When I looked up coffee near me, Kevista popped up. I I love stopping by new joints everyday so Kevista was today's pick. It was a 6 minute drive from my house so it was a quick trip there. When GPS directed me to this joint, the directions seemed like I have been here before. I remember it being the Alchemist coffee shop the last time I was here. It is in such a perfect location, I love Eagle. The perfect little shop at the end of the strip. Next to all the trees and shade. It's quite the setting. Walking in, this joint just warmed my heart! This little shop looks so fun and welcoming! The colors, the piano and the swing chairs in front on the windows. Swing chairs are my favorite part about this joint. How unique and creative. I simply love the venue! I was greeted by a cutie behind the counter. She was smashing out an order and told me she would be right with me. I told her to take her time. After she got the customer ahead of me squared away, she happily took my order. I got my usual, a small iced americano with sugar salted caramel with room for cream. I went and looked around while she was working on my drink. She had the cream ready for me when she handed me my drink. I poured my some half half and made my way outside. I love all the tables they have under the big trees. It's such a comfortable space. There's potted plants and so much shade. I sipped on my drink and just enjoyed the moment. It was so relaxing. My americano was....... ok. It was a little too watered down. So the espresso wasn't as balanced with the cream and syrup. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't the best. Even though my coffee didn't quite hit the spot, the customer service and venue sure did make make up for it! The barista was so sweet. The setting was amazing! I can see myself coming back and grabbing another coffee. I can also see myself enjoying it on a chair swing in front of the window. I look forward to it.

Stopped in to get afternoon tea after a really nice massage at the Elements Spa in the area. Had the London Fog latte. Tea was nicely brewed and tasted delicious. Service was friendly. There are bucket swing seats in the cafe which is nice but you only face out towards the window. Not ideal if you want to have a chat with friends. Probably great for kids!

This is quite possibly the coolest coffee shop I've been to ever ! I was in Eagle for a job interview today, which went very well, and this Kevista Coffee is in the same shopping area as the place I interviewed at. I went in after my interview as the manager I interviewed with highly recommended them. I walked in, and OMG, my eyes were drawn to the very whimsical swing chairs up against the counters surrounding the windows!!! It's so colorful, fun, and just plain cute. I didn't really want a coffee so much today as it was later in the afternoon, but many of their coffee selections I would come back to try earlier in the day. I settled on an iced mint tea, which has no caffeine, and also opted to try their avocado toast. It was a bit pricey for a 16oz iced tea and one avocado toast but also totally worth it! The avocado toast was one thick sourdough toasted bread topped with avocado, boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, arugula, balsalmic glaze, seasame seeds, and seasoning. It was salty, but I definitely enjoyed it still! They also sell panini sandwiches here, and I could see myself coming in for breakfast or lunch while working there and grabbing a coffee or tea with a sandwich or avocado toast. I look forward to returning soon!

This place is amazing! So many things. Food: I got the strawberry scone for me and the banana bread for my son. Both were devoured. It's the perfect little sweet treat for Saturday morning. They have a lot of good pastry options too, including GF! Coffee: Basic vanilla latte with almond milk. I'm not sure on the syrups, but this was legit one of the best I had. I think they make their syrups? Delicious. The staff was SO friendly too. Ambiance: They have swinging chairs! My son loved it. They also have a few toys in the back for littles. I was able to sit quietly while he played with them. Also, it's worth noting that it's obviously kid-friendly and has one changing table in the bathroom. If you're on the way to the park on Hill, stop here! It's where Eagle River/Alchemist used to be.

Amazing ambiance, coffee and food! Loved the swing chairs - such a fun place. Service was great too! Will definitely be back!

Visiting the area and we chose this spot to start our day. The decor is adorable inside, they have a few swing seats that add to the cuteness. The barista taking orders was the friendliest person I have ever met. I tried the Mexican Mocha and it was so good!

The coffee shop us has a very friendly atmosphere. The chairs hanging are so fun and great place to sit and enjoy a coffee. There was only one girl working this morning and she greeted every customer that walked in, handled the business, and kept her stations clean. She is definitely an amazing employee. I ordered a House Chai and it was the best chai I have ever had. The breakfast sandwich was good, but it needed to be warmed up a little longer.

That said, Form & Function really does bring something fresh to Eagle. The vibe is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed without feeling cold. I also think they have the biggest alt milk selection of any local coffee shop I've been to, and I've tried basically all of them around here. Their seasonal drinks are consistently good too. One underrated thing? They're one of the only coffee shops in Eagle actually open on Sundays and open later into the afternoon. That's surprisingly rare around here. (Yes, Eagle Coffee & Bakery is open too, but their coffee always tastes burnt to me.) This place clearly thought about how people actually use coffee shops. Tons of seating options, lots of outlets, side tables that work well for laptops, a big upstairs group table, plus a little play kitchen and games for kiddos. The downstairs can get a little loud because of the high ceilings, but it's still way calmer than most busy cafés. Everything is super clean, including the bathrooms, which honestly matters more when you have kids. One of my favorite little routines now is grabbing a coffee here and taking my daughter over to Stephen Guerber Park afterward.

