I ordered a sirloin 8 ounce and it was very tender and very good. I usually order fillet because they say that's of steaks that youcan eat, but I went ahead and ordered the sirloin and it was very good. My waitress was Emma very sweet little girl. She does her job very well there when you need something. Brian is the manager and very nice but I give this a 10 if there's a 10 to give. Our server Dicey was great she took great care of a group of 13 ; everyone loved her service . The only downfall was 2 of them from our group were very dissatisfied. One ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich & said it was very dry didn't taste, only took 2 bites . The other guest ordered Crab cakes , said they were over cooked. read more

Came here on a Friday night at 9pm, it wasn't too packed but I was seated very quickly. Our waiter was Chris who was very nice and answered all the questions. I got the fruit crush cooler which was basically flavor didn't taste much liquor which I liked. I had the ribeye (medium well) with broccoli and a bowl of gumbo. I wished I would've read reviews before I went now I'm not surprised.. First time having Logan's Roadhouse since we left the east coast and I was not very impressed. We ordered grilled chicken and a ribeye. First curiosity came from why the steak looked gray? Once we took the first bites the wood smoked taste was OVER powering. The chicken was good and delicious but I couldn't eat it due to the flavor of the wood smoked taste. Also, I've never seen a baked potato so small. I'd like to say that the ginger waitress with glasses that works here was pretty rude to me only at my table. She had made me repeat myself a couple of times, then proceeds to bring me the wrong food. She had looked at what seems to be an older waitress and told her, "no she didn't." when I told her I had ordered the salmon. She shook her head and repeated back the words SALMON, when I told her my order in the beginning. There is no need to lie, and she needs her attitude to be checked. Well, such a disappointment. For Father's Day, we decided a nice steak would be good. I've eaten at Logan's across the country, but my wife had never been. We were seated quickly, and the restaurant was about 35% full. After 28 minutes, no water, no rolls, nothing. I was on Yelp looking for a different place to go when a guy named Brian came by to apologize for the lack of service. We said it was weird he came by because no one had talked to us at all. He was supposed to go to a different table that had been forgotten... He said that the server was embarrassed, so he was going to take care of us. At first he started to say that they were going to comp... I said no. Well, finally our food arrived. I ordered a NY med-rare, my wife a filet med-rare, and shrimp. Steaks were over done, but still juicy. Shrimp were cooked well. Loaded baked potatoes were less than loaded - butter and sour cream, no cheese, no chives, no bacon... After we were done - literally and figuratively - we got the "y'all want some dessert?" Uh, no... As they cleared tables, they would brush stuff off of the table, and then someone would sweep the debris under the table. Take your shoes off before you go into your home, car or hotel room... We watched a table of heathens actually let their 3 kids - approx 10 to 14 years old - lick the tops of the salt and pepper shakers, ketchup bottles, etc. We told 'Brian' on the way out the door, and he said 'wow, that ain't good'... Terrible service and disgusting food. There was hardly any customers for a Tuesday night and yet my food came out cold. The waitress stood at the bar texting all night long. She brought the food out and it was already cold like been waiting in the back. The hamburger sliders were incredibly dry, with only cheese and pickles. Not what's on the menu. The other entree came with cold rice and can cold green beans. The waitress told me the salad upgrade was a $1 and find out it's $3 when I had to track her down to get my check.
