I went and looked around while she was working on my drink. She had the cream ready for me when she handed me my drink. I poured my some half half and made my way outside. I love all the tables they have under the big trees. It's such a comfortable space. There's potted plants and so much shade. I sipped on my drink and just enjoyed the moment. It was so relaxing. My americano was....... ok. It was a little too watered down. So the espresso wasn't as balanced with the cream and syrup. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't the best. Even though my coffee didn't quite hit the spot, the customer service and venue sure did make make up for it! The barista was so sweet. The setting was amazing! I can see myself coming back and grabbing another coffee. I can also see myself enjoying it on a chair swing in front of the window. I look forward to it.

Stopped in to get afternoon tea after a really nice massage at the Elements Spa in the area. Had the London Fog latte. Tea was nicely brewed and tasted delicious. Service was friendly. There are bucket swing seats in the cafe which is nice but you only face out towards the window. Not ideal if you want to have a chat with friends. Probably great for kids!

Mint iced tea and avocado toast..mmmm!

This is quite possibly the coolest coffee shop I've been to ever ! I was in Eagle for a job interview today, which went very well, and this Kevista Coffee is in the same shopping area as the place I interviewed at. I went in after my interview as the manager I interviewed with highly recommended them. I walked in, and OMG, my eyes were drawn to the very whimsical swing chairs up against the counters surrounding the windows!!! It's so colorful, fun, and just plain cute. I didn't really want a coffee so much today as it was later in the afternoon, but many of their coffee selections I would come back to try earlier in the day. I settled on an iced mint tea, which has no caffeine, and also opted to try their avocado toast. It was a bit pricey for a 16oz iced tea and one avocado toast but also totally worth it! The avocado toast was one thick sourdough toasted bread topped with avocado, boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, arugula, balsalmic glaze, seasame seeds, and seasoning. It was salty, but I definitely enjoyed it still! They also sell panini sandwiches here, and I could see myself coming in for breakfast or lunch while working there and grabbing a coffee or tea with a sandwich or avocado toast. I look forward to returning soon!

Amazing ambiance, coffee and food! Loved the swing chairs - such a fun place. Service was great too! Will definitely be back!

This place is amazing! So many things. Food: I got the strawberry scone for me and the banana bread for my son. Both were devoured. It's the perfect little sweet treat for Saturday morning. They have a lot of good pastry options too, including GF! Coffee: Basic vanilla latte with almond milk. I'm not sure on the syrups, but this was legit one of the best I had. I think they make their syrups? Delicious. The staff was SO friendly too. Ambiance: They have swinging chairs! My son loved it. They also have a few toys in the back for littles. I was able to sit quietly while he played with them. Also, it's worth noting that it's obviously kid-friendly and has one changing table in the bathroom. If you're on the way to the park on Hill, stop here! It's where Eagle River/Alchemist used to be.

Visiting the area and we chose this spot to start our day. The decor is adorable inside, they have a few swing seats that add to the cuteness. The barista taking orders was the friendliest person I have ever met. I tried the Mexican Mocha and it was so good!

The coffee shop us has a very friendly atmosphere. The chairs hanging are so fun and great place to sit and enjoy a coffee. There was only one girl working this morning and she greeted every customer that walked in, handled the business, and kept her stations clean. She is definitely an amazing employee. I ordered a House Chai and it was the best chai I have ever had. The breakfast sandwich was good, but it needed to be warmed up a little longer.

Today, our friend brought us to Garden City to walk along the river, and then over to Uncle Guiseppe's for lunch. It is a small, seemingly authentic New York deli that serves a great number of different sandwiches, along with specialty drinks, like sodas, sparkling water, and lemonade. They also well things like pastries and, of interest to us, jarred roasted tomatoes. My wife had the #9 Monte Cristo, and I had the #3 Bonanza. Delicious. I also had a Manhattan Special Black Cherry soda, also super yummy. My mistake, not realizing what I was doing, was to order "whole" vs "half" sandwiches. The whole are footlong. I ate the entire sandwich, holy moly! My wife brought half home. Next time I would probably order a half. The owner, who I will call Guiseppe, had the heavy East Coast accent, and checked on all of his customers, making sure they were happy and satisfied. This place is a little gem. We're already talking about our next visit to Garden City to walk and have lunch at Uncle Guiseppe's!

There's so much to choose from, which is great, but it might be a bit much for first-time visitors. It was quiet today, and the staff was very nice and helpful. We both ordered the soup and sandwich combo. The seating is a bit cold and not the most comfortable place to relax, but it's okay. My first big "yuck" was the beverage area. It was filthy! There was sticky liquid all over the counter and the floor! The floor was disgusting, not only with sticky soda but also crumbs under every table. By the time I sat down, I was sure it was my last visit here. The buzzer went off, and I walked up to get our food only to be told it wasn't ready! (What?) Anyway, I got it, and it looked really good! I had some hot Italian sandwich and tomato soup. It was amazing! I also got a small piece of a baguette that was wonderful! My wife had broccoli and cheese soup and said it was wonderful as well. She also had a one off custom sandwich that she loved. I hope they take a bit more pride in their store and clean it up as we really did enjoy there food. So many new places coming to town this kind of experience can hurt. I hope the management reads these reviews!

Constipated. That's the word that kept popping into my head for this new Panera. Starting with…read morethe location for awkward access off of State Street to Edgewood before making an immediate right turn onto a narrow access way into the parking lot. The description also applies to the to tight and awkwardly built parking lot. And for Pete's sake, city planning review people, there is a Chik-Fil-A now under construction in this same place that will be using the same access way and parking lot. (And eventually fast casual pizza franchise, Slice House.) You must be kidding. No wonder this was such a controversial project as it was wending it's way through approval processes. But that's not Panera's fault so let's get to what seemed constipated, or at least not smooth moving, at the store. I detoured here on the way home from a morning haircut to pick up a cup of hot chocolate, I had been getting Panera emails in the way of "insider special" and also a pastry, both to go, as I had also received snail mailed discount coupons to my house. I live in this city and they have been trying to make locals aware of the new store. Although the inside was not crowded, after waiting a good while to try to place an order, I left because I had an appointment at home that I didn't want to be late for. The reason I couldn't place an order was that it was unclear to me if I was supposed to use one of 3 kiosks at the front or if I could order at the counter (my preference) and there was no way to ask the single person working the counter "how do I?" Also the sign at front said if you are having a beverage to get your cup first. OK then, where? Also, the item in the case I thought I wanted to order had no label on it so I wasn't sure, if I used the kiosk, what it was I was ordering, and no one to ask about that either. So I decided to do this the old fashioned way and wait to order the counter. But I could not do that because there was only one person working at the counter and she was behind the register trying her best to help the customer who also wanted to order and who was asking questions. This poor (obviously new) employee was out of her depth for what to do. Not her fault, where was the manager to help her? But just as the employee had a "eureka" moment on how to get the order placed, the customer presented her discount coupon that she received via snail mail and the employee once again was thrown for a loop, said that coupon was for orders placed via XYZ method and now she would have to try to find someone who could help her figure out how to apply the discount. That is when I turned around and exited. They need to work on this. The service snafus are all fixable by management. And the space itself is not welcoming, warts and all, most Panera's are that, and it seems to me it would be from difficult to impossible for a person using a wheelchair to find clear path of travel to a table to sit at. Panera, you can do and have done better for mere ADA compliance. This is the closest location to my home but I won't go back. Meridian or Boise are better options.
