Really yelp should have 0's on here for HORRIBLE experiences like the one i had with this company. Kasey Gresowski (the son of the owner of this business) was hired to do the home inspection for our place and he was rude, had poor customer service, and when he was given information he not only did not follow through with it, but it seemed intentional that he went against it. The pictures are evidence of carelessness. Kasey was asked to not go inside the property until 1pm. He was told we work late nights and would be asleep. So he said he would do the outside for an hour and then go in later. Well at 11:45am, he decides to not only show up, but ring a doorbell (which was missing the mechanism, but he tripped the wiring) and then proceeded to knock extremely hard on the door 3 times! My realtor and the realtor of the buyer had to call him to tell him to back off. When i finally went outside to meet him, he gave me the cold shoulder and just stared at me. I said hello, he said hello, and i said thank you for coming, and he said nothing! I then told him that the sink downstairs wasn't functioning and showed him if he turned it on there would be water everywhere (see pic) and that we were getting it fixed. Not only did he say "he isn't allowed to turn anything on or off" but that he would note it and not touch it. After we left, he decided to open it regardless and water went EVERYWHERE on the ceiling, on the counters, on the floors, and MY realtor had to clean it up with MY towels, because he chose not to do it. In addition, he left the water heater temp so high, (see pic) we burned our hands on it not knowing he did not set it back, even though he knew we were still living there. He was also told that my diabetic dog came in and out of the back gate, and he chose to close it and keep it closed (see pic), so my dog wasn't able to go in the back all day long where he has water and uses that area as his bathroom! He left dirty finger prints everywhere (see pics) on the ceiling, the bathtub, walls, etc and broke the hose off the front faucet and did not return it causing water to leak everywhere out of it when turned on (see pic). We spent 10 grand to get that home in nice shape for sale and it was turnkey - not perfect, but definitely turnkey and move in ready. Kasey decided he would nitpick on small items creating a big list (everyone has small items, but our big items were in good shape), and therefore, almost costing us the sale of the home. Trust me when i say what he wrote down, and checked boxes like "not fully visible" there was a malice intent behind it, and i'm more than happy to send the report to anybody who wants to see how ridiculous this list was, that someone came in and gave a fix report of over 10 grand, which was NOT necessary, and even he said he had NEVER seen any inspection like that one. Both realtors concurred they also had never seen a ridiculous list like that, and had to bargain with the repair estimate, so much so, that they decided to split the cost to make up for his haphazard, intentional, careless, and pretty conniving report. So bad that we suspected who could have been in cahoots with the buyer to squeeze more money out of us and get a kickback! In the long run, I do wish Kasey the things he deserves (whatever that is for him), and I may or may not update this review, or i may post it in other places, if his daddy does not reach out to me! read more

Stay away - Kasey Gresowski is rude and has poor customer service. He left damage to my house. First of he came earlier than agreed, I was on a very important meeting and he disturbed me in the middle, I told him to come on the time agreed and he argued (!). without a permission or even informing me he started inspecting the house outside which again disturbed my meeting, Inspection of 3 BD 1700 SF took 4.5 hours (!). He turned on the AC and left it (we have noticed only a few hours later when the house was frozen). He twisted the shower head and sprayed water all over. The worst thing he knocked on the neighbor's door telling them that the sprinkles system ruin their house. The neighbors were not his clients and providing information on my house to people is totally unacceptable (Lawyer was hired to file a complaint). There are great companies out there who would do a great job - stay away from this one, he will damage your house. read more

When I was selling a rental property the buyers hired Eagle Home Inspections, and they found a bunch of stuff my home inspector didn't find. As a seller I wasn't a big fan of Eagle Home Inspections. Later when I was in the process of buying another rental property I called Eagle Home Inspections. I'm sure the sellers weren't very happy to get a copy of the report and a request for a credit of 4% of the purchase price (to cover all of the repairs). Could have started inspection on time while I was there, instead of 45 minutes early without me being there. Could have inspected appliances (WTF is a inspection that does not include appliances?) Did not have a checklist so I could see what was done and not done. He did not get in crawl space. Did not inspect upper roof and gutters. read more

Shortly after moving in to our new home, we noticed several electrical problems that Eagle should have noticed, for example bad breakers, light switches not working and several other things. I give them major credit for coming right out and fixing everything they missed. Unfortunately that is only the beginning. We have not even made our first mortgage payment yet, so we have lived here less than 45 days. We happen to look under our kitchen sink today, after noticing one of the floor boards had been cut and was just resting there. You can see for yourself in the pictures what an absolute disgusting mess these inspectors missed. We even asked during inspection when we noticed that it appeared the previous owners nailed an extra board under the sink if it looked like water damage. Of course the inspector told us to not worry and everything looks good. You will notice in the pictures that the wood is so wet that it is nearly impossible to remove these screws. This should go without saying at this point, but do not hire these crooks especially if they are recommended by your realtor. It is now clear to me that they were all in bed together to make sure they all got paid and got out. I will be updating the review tomorrow with more pictures from mold found in garage and bathrooms. read more