I have had the pleasure of checking out their downtown locations, especially their location at the Sparrow. It's such a great vibe down there! After finding out that this location is right down the road from me, you know I had to make my way in. I came in later in the morning so it was pretty chill. The venue is bright and simple. I love the simplicity of everything. The walls aren't over decorated. The tables and chairs and nicely spaced, the big windows give such great bright lightening and there's wonderful outdoor seating available too. I initially was on the wrong end of the counter. I finally realized and made my way to the register. I wasn't greeted by a barista. She wasn't the friendliest but she wasn't rude, she was there. She got my order squared away and I just hung out till it was ready. While waiting, I did notice all the goodies they had available. The baked goods looked fresh and yummy. I do believe they have a chia seed pudding in the little refrigerated case, it looked good. I'll have to grab some chia seed pudding the next time I'm in! I got myself something different from my normal americano. Today's drink was an iced matcha with almond milk. I did ask for some sugar free syrup. The few couple drinks I have gotten from the two other locations were Chai so it's good to know about not having sugar free syrups as an option. The barista did offer me honey or maple syrup as an alternative. I took up on her suggestion for the honey. My drink looked fabulous. It was rich in color. I really like the ice they serve here, it's great ice to chew on. I do like my coffee/tea to be slightly sweeter so I did end up adding a couple packets of blue sugar to my drink. I did a good few sips before I added the extra sweetner. It was hearty in matcha and you can taste the creaminess of the almond milk. The honey was there but the added sweetener did help enhance the honey. I enjoyed the nice weather today and had my drink outside. They have quite a few options for outdoor seating. Picnic tables, a few andorak chairs and a pint size picnic table for kids were available. I appreciate the big umbrellas at the picnic tables. It gave nice shade. In the space between the coffee shop and the boutique next door is where a lot of the seating is. It's quite charming and relaxing. I adore the strung up lights. I couldn't really enjoy them today since it was so bright out but I can imagine it being a great way to end day in a fall day. A hot cup of coffee, sitting in a huge andorak chair under the lights. It's great to know this local coffee joint is right down the road from me. I have always gotten great drinks from the other Form and Functions so it's nice to have this location as an option. My drink was good and it was nice being able to enjoy it under a huge umbrella today. I do wish the staff was a little friendlier. I came later in the day so my mood is already set. I couldn't imagine having the people working today start my day. I wouldn't be in the best mood. Hopefully the customer service will be a pleasant as my drink the next time around.

One thing to know -- they're still fairly new (within their first year), so the line can get LONG, even in the afternoon. This is definitely more of a leisurely coffee stop versus a quick grab-and-go situation, but the atmosphere makes up for it. I remember they have baked goodies that my husband would be interested in. He's doesn't like all the frilly stuff, just the good ol classics and Eagle Coffee has plenty of that! We came in around 12:30. It was pretty chill. A few guests outside enjoying the September weather and a couple guests inside. We checked out the food cases and found what we wanted. In my last review I had the keto quiche. It was a little overwhelming for me. The Mediterranean quiche was suggested so of course I had to try it. And it looked good in the food case. We were instantly greeted by a bunch a happy faces. I ordered the ham and cheese croissant for my husband. My Mediterranean quiche was ordered. I snagged a small iced cinnamon honey dirty chai with almond milk and a huckleberry lemonade for the husband. I believe everything we got is going to be so good! The ham and cheese croissant looked mighty tasty! It was nicely heated. You can tell it was nice and hot cause the ham and cheese was starting to slide out of the croissant. Husband smashed the whole thing and I wasn't even offered a bite. My quiche had beautiful pieces of zucchini and cheese on top. I really enjoyed the sun dried tomatoes in it. The filling was fluffy and soft. It was a great suggestion from the manager! I might have them heat it up just a hair longer next time, it could have been warmer. The huckleberry lemonade was killer!! It was tart, sweet and bubbly. I was only allowed one sip and I made sure it was big! My first round of chai did not look like normal and it didn't taste good. It was so dark and bitter. I did ask the barista if there was chai in my drink cause it didn't taste like chai. After we got it figured out, a new drink was made. My first one was not what I had ordered, I don't know what it was. My second round was almost perfect. The honey cinnamon chai was so good! It was sweet and spicy. I love the added cinnamon in there. It tastes like it should be cold and holiday season outside. I did pay for a shot of espresso to make it dirty which I never got. It was almost a cup of perfection. I really enjoyed our little coffee date here today. The food was good. Our drinks were tasty. The staff was nice. And it's conveniently down the road from us. Pulling up, this venue is stunning. I love the tables outside but you also see the beautiful outdoor seating available, how cozy and romantic. The colors of the decor, the green lush leaves, the way the tables and chairs are set up. You can hang out and not realize how much time has passed by. Out of all the coffee joints in town, I would have never thought I would use sexy and coffee together but at this location, it fits. I ordered my regular drink today. Med iced americano with some sugar free white chocolate. The barista that helped me was sweet and got my drink started. She was kind and asked if I wanted to pour my own cream, it was nice to have that option. I'm not picky so I let her make my drink how she saw fit. My drink we delicious! The waterfall, patio lighting and your favorite person. That would be a great way to end any date or get together. I look forward to having a night like this here.
