WOW I am soo impressed. We needed to redo the entire plumbing in our house and I am so glad we chose Eagle Plumbing! From the initial estimate of them coming out, they were quick and friendly. Then once we actually booked them, they were able to fit us into their schedule quickly and they completed the job SO QUICK!! We were waiting to move in until this plumbing work was complete and I am SO HAPPY because we were able to move our date and get into our home sooner. They also did a great job on the plumbing. Everything is working great and they have a wonderful warranty just in case, which really gives me a peace of mind. The plumbing work all passed the city inspection, so I know it was done properly. I would like to thank Eagle Plumbing for their prompt response and a job well done. We developed a leak on our side of the main Water Meter to the home. I called Eagle Plumbing and they gave me a same day report time on a Sunday. I soon received a call-back that exceeded the original report time by several hours. The job was difficult. It involved a flooded water meter, a good deal of digging and plenty of mud, etc. The Service Rep, Steve, was able to locate the cracked pipe after a brief drying out period, he assured continued water flow to the house, and effected repairs in a very reasonable period time. I have used Eagle Plumbing several times now and have been very pleased each time. The first time was in an emergency leak situation. They had a guy at my house very quickly. He identified the source of the problem, explained it to me in a way that I totally understood, and made me feel reassured about the situation. I wish I remembered his name because he was fantastic. Equally great was Larry who came to my home twice in the past week. His first visit was because of a leak under the kitchen sink. He was out just a few hours after I called, and he provided me with options to solve the problem. Larry came out again yesterday to install a faucet and garbage disposal. First, it was very nice to have a plumber over for a reason other than water spurting everywhere! The plumber (I think his name was Jason) recommended a rebuild for a reasonable price. He was very efficient and professional. I am very disappointed in Eagle plumbing I have used them for all of my plumbing needs, not only do I use them for my own needs I also refer them to my customers as I am in the service industry as well. This morning I get a call from my wife saying that she couldn't get the shower water to turn off I had her go outside turn off the main till I can come home and take a look and it felt like the handle was stripped but I wasn't too sure. We called eagle plumbing out and I don't know where the miscommunication was but they came out thinking that they were going to turn my water off. The technician that showed up you can tell right off the bat he was very annoyed that he had to be there I told him what I think what was going on and he threw a little fit saying he has too many appointments today to help me out. I completely understand being in the service industry you have appointments and a schedule to obtain so instead of this gentleman trying to figure out what the problem is he threw his little tantrum and I had to ask him to take the shower handle off Because I didn't have the tools. He took the handle off and walked out of the house and left it at that and said the office will contact me for when they can get out there to do the repair. And keep in mind he left the water on I went to my garage grab some vice grips and was able to turn the handle to get the water off I called another plumber he showed up diagnosed the problem did the repair in a matter of 15 minutes it took him longer to write up the paperwork. Now I wasn't going to post this review but where my issue is I called eagle plumbing and I still have not heard back from their manager as a customer and someone who refers them to my customers this is some shady business practices and I will not be using eagle plumbing anymore. read more

These guys are the best!! I've used them several times in the past and they've always been friendly, fairly priced, and quick to solve my problems. The other day I noticed water leaking out of my side yard retaining wall. I called Eagle and they sent somebody out early the next morning. He looked around and quickly determined that the problem was nothing more than a backyard garden hose that hadn't been turned off all the way!! He quickly diagnosed the issue was on the city's side of the sewer line and told me exactly who to talk to. He gave me his diagnosis in writing and there was no cost to me. I called Eagle a few months ago when I was going to do some upgrades through the mPower program; I was lined out on what I needed and the cost. Seemed quick and easy installation. (new hot water heater) Once the approval was done on my end I scheduled the instal. Easy and simple process for that. Called Dan directly and he dailed me in. The Plumber was on time, and knew what he was doing as he was done before we knew it. Everything works as it should, likes awesome and is hotter than the old one by a long shot. The only thing that could be improved is the process of me going through mPower, but that is on my end. We had to work around one very minor issue but Dan was more than happy to help me out. Eagle plumbing came out to remove water heater straps and install new ones bring it to code. Quoted price was 95.00. I was told it maybe more if they had to re-pipe a components. They did not have to re-pipe anything, but they still charged me more. I was changed 185.00 for one hour of work. All he did was drain some water, move water heater an inch from the wall and install new straps. They over charged for service, I spoke with the manager at Eagle and he would not adjust the Bill. I would not recommend them. A side note, the job done is good. read more

When in need of a plumber, Eagle Plumbing is the only way to go! They have come through for us twice now and have been more than accommodating. The first time, our water heater broke and we didn't know until late in the day. We called and they sent someone out the same day. They replaced our water heater that evening! The other day we a leak in our ceiling. After going through our insurance channels, we called Eagle in the afternoon. Again, they came that same day! They determined it's not as bad as we originally thought it was, and promptly fixed it, saving us an insurance claim and a deductible. We will never call on another plumber. After a 12 hour work day I got home and went to take a shower and had absolutely no hot or warm water. After going out to the garage and looking at my water heater, I noticed the pilot light was not lit so I tried several times to light it but it wouldn't stay lit. I figured the thermocouple was bad but being tired and hungry, I didn't want to deal with it myself so I called Eagle Plumbing. They dispatched Gerrod who was at my home within 30 minutes of me calling. He agreed it was the Thermocouple and he replaced within about 20 minutes and relit the pilot light which then stayed lit. In fact, appreciated their service so much that I signed up on yelp just to write a review. Drains in kitchen and laundry had backed up and needed unclog. Called Eagle Plumbing before 7:45am Tuesday morning after a Monday holiday. Friendly, personable and very chipper rep answered the phone. Immediately pulled up calendar and said she had someone available could be there at 9:30am. I'm used to getting a window of time for this type of service so asked about the window. Person on the phone said plumber, Shawn, would give me a call if running late. Little before 9am I got a call from Shawn - but not to say running late - he just wanted to verify what the problem was so he would make sure to bring the right equipment. Shawn knocked on the door at 9:30am on the dot. Shawn quickly assessed the problem and took care of the clog. Answered my questions and addressed all my concerns. I think we've lost the art of real customer service with businesses that follow a formula. Both the customer service person who I spoke with on the phone to schedule the appointment and the plumber, Shawn, were genuinely friendly and clearly interested in giving the best service possible without overthinking it. read more

After some overzealous gardening by my dad caused a pipe to burst Niagara Falls style I was scrambling to find a plumber on a Saturday morning. I found Eagle Plumbing on Yelp and spoke with Dan who was so reassuring I immediately stopped panicking. A few hours later, Jeff and Rudy came and although they weren't able to fix the issue immediately due to not having the tools available, they still escorted me to my neighbor's doorstep to kindly ask to hook up to their water line for the night. It didn't work out because there wasn't enough water pressure but I still definitely appreciated the effort.
