Many reasons why this company got a 1 star:…read more 1) the person over the phone quoted us for a survey and traps and said they would quote us for any additional patchwork that needed to be plugged. Upon arrival of technician, they discovered where the rats were coming from, but said he wont patch up the holes. Technician said we would have to hire another company for patchwork. So now we have to hire another company to patch the holes 2) a complete survey was not done. Technician didnt even go up stairs or in the attic. 3) the texts received from the company was offering a $130 off coupon if we hired them. Obviously some communication issues with the person texting and whom I called, because I already hired them. 4) so paid $500 for laying down a few traps. Not worth it. Would not recommend to any of my neighbors.

I was impressed by his knowledge of the issue, and the quality of the work. I have some experience with other pest control companies in the past. Both were bigger companies, with owners then hiring guys to do the work. I like the model of this one better. I think we're working simpy with one, knowledgeable guy. He works in an unmarked truck. He's the guy -- he's the talent, and he knows his stuff.

Jeremy came back, assessed the situation, and came back with a clear plan of actions. He even got a dead decaying rat out of my car hood for me. He immediately found rat access points. They're not easy to find alone, and also requires going into dirty wet or nasty spaces. I mean Jeremy crawled under my deck, crawl space, checked out the attic. It's not an easy or clean job! Then spent a few weeks setting traps, blocking access points with hardware wire and concrete or flashing, and came by often to check traps, pick up dead rodents, and check activity. I went from rat problem to no rats in a few weeks. After confirming no activity, we sanitized my crawl space and redid parts of my insulation and vapor barrier - which had rat poo all over it. He also helped me block rat access to my shed. Jeremy was awesome, respectful, timely, responsible, and had an awesome can do attitude. Had a great experience and I'm happy to be rat free! The company has no record of me. Instead of apologizing for an unfortunate error, the person who answered the phone blamed me, saying I probably booked with another company and didn't remember. Overall, a super attic has done a decent job with some details to mention thought…read more First, my work started with Tom, a great gentleman who showed up on time, and inspecteed the house, gave me all the details, walked me through the process, gave me the best deal he could . And then we had two days of work. Both project managers, Eric and Greg were wonderful people. They did their best. I really appreciate it to work. And, overall, the team did a good job based on what I can tell from outside. They worked clean, they were respectful, they showed up on time. The only problem, and that's the reason that I only give 3 star, but not 5 star, is there is this one person in office, Lori. She's really hard to work with. She has an attitude. I had some question about this invoice. Some numbers initial didn't make sense to me. But the way she handles things with attitude, she gives me this tone while speaking - she is too much frustrated and frustrating customers too. If i am paying $8,000, i will ask question. I think that's the only thing that was down. I will consider it's Super Attic solutions -, maybe in the future, assuming that they're going to fix the folks in office and their attitude.

Wow wow wow... James was a miracle worker earlier this morning. We had a bit of a complicated…read moresituation we found ourselves in and needed service ASAP. We had a dead rodent that was stinking up our home and multiple events and bdays planned for the next couple of days. Most companies were charging an arm and a leg for a one-time service or they required us to be on a monthly subscription with them. Eastside Exterminators were able to not only do a one-time rodent removal but also schedule a follow up inspection without us being on a subscription AND they were able to do it TODAY AND they did it all at a fraction of the cost that everyone else was quoting us. We moved into a new house and we have ants. And potentially rats. But thank god for Eastside…read moreexterminators. Mike Coombes and Jacob Calvo have helped us on both fronts. Mike came over, assessed the situation with the ants (odorous house ants), and addressed them right away. Are they completely gone? No. Unfortunately we live at the bottom of a hill in an older home, and the ants have been here longer and outnumber us by a lot. What Mike has done though is make the inside of our home less and less appealing. He's also been incredibly responsive to our panicked messages about any increased ant activity, and after he's been here, the ants make themselves scarce. Jacob mapped out our entire house, identified potential entry points, and took detailed photos of what was happening in the crawlspace (maybe in too much detail, hahaha) and gave us a thorough review of options for next steps for addressing the four legged house guests we didn't want to continue supporting. And as far as I know we don't have rats anymore, but they've also installed monitoring so if the rats do make their way back into the crawlspace, I'm confident they'll take care of it immediately. As a family with two young kids and no relatives in the vaccinity, Eastside Exterminators have been instrumental in taking that cognitive load off our hands.
