These guys will always tell you the truth, pop open the hood, take a look and evaluate... all before they see dollar signs. Im a girl (obviously) and as any girl knows,.. when you pull up to a mechanic, they are already scheming on how they can rip you off. Not here. I was referred by a friend, thank god, and what i originally thought was the problem (bc my non-mechanic dad looked at my truck & he "diagnosed" it) so i expected to replace a timing belt, radiator & other things i cant remember. I try and explain to bryan and he stops me mid sentence to tell me, i just need power steering fluid and a quick lube job. 15 min later im driving away without spending a dime. Since... i have taken my truck there every time, for everything and they have more than taken care of me. They are reasonable, honest and kind. **I will say that another friend of mine went there that i referred and he complained bc it took 2 days to get his car repaired, he thought that was an eternity and swore never to go back to that place. Then he got the bill & realized they only charged him for 4 hours of labor. They then explained that they worked on his car as a secondary job while working on other cars and that allowed them to only charge for a few hours of labor. SO excited about this place!!! I was referred by my awesome roommates - they have taken their cars here for a long time. My brakes were squeaky and I thought I needed new ones. The called me right away, saying there was dust on them so they cleaned them and that would stop the squeaking. An oil change and new air filter and I was out the door!!! Couldn't be happier. Took my car in to get looked at Thursday at 2 PM did not receive a call to let me know what was going on or if the car was going to be kept overnight. Called this afternoon around noon and was told they were still trying to find the problem.I got a call at 4 PM stating that they found what the problem was but they couldn't fix it because they didn't have the parts and that I was going to be paying him $150 for his time even though the problem was not fixed.. I arrived to pick up my car like 20 minutes after his shop had closed with my 150 in hand to find a complete Grinch! I asked if he would fix my problem if I got the part and he said no I asked why he said that he didn't want to and then he went on saying he didn't like this that he had a sick wife at home with a broken leg blah blah and went off on me in front of my three-year-old daughter totally scared the crap out of her he didn't take my 150 and he kick me out of the shop!! I'm so mind blown totally was not expecting this total bipolar person!!! Don't go to this place this man is crazy! I'm assuming he was upset that I arrived 20 minutes late let's keep in mind that I was on a lyft ride and it's Friday and I'm a customer you never talk to your customers like this! To put the cherry on top my car is overheating when it wasn't before and they had told me they had put everything back The same since they couldn't fix it smh they are a joke the next day I got home and my boyfriend took a look at my car in my hood wasn't closing right turns out that they forgot a pair of scissors inside of my hood and that's what was causing the hood not to close INCREDIBLE! read more
